This paper proposes QoS Model which has tested and analyzed the capabilities of provisioning multimedia service in high speed Internet environment. We have tested quality measurement test for VoIP/MoIP, VoD, IPTV services and analyzed the level of QoS and QoS degradation by constructing test laboratory consisted of 46 subscribers which provided by 3 telecom operators. Besides, We propose QoS Model to apply for BcN application based on analysis result and prove proposed model by constructing test lab in KOREN environment. It is expected that telecom will use this results as a valuable information to construct All-IP network based on NGN(NGN:Next Generation Network).This paper proposes QoS Model which has tested and analyzed the capabilities of provisioning multimedia service in high speed Internet environment. 1990년대 말 본격화된 인터넷 서비스는 일반 개인들의 라이프스타일은 물론 정치, 경제, 사회, 문화적 측면에서 많은 변화를 야기시켰을 뿐만 아니라 텔레비전의 출현만큼이나 우리 생활양식을 크게 변화시켜 왔다. 나아가 통신망의 광대역화 및 방송의 디지털화에 따라 One phone, VoIP, WiBro, HSDPA, DMB, IPTV 등 유. 무선 통합, 음성. 데이터 통합 및 통신. 방송 융합이 발현되는 신규 서비스들이 속속 선보이면서 서비스, 사업자, 단말기 등이 융합되는 컨버전스 패러다임이 본격화되고 있는 양상이다. 이중 인터넷과 TV가 만나는 IPTV는 통신과 방송이라는 이종산업간의 대표적 융합서비스로서 VoIP, 초고속인터넷, TV 서비스를 동시에 제공하려는 통신사업자들의 TPS 사업전략의 일환으로 현재 전세계 280여 개 이상의 사업자에 의해 추진되고 있다. 이에최근 급부상하고 있는 IPTV 서비스에 관한 개념, 발전과정, 기술 배경, 국내. 외 사업자 추진 현황 및 향후 시장전망을 살펴봄으로써 IPTV 서비스의 발전가능성을 가늠해보고자 한다.

Recently, as the most people use the high-speed Internet service, it is positioned as a universal service in Korea. Therefore, the competition among service providers is becoming fierce and fierce. The defensive marketing which raise customer loyalty can be an effective method in this case. In this study, we identified the sources of customer loyalty in the high-speed Internet service. The results showed that the satisfaction on the service quality and after service impacts on the customer loyalty positively. We expect that this result will be helpful for practitioners to make customer strategies.

Recently, Internet service providers are offering triple play service which combines voice and video services with the existing high speed Internet service under the common network infrastructure of IP protocol, so that they can create more benefit from operating a single network architecture. In line with this movement in the convergence of network and services, in this work we propose a bandwidth dimensioning method for the subscriber network of the IP network at flow level. To that purpose, let us propose a series of bandwidth dimensioning methods: bandwidth for best effort service only, bandwidth dimensioning for premium services, and bandwidth dimensioning schemes for the premium Internet services as well as the best effort service which comprise the TPS. Our link dimensioning method is based on the flow level that incorporates the flow blocking probability as a measure of grade of services(GoS), and investigates the characteristics of the proposed methods via extensive numerical experiments. After that, let us carry out a simulation experiment concerning the delay and loss performance of the packet scheduling for the premium services (QoS) using the bandwidth designed by our proposed method, via which the packet level quality of service (QoS) for the proposed link dimensioning method can be observed.

초고속 인터넷 서비스 보급의 확산에 따라 인터넷 이용이 더욱 편리해지고 일상화되면서 인터넷 뱅킹은 새로운 기술혁신의 수용이 아니라 생활 속에 자리 잡은 일상의 금융서비스가 되었다. 이러한 디지털 금융환경의 변화로 인해 이제 국내에도 인터넷 전문은행의 도입에 대한 시장여건이 한층 성숙되어지고 있으며, 이에 따라 인터넷 전문은행의 성공적인 시장 진입의 가능성에 대한 관심도 그 어느 때 보다 고조되고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 시장의 관심을 반영하여, 기존 인터넷 뱅킹 사용자들이 인터넷 전문은행이 도입 될 경우 전환에 대해 어떠한 수용태도를 보일 것인지에 대해 실증 분석을 통해 그 가능성을 타진해 보고자 하였다.

