산업구조를 이해하고 기업의 신제품 개발에 있어 밸류체인 분석은 시장 성공의 핵심 열쇠라고 할 수 있다. 기존 정부에서 추진해 왔던 다양한 기술로드맵 분석사업에서 밸류체인 분석은 산업분석의 핵심으로 활용되고 있다. 그러나 일반적으로 실질적인 통계데이터를 기반으로 하기보다는 일부 전문가의 연구결과에 의지하고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구를 통해 좀 더 객관적이고 실질적인 산업구조내에서 실제 기업 거래정보 기반으로 밸류체인을 분석할 수 있는 새로운 분석 모델에 관한 연구를 수행하고자 한다.

컴퓨터통신기술과 정보처리기술의 발전으로 멀티미디어 콘텐츠의 활성화를 촉진하였다. 정보화시대 국가경쟁 사업으로 정부차원에서도 문화 콘텐츠 개발을 국제적 경쟁력을 가진 고품질의 문화콘텐츠를 제작공급할 수 있는 핵심 성장기반을 조성하기 위하여 국가사업으로 확대하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 멀티미디어 콘텐츠 보호를 위하여 해치체인 알고리즘을 이용한 멀티미디어 데이터의 암호화 기법을 제안하였으며, 인가된 사용자 확인을 위하여 사용자인증 및 키 전송 알고리즘을 이용하여 사용자인증 및 키전송 프로토콜을 설계하였으며, 복호화시 재생 지연시간을 줄이기 위하여 이중버퍼를 구성 효율적인 버퍼 스케줄을 이용하여 멀티미디어 콘텐츠의 실시간 복호화 방법을 제안한다.

KISTI가 대기업 고객을 대상으로 수행하던 유망아이템 발굴 지원 사업은 2008년 중소기업을 대상으로 확대된 이래, 지난 2016년에는 벨류체인에 기반한 모델로 다양 화 되었다. 본 연구는 상호작용에 기반한 유망아이템 발굴이 가지는 영향력을 비교 분석하여, 매출증대 등 직접 효과 중심으로 평가되던 동 사업이 가지는 다양 한 간접 성과를 검토할 수 있는 기회를 제공하였다.

국내 에너지 생산량의 고갈과 더불어 태양열, 풍력 등이 지속적 가능한 신재생 대체 에너지로 떠오르는 것과 더불어 가정에서 직접 전력을 생산하는 전력생산시스템이 주목을 받고 있다. 이를 위한 정부의 정책으로 태양광 패널을 이용하여 전력을 생산하고 이를 이웃 간의 전력 거래를 할 수 있는 실증사업을 실시하였다. 본 논문에서는 이 실증 사업에서 보안성과 안정성을 높이고 빠른 거래가 가능한 블록체인 기반 P2P 전자거래 시스템을 설계하고, 이를 통해 신재생 에너지 거래 시스템 개발 기술의 기술 사업화 과정에서 발생할 수 있는 경제적 리스크를 최소화할 수 있는 기틀을 마련한다.

The Renewable Portfolio Standard(RPS) which is in operated by country for many years is eco-friendly energy business. Although a variety of institute are accessing the RPS, it consists of a centralized system. Also, it shows opacity of data access in user's point of view. And each institutes is possessing their own data collected by themselves. Therefore decentralization and integrated control is demanded. Also, when institutes are attacked, the interruption of RPS can be existed. For resolving this issue, this study proposes the RPS using blockchain. Using the consortium method of blockchain, every institutes has possessing same data inserting REC data in block data, it is resolvable that transparency and security issue as transaction through verification of certain block. Furthermore, in case of one institute is paused by external attack, the role can be replaced by other institutes. This study tried the processing of putting data through ethereum network, therefore it presents the possibility of introducing the blockchain method in RPS.

Many domestic and international countries recently apply the blockchain technology to its related application fields. Not the enterprise-centered economy, the concept of the sharing economy which is controlled by individuals has been expanded. However, the development of the necessary system to realize the sharing economy in the agricultural sector has still been insufficient. Because the agricultural machinery rental business in the recent agricultural policies is managed by the government and the local government keeps and provides limited quantities and resources, its operation system has several problems. In case of high-priced agricultural machines, the machines can not be supplied adequately at the right time due to the limited quantities during the busy farming season. This paper proposes the sharing system that individual owners rent their agricultural machinery to growers using the blockchain technology. Thus, the proposed system provides the distributed method to solve agricultural machines of a lack of resources and also gives the secure service to all the growers.

The paper examines the determinants factor and business performance of global supply chain management. Partnership and process innovation were used as proxy for the characteristics of determinants factor of global supply chain management. Agility of business performance was used as proxy for the business performance of global supply chain management. Based on the analysis of sixty eight global supply chain management cases in Oil and Chemical Industry, the following results were found. Firstly, it was found that the process partnership of determinants factor affects agility of improved business performance. Secondly, process innovation of determinants factor was not improved more agility of improved business performance. However, there were several limitations such as characteristics of process innovation and partnership, etc.

국내 뿐 아니라 세계적으로 디지털 기반의 공유경제 서비스와 관리에 대하여 많은 관심을 두고 있다. 공유경제로 인하여 새로운 경제패러다임으로 높은 가능성이 있고 정부와 시민이 편익차원에서 많은 예산 절감이 가능하기 때문이다. 우버, 에어 비엔비 등의 사업이 활성화 되고 있는 상황에서 디지털 콘텐츠 역시 활용 공유 가능한 재화로써 공유경제에 참여하고 신뢰기반의 효과적 거래가 가능하다. 이 논문에서는 디지털 콘텐츠를 공유경제로 활용함에 있어 위 변조 및 해킹 가능성을 줄이고 투명한 거래가 가능하여 디지털 콘텐츠의 유통이 활성화 될 수 있는 방법으로 블록체인 활용기법을 제안하였다. 스마트 유통과정에서 이더리움의 스마트 컨트랙트 방법을 적용하고 디지털 콘텐츠 저작권을 보호하기 위한 머클트리 해싱방법과 암호화방법을 수정함으로써 디지털 콘텐츠가 공유경제로써 발돋움하고 활성화될 수 있을 것이다.

This study intends to propose a policy plan for the activation of the Busan Blockchain Regulation-Free Zone, which is selected by the government's comprehensive negative regulation policy. Unlike Europe and the United States, Korea is based on a positive regulation and aims at suppression, not activation. The Korean government proposed a transition to "comprehensive negative regulation" as a groundbreaking regulatory innovation policy to solve the problems of positive regulation. For this implementation plan, seven regulation-free zones were selected. Busan was selected as the Blockchain Regulation-Free Zone, and secured an opportunity to revitalize the stagnant regional economy based on the blockchain. This study is a policy study for the activation of the Busan Blockchain Regulation-Free Zone, and aimed to propose a method to create an industrial ecosystem with the discovery of a Busan-specific Blockchain service that can be commercialized in the Regulation-Free Zone.

This study aims to empirically prove that blockchain games can provide business model innovations through interoperability among NFT based game items. Through our research on 'PlayDapp platform', we figured out that the technological innovation of blockchain games not only has provided a positive influence to the socio-economic and industrial ecosystem perspectives, but also it differentiates companies(game developers and platform providers in this eco-system) and increases customer benefits.
