본 연구에서는 농림축산식품부 "농업 농촌부문 가뭄대응 종합대책(2015)"의 일환으로 가뭄에 의한 농촌지역 물부족 문제를 극복하기 위한 농민 물절약 교육을 실시하였다. 물절약 교육을 통해 가뭄상황에 적응할 수 있도록 하기 위해 물절약 교육 시범대상지역은 농민농업가뭄지도 및 재해연보 등의 자료를 활용하여 가뭄 취약지역을 8개도별로 한국농어촌공사 관할지구로 선별하여 선정하였다. 최종적으로 농민 물절약 시범교육이 실시된 지역은 경기 평택 석정지구, 강원 철원 토교지구, 충북 음성 용계지구, 충남 서산 신창지구, 경북 문경 경천지구, 경남 거창 가북지구, 전북 고창 신림지구, 전남 영암 월악지구가 선정되었다. 시범교육실시 앞서 대상지구의 용 배수로 현황, 수로노후화, 농민 물이용 실태 등 물손실 요인을 파악하였다. 시범교육은 기존과는 차별된 체험식 비주얼 물절약 교육이 실시되었으며, 시범대상지구별로 3단계 교육이 실시되었다. 1단계 교육은 이해단계로 플래쉬 동영상과 물이용 모의를 체험하게 하여 물 손실 원인 및 물 절약 방안을 모색하도록 하였다. 2단계 교육은 적용단계로서 물절약 시뮬레이터를 이용하여 평상시 농민의 물이용 관행에 따른 물손실 야기에 대한 이해와 가뭄시나리오에 따른 물 공급량 감소 시 농민 피해 및 가뭄극복을 위한 효율적인 물이용에 대한 효과를 이해시키고자 하였다. 또한 이를 통해 농민이 스스로 물절약을 위한 행동강령을 도출하도록 하였다. 마지막 3단계는 실천단계로 실제 현장여건에서의 물절약 실천을 도모하기 위해서, 현장에서의 물손실 상황 파악 및 현장여건에 맞는 물절약 실천방안을 도출하도록 하였다. 교육을 통해 농민의 물절약 필요성에 대한 공감대를 형성하고, 물절약을 스스로 실천할 수 있도록 유도 하고자 하였다. 물절약 교육의 효과를 파악하기 위해서 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 그 결과 농민들은 물절약의 필요성을 매우 높게 공감하며, 필지단위 물손실을 감소시키는 물꼬관리의 중요성을 인정하고, 농민 수로관리 참여에 대한 인식을 높이는 계기가 되었다.

Rural Experiential Tourism is the medium that connect a town and country. Through the form of these Rural Experiential Tourism people live in country sell indigenous products and tourism services. Both people maintain friendly relations with their friendship based on mutual trust. The aim of space planing for experience and development of experience program is make visitors learn many valuable lessons in countryside. So, Two things must discussed closely related. Also it is necessary to mention people to conduct in there. Visitors who live in Gyonggi and Chungcheong province come to frequently Geumgang Nongbau village for a day. They enjoy going for a swimming and fishing in Geumgang. In order to activate specialized experience program, it is necessary to increase the number of those exclusively responsible for that experience program and organization visitors make stay overnight in village. Also to enhancing village people's income must have agricultural stand and activate village internet site.

A community center is situated near the residential areas and is the public facility that acts as the core of local cultural activities. A community center, as the general cultural activities increases, is transforming into a facility that promotes the community restoration and living convenience such as welfare, sports, art activities, and education etc. beyond location of simple leisurely activities. This study considers local residents' accessibility through the renovation of preexisting community center.