급증하는 무선 인터넷 서비스 요구에 효과적으로 대처하기 위해서는 휴대성과 이동성이 보장되며 저렴한 요금을 지향하는 새로운 형태의 무선데이터 시스템인 초고속 휴대용 인터넷(High-speed Portable Internet: HPi) 시스템이 요구된다. ETRI(Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute)에서 독자 개발 중인 HPi 시스템은 IEEE 802.16 표준을 기반으로 서비스 분류에 따른 차별적인 서비스를 제공한다. 이동 단말이 서로 다른 셀 영역을 이동할 경우 핸드오버를 수행하고 핸드오버 동안의 패킷 유실 발생을 방지하기 위하여 이전 AP에서 패킷 버퍼링을 해야한다. 따라서 핸드오버 동안에 HPi에서 제공하는 서비스 분류에 따른 차별적인 품질을 보장하기 위하여 서비스 클래스에 따른 차별적인 패킷 버퍼링 메커니즘이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 HPi에서의 핸드오버 시 차별적인 서비스 품질 보장을 위한 패킷 버퍼링 메커니즘을 제안한다.

현재 국내 초고속 인터넷 인프라는 세계 최고 수준으로 xDSL 계열의 디지털 가입자 회선과 HFC(Hybrid Fiber Coxial) 망을 활용한 케이블 모뎀이 시장을 거의 차지하고 치열한 경쟁을 보이고 있다. 하지만 서비스 가입자 수준은 거의 포화점에 다다른 것으로 보이며 앞으로 속도를 비롯한 품질 면에서 진보된 차세대 인터넷 접속 서비스 구축을 계획하고 있다. NGN은 유무선 통합을 통한 다양한 서비스를 제공을 목표로 정부나 기업에서 추진 중은 차세대 통합 정보통신 인프라이다. 이 NGN을 실현시킬 수 있는 가입자 망 기술로서는 FTTH가 유력하게 거론되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 초고속 인터넷 서비스 수요에 대한 체계적인 분석을 통하여 NGN 서비스 특성을 반영하는 적절한 예측 모형을 제시하였다. FTTH 가입자 수요를 예측하기 위해 본 논문에서는 Bass 모형의 변형인 변형된 공존 Bass 모형을 이용하였다.

최근 인터넷의 급속한 발전은 초고속 인터넷망을 이용해 양방향 텔레비전 서비스의 IPTV에 대한 연구 및 상용화를 촉진하고 있다. IPTV는 초고속 인터넷망을 기반으로 다양한 콘텐츠 및 부가 서비스를 제공하는 방송 통신 융합 서비스중의 하나이다. 그러나 콘텐츠의 재사용에 따른 디바이스의 안전한 보안 서비스를 제공하지 않을 경우 비즈니스 모델의 상용화에 많은 보안 취약성이 발생할 수 있어 이를 위한 연구가 요구되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기존의 IPTV에서 적용되고 있는 카드 기반의 취약성을 보완하고 비 실시간 IPTV 서비스를 위한 자동화된 재사용 콘텐츠의 멀티 에이전트 시스템인 IDAM-AS를 기반으로 디바이스의 안전한 초기 등록과 인증 과정을 제안한다. 제안 방식은 분산된 에이전트를 관리할 수 있는 IDAM-AS를 정의하고 이를 이용해 사용자의 최소의 정보 입력을 통해 재사용 콘텐츠에 대한 자동화된 서비스가 이루어지도록 하였다.

국내 통신서비스는 2000년 이후 유무선 인터넷을 중심으로 급성장을 해왔으나 기존 서비스에 대한 가입자 정체와 FTTH와 HSDPA, 와이브로를 중심으로 서비스 고도화 추세에 있다. 정체기와 전환기의 시장 특성이 나타나는 상황에서 통신사업자들은 자사 가입자를 유지하고 타사 가입자를 전환시키려는 마케팅 활동이 치열하게 전개되고 있다. 이에 통신소비자의 특성을 체계적으로 파악하는 것이 가입자 유지 및 전환활동의 관건이 된다. 본 글에서는 시장조사 결과를 바탕으로 초고속인터넷 이용시간, 이동전화 이용요금 수준, 이동전화 무선인터넷 이용여부, 모바일 브로드밴드 이용의향, 소비자의 혁신성향을 중심으로 현재 현안이 되고 있는 사항에 대해 국내 통신소비자의 개인 특성 및 서비스 이용 특성을 파악하고 시사점을 전개하고자 한다.
