The purpose of this study was to provide a better understanding of prospective teachers' experiences during their toddler educaring practicum and what the meanings of their experiences are. A narrative study on practicum experiences was conducted with four junior students who major in early childhood education in A university in Seoul. The experiences of prospective teachers in daycare centers for toddler were diverse. Such diverse experiences allowed teachers to find the meaning of the relationship between teacher and toddler and to learn what being a teacher was like. And they showed positive changes in their attitude toward practicum and becoming toddler care and education teachers following improved understanding about the lives and development of toddlers and care-giving and teaching skills. The meaning of toddler educaring practicum was explained as building justification for existence and essential identity through continuous self-reflection, and experiencing happiness of caring and teaching toddlers. During the practice, they also learned that teachers in charge of toddlers should understand their lives, provide child friendly and stable environments, and be receptive and sensitively respond to them according to their needs and developmental levels. Student teachers realized that their role was to give loving care and to have sincere concern about the lives of toddlers.

In order to overcome practical limitations in installing, managing and operating MRI machines with expensive equipment, this study developed and utilized virtual reality (VR) experience education by combining virtual reality (VR) with magnetic resonance imaging devices. The Students who experienced virtual reality-based educational systems were surveyed to identify possible side effects during the experience and self-directed learning ability and academic self-efficacy surveys were conducted to analyze the impact of virtual reality-based practice on learning. In the analysis of the self-directed learning ability survey there was no difference in the average between the student group who experienced education and the student group who did not but there was a significant difference in the average for each group. Virtual Reality-based practical education is expected to provide an efficient practice system by providing new learning methods and opportunities for education that can be repeated anytime, anywhere regardless of time and space.

경희대학교 천문대는 한국과학창의재단에서 후원하는 2013년 과학문화 민간활동 지원사업의 일환으로 "청소년, 우주를 향해 미래를 쏘다!"라는 멘토링 프로그램을 2013년 7월 23일부터 2014년 2월 28일까지 진행하였다. 본 프로그램의 참가대상은 경기지역 고등학교 1, 2학년 학생 32명이 참가하였고, 대학생 멘토 8명과 팀으로 활동하였다. 본 프로그램의 목적은 달 탐사를 주제로 한 체험프로그램을 통해 청소년들의 우주개발의 현황을 체험할 수 있는 기회를 제공하고, 체험 프로그램을 활용하여 창의력, 협동심, 자신감을 함양시키며 이공계 분야의 비젼과 진로 방향을 제시하는 것이다. 본 프로그램은 6개의 주제로 총 10회 동안 진행되었으며, 각각의 주제는 우리나라 우주개발 현장체험, 달탐사의 필요성 체험, 발사체 및 탑재체의 이해와 체험, 청소년이 바라본 우리나라 달탐사의 미래, '우주로' 체험 캠프, 최종발표회이다. 프로그램은 체험, 조사, 발표 및 토의 형식으로 진행되었다. 본 프로그램에서 기대되는 성과는 조별 활동 및 다양한 체험 실습으로 협동심 및 인성을 함양하고, 천문학/공학 분야의 전공 대학생의 멘토링으로 논리적, 체계적, 비판적인 사고를 유도하고, 학연 협력을 활용한 현장학습으로 청소년들의 이공계에 대한 흥미를 유발하고 진로 방향을 제시하며, 다양한 체험 실습 및 미래 지향적인 컨텐츠를 활용하여 천문학 및 우주과학에 대한 호기심을 자극하는 것이다. 본 프로그램에서의 최종 성과물은 기존의 달탐사와 차별적인 주제와 방법론을 고안하여 논리적이고 창의적으로 우리나라의 달탐사에 대한 방법론적인 아이디어를 유도하는 것에 중점을 두었다.

This study shows the meaning on context of social work practicum that college students have experienced. It reveals to find a essence of social work practicum based on college students through free variation. They met a "high barrier" from the beginning of social work practicum. There were "confused boundary of role as well as work". "Dilemma" has been accessed, so they felt various emotions for social work and social worker to be able to exist. "Various practice place" meant to continue as a multi-player with a weak appearance and confront for time as who he/she is. This was connected to whole life time for individually. Disclosure was as below. identity as a social worker(to be) was consisted beyond interaction between student and supervisor. Organization of social work practicum was considered when they had taken a part in. Gap must find out to be disappeared between ideal things and real things about social work practicum. Ideal type of college education for social work as well as whole education for all were needed.