국립고흥청소년우주체험센터는, 우리나라 청소년들에게 우주에서 벌어지는 제반 현상과 천체의 실상을 접하게 하고 또 그 현상과 천체 이면에 자리한 기본 원리를 체험과 실험을 통하여 스스로 터득하게 함으로써 저들을 우주시대를 이끌어갈 창조적 인재로 양성함을 목적으로, 2010년 7월 9일에 개원한 특성화 체험 국립 시설입니다. 우리나라 청소년들이 센터에 설치된 주요 우주체험장비 7종을 활용하여 우주왕복선과 우주정거장에서의 임무수행을 경험하며, 우주왕복선 지상통제센터 요원의 역할 및 우주선이나 항공기의 직접 조종도 체험 할수 있다. 또한 달의 저중력 상황을 체험해 볼 수 있다. 지름 15미터의 천체투영관이 12월 말에 완공될 예정이다. 하늘전망대에는 구경 14인치 광학망원경과 다수의 중소형 망원경들이 설치된다. 또한 우주인 기초체력단련훈련을 할 수 있는 야외 활동 공간을 확보하고 있다. 센터의 우주체험시설과 천문학 관련 시설들은 앞으로 청소년의 우주에 대한 관심을 유발하고 국민들의 과학에 대한 이해를 돕는데 크게 기여할 것으로 기대된다. 현재 4개의 과정으로 우주체험캠프 프로그램을 구성하여 운영하고 있다. 또한, 2009년 개정 지구과학 교육과정과 연계한 우주체험프로그램을 개발 중이다. 여기서는 본 센터의 우주체험시설물 소개와 이들을 활용한 체험활동과 교육 현황 및 계획을 소개하고자 한다.

과학교육의 특성상 가장 효과적인 교수 방법은 직접 실험하고, 탐구, 체험 학습을 하는 것이나 시간적, 공간적 제약, 환경 여건, 비용 등을 고려해 볼 때 항상 직접 체험 학습 환경을 제공해 주기는 어렵다. 또한 '지구과학' 영역의 학습은 교실이나 실험실에서 지도하기 어려운 문제점이 있고, 학습 내용들이 본질적으로 가지고 있는 초실험적인 내용이 많아 교수 학습과정에서 많은 어려움을 겪고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 제한점이 많은 초등학교 과학과 '지구과학' 영역에 대하여 직접 탐구하고 체험할 수 있는 환경과 가까운 멀티미디어 웹 기반 코스웨어를 설계 개발하여 이러한 어려움을 보완한다면 과학 교육의 학습 효과를 더욱 높일 수 있을 것이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 과학과의 지구과학 영역 중 기상 교육을 위한 웹 코스웨어를 설계 개발하여 수업현장에 적용해보고자 한다. 본 연구에서 제시한 웹 코스웨어 학습 프로그램은 단지 디스플레이 형식의 자료에서 벗어나 여러 가지 그림, 소리, 동영상 등의 애니메이션 자료를 제시함은 물론 아동들이 직접 컴퓨터를 조작함으로써 학습목표에 보다 쉽고 재미있게 도달할 수 있도록 제작하여 과학과 교수 학습 방법의 개선을 꾀하고, 학습자들의 과학적 사고력 발달을 도모하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate elementary school science gifted students' perceptions about Earth systems and environmental problems. A total of 28 students in the attached center for science gifted education to the university participated in this study. Through the survey, participating students were asked to respond to their self-reported knowledge level, the perceived danger levels, certainty, and tangibility of the selected 13 Earth environmental problems. The DAET (Draw-An-Earth Test)-Checklist were developed and used to analyze the images of the Earth drawn by students. Additional interviews were conducted to clarify the meanings and components of students' image. Results indicated that a total of 80 components regarding Earth systems, 11 components of Earth systems interaction, and 4 components related to Earth systems literacy were identified through the DAET-Checklist and additional interviews. Regarding the students' self-reported knowledge level, they reported that they were most knowledgeable about air pollution, global warming, and water pollution. and they also recognized global warming, air pollution, and water pollution as the most dangerous problem. Results indicated that participants were certain that acid rain, air pollution, and water pollution were problematic, and that acid rain, air pollution, and forest desertification were tangible issues. It is anticipated that this study contributes to understanding the elementary school science gifted students' perceptions toward the selected Earth systems and environmental problems.

여름 햇살이 이른 아침부터 뜨겁게 내리쬐던 어느날, 선생님의 설명을 듣는 이이들의 눈이 호기심으로 반짝인다. 지난 8월 16일 대성초등학교 4학년 아이들이 제법 진지한 표정으로 가평삼회지구 견학프로그램에 참여하고 있다. 환경보전협회에서는 연중 다양한 환경 체험 교육 프로그램을 운영하고 있으며 사전 신청하면 누구나 참여할 수 있다.
