본 논문에서는 양자 통신시스템을 위한 양자 암호화 방법 및 이를 기반으로한 암호 통신시스템을 분석하고, 그 응용 분야에 대한 기법을 해석한다. 이러한 양자 암호화 방업은 기존의 전기 통신망에서 주로 사용되고 있는 여러 가지의 암호화 기법이 속도가 증가됨에 따라, 그 암호화 해독 방법이 깨지고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이를 위한 기본적인 개념을 해석하고 추후 개발하고자 하는 양자 암호시스템을 해석한다.

This paper was studied on change for Marine Administration of telecommunications. Analysis method was studied of Policy Delphi. The three kinds of telecommunications network influence on Marine administration is National Information Infrastructure Network, Integrated Services Digital Network and Local Area Network. The five kinds of telecommunications service influence on Marine administration is Telecommuting Service, Electronic Approval Service, Teleconference Service, Electronic Data Interchange Service, and Internet Service. The results of this as follow: First, all Marine agency must be innovation. Second, Marine Administration must be use Telecommunications. Marine Administration must be for customer.

In the forthcoming next generation highspeed networks, the provisioning of broadband mobile multimedia services is the most important issue while an efficient network management architecture, which can manage the network resources efficiently, is essential. The next generation highspeed networks will be composed of the ATMand SDH-based transport network systems and the H-based interworking systems. The management functions of these network systems are implemented various technologies, such as TMN and SNMP. In order to integrate these network resources efficiently with heterogeneous management functions, the distributed network management architecture such as TINA is most appropriate. In this pape, we propose an interworking architecture for TINA manager and TMN agent. where the TINA-based EML subnetwork management operations mapped into the related management operations of the TMN NE agent. The proposed interworking architecture is simpler than JIDM, and the processing overhead is minimized.

오늘날 많은 기업들이 공장 자동화를 위하여 많은 투자를 하고 있는 만큼 ATM/B-ISDN 통신망을 기반으로 한 생산 공정을 자동화함으로써 생산성 향상, 품질향상 및 원가절감을 꽤할 수 있어 오늘날 국제 경쟁 상회에서 유리한 위치를 점유할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 원격지에 연결괸 공장 자동화 시스템을 중앙통제실에서 제어하는 시스템으로 분산형 데이터베이스를 구축하여 공장 자동화라인의 데이터를 저장, 유지 관리한다. 또한 각 생산 공정 라인의 텍스트, 그래픽, 이미지, 오디오, 비디오 등과 같은 대용량의 멀티미디어 데이터베이스 시스템을 구성하기 위해서는 원격제어을 위한 초고속 통신망이 필요하고,ATM/B-ISDN 통신망을 기반으로 한 멀티미디어 원격제어 구현을 위한 DBMS(Database Management)의 원격제어 Agent 시스템을 구현한다.

위성을 이용한 통신 및 방송은 양방향 서비스 시대를 맞이하고 있으며, 위성 인프라는 통신망 back-up 개념을 벗어나 이동 휴대 그리고 지상 인프라 구축 및 운영이 어려운 지역 및 시설을 중심으로 광역 통신 및 방송의 근간 망 구성으로 나아가고 있다. 또한, 위성 통신 및 방송은 재난 방재 및 긴급 복구, 산업 시설 감시 및 측정데이터 모니터링 등 지상 인프라와 상호 보완적인 2 중망 또는 기간 망으로 활용되고 있다. 한국수자원공사에도 수문관측망 및 감시제어를 포함한 원격 데이터 취득 및 정보제공 등 많은 부분에 위성통신망이 적용되고 있으며, 수문관측망에 사용중인 위성통신망의 주파수 임대기간과 위성통신장비의 내용년수 도래에 따른 시스템 개선 및 대체방안 모색이 필요한 실정으로이다. 또한 수위, 우량과 같은 기존의 저속 위성망에 비하여 기술발전 및 데이터의 다양화에 따른 화상, 동영상과 같은 멀티미디어 데이터 등 초고속, 광대역 위성통신망을 구축할 수 있는 방안에 대하여 살펴보고자 한다.

최근 해양사고를 예방하기 위한 선박 모니터링, 최적항로 선정, 해사안전정보 제공 등과 같은 서비스에 대한 요구가 증가됨에 따라 선박 간 혹은 선박과 육상 간 데이터 통신의 중요성이 대두되고 있다. 그러나, 기존 해상 환경에서의 통신은 위성을 제외하고는 VHF/MF/HF 등의 지상파 기반 시스템에 의존하여 왔으며, 낮은 전송 속도로 인해 신규 서비스의 높은 통신속도 요구 보장에 한계가 있다. 따라서, 해상 환경에서 고속 통신 서비스를 제공하기 위해 WiMAX, LTE 등과 같은 육상 통신시스템을 해상으로 확대하고, 통신 커버리지 확장을 위해 이기종 네트워크 간 핸드오버 및 다중홉 네트워크를 구성하려는 많은 연구가 수행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존 문헌에서 제안하는 해상 서비스들의 요구사항을 식별하고 이를 지원하기 위한 해상무선통신망 기술들을 통신 성능 관점에서 비교하여 초고속해상무선통신망 구축의 기초 요구자료로 활용하였다.

A work as human's creatures are transformed to bits and multimedia. In the modem society which is governed by simulation, infornlation is symbolized and becoming easily reached to anyone. Thus, collections of image and composition can show a new world beyond the ethical viewpoint. The problem with worries about the differnce between the original and a copy and disappearence of the meaning in postmodern era is the problem of how to set the intellectual properties and copyrights.In this situation, sharing of information according to the theoretical concepts and process of digitalization of photos in the era of information-intensive society was presented. The ethics of intellectual properties and copyrights and in postmordern era were driven. After reviewing the intellectual properties in the era of national information infrastructure of twenty-first century and by identifying the problems, the directions of what we have to do as image makers, and the intellectual properties and copyright.

As to the recent advances in computer technologies and high-speed networks, telecommunication services and provision of multimedia services will be provided on the basic of a new software architecture adapting networking infrastructure on open information networking architecture. In this paper, the video conference services has been selected as a target service example because it is expected to become one of the most important services on the full service network. In fact, it can be viewed as the basis for providing telecommunication services such as video telephony and video conferencing. This paper presents the prototyping of TINA (Telecommunication Information Networking Architecture) based desktop video conference system using the concepts of session management. The prototyping of desktop video conference system aims at assessing TINA concepts and refinement of the mapping between session graph and connection graph, and provides object modeling methodologies towards distribution and objected-orientation.