현장경험교육이란 학교교육의 일부로써 학생을 재학 중에 전공관련 작업 환경에 직접 참여시켜 교양적 혹은 직업적으로 필요한 교육경험을 얻도록 계획된 프로그램으로 우리나라에서는 현장실습이라는 용어로 행해지고 있다. 식품영양학 전공과 관련된 학과인 경우 단체급식과목의 일환으로 영양사 현장 실습이라는 교육과정을 시행하고 있는 학교는 많으나 현장실습에 대한 교육효과나 학생들의 요구사항등을 구체적으로 파악한 연구는 매우 제한적이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 실제로 영양사 현장실습을 체험한 학생을 대상으로 현행 영양사 현장실습이 안고 있는 제반 문제점들을 파악하고 효과적인 실습 운영 방안을 모색하고자 설문조사를 시행하였다. This study is a qualitative study to explore the experiences of nursing students' psychological nursing practice in-school. The subjects of this study were 62 students who were the 3rd grade nursing students at a University in Gangwon-do. The data were collected from August 3rd to August 20th, 2020. For data analysis, Colaizzi's qualitative analysis method was applied. Six categories were derived from data analysis: 1) Lingering affection for clinical practice in field. 2) Achievement through learning 3) Fear of nurse's role in future 4) Burden for many tasks 5) Feeling free of stress from clinical practice in field 6) Importance of cooperation with other departments. The positive aspects of in-school practice education, which from nursing students' evaluation, were immediate feedback, detailed explanations, and indirect experiences. Based on this study result, it is recommended to develop in-school nursing practice education program for gap-reducing with clinical practice. It would be consisted of various contents: simulation, online/non-face-to-face practice, face-to-face practice for indirect experience. In addition, these multi-aspect effort is needed more in psychological nursing practice education to reduce the gap with clinical practice such as therapeutic communication and hallucination interventions.

첨단이론과 현장실무능력을 겸비한 새로운 실천적 공학기술교육의 중심대학으로 특성화된 한국기술교육대학교(이하 한기대)의 학생 현장실습교육에 관하여 기술하였다. 한기대 재학생이 재학기간 중에 일정기간 동안 산업체에서 현장 실습교육을 필수 교과목으로 이수하도록 하여 산업발전에 부응하는 실천 기술을 습득할 수 있는 기회를 제공하여 산업현장을 체험하게 함으로써 산업체가 요구하는 창조적 직무수행능력을 갖춘 우수한 실천 공학자를 양성하고자 한다. 이에 한기대에서 현재 실시하고 있는 학생 현장실습교육의 운영방안에 대하여 고찰하고 앞으로의 개선방안을 논의한다

2023년 1학기(2023년 3월 2일~2023년 6월 20일) 동안 한국농어촌공사 농어촌연구원 국제융합수리시험센터(안산)에서 현장실습을 한것을 바탕으로 후기를 작성하였다. 현재 농어촌연구원은 농어촌 지역개발, 수자원의 효율적 이용과 관리, 농업 신기술 교육, 스마트팜 기술 보급, 친환경 농업, 남북협력 사업 등 농어업인의 환경 개선과 올바른 정책 방향성을 제시하기 위하여 다양한 분야의 연구를 수행하는 공공기관이다. 이번 현장실습을 경험한 국제융합수리시험센터는 1959년에 국내 최초로 수리모형실험을 시작하였으며, 2018년 대형 실험시설이 추가 증축되어 규모나 시설(장비) 측면에서 국내는 물론 세계 최상위 수준의 인프라를 보유하고 있다. 또한 댐, 하천, 해양, 신재생에너지 등과 관련하여 다수의 실험 실적 보유하고 있어 수 공학 분야의 국가경쟁력 강화에 견인하고 있다. 이번 현장실습은 수리실험 이론 교육, 실험장비 교육, 실험실습, 안전교육으로 구성되어 있다. 교육프로그램(HIGH Center ACE⁺)에 따른 학교에서 배운 전공 이론을 수리실험 분야에 어떻게 적용할 수 있는지 직접 실습하면서 배울 수 있었다. 4개월간 현장실습 교육프로그램에 참여하면서 수리실험 등 수공학 분야의 다양한 경험을 할 수 있었고, 이는 향후 전공과 관련된 직장을 준비하는 데 많은 도움이 될 것으로 생각된다.
