변동형 대차 구동방식의 지압 침대 개발 및 유효성 평가 (Development and Effectiveness Evaluation of Acupressure Bed with Variable Type Bogie)

  • 지압은 신체의 특정 부위에 압력을 가하는 치료행위로 주로 한의학 분야에서 통증 경감에 활용되어 왔다. 하지만 시술자의 역량, 경험, 체력에 따라 치료 효과가 달라지는 경우가 많아 표준화된 지압이 필요하며 관련하여 기구가 출시되고 있으나 주로 롤링 마사지 방식이어서 에너지 집중도가 떨어지며 부상의 위험성이 있었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 변동형 대차를 기반으로 수직 지압을 제공하는 장치를 구현하였다. 장치의 지압력 유효성 확인을 위해 하중 실험 및 체압 분포, 만족도를 실험한 결과 지압봉은 150kg까지 버티며, 체압비는 0 % < x ≤ 5% 구간에서 비교품의 체압 비율에 비해 낮게 측정되었으며, 또한 주관적 만족도는 평균 2.11점의 높은 점수를 받았다. 따라서 수직 지압이 적용된 장치가 기존 제품과 비교하면 체압 분산에 효과가 있었으며 만족도가 높다고 볼 수 있었다. 향후 연구에서는 수직 지압 사용 그룹과 전문 치료사의 지압 그룹을 구성하여 개발 기기가 사람에 비해 균일한 지압을 제공하는지 비교 평가할 필요가 있다.

  • The chairbound, handicapped person often requires a cushion to distribute the supportive forces over the largest area possible in order to reduce the risk of the development of a pressure sore. Pressure sores are areas of damaged skin caused by staying in one position for too long and can cause serious infections, some of which are life-threatening. When sitting upright, the greatest proportion of body weight is centerd over the ischial tuberosities. So, it is important that comfortable seating and largest distribution of pressure to prevent pressure sores. Therefore, the objective of this study was to develop the physical pressure measurement device and orthodontic chair to prevent pressure sores.

  • 본 연구의 목표는 사용자에게 적합한 매트리스를 선택하는데 도움을 주는 신체적, 심리적 지표를 개발하고, 이를 분석하여 개인의 주관적 만족도와의 상관성을 알아보는 것이다. 시중에 판매되고 있는 5개의 매트리스의 강도를 2개씩 짝지어진 매트리스별 pared t-test를 통하여 강도별 순위를 5등급으로 분류하였다. 10명의 실험 참가자들의 신체적 지표(근전도, 심박수, 산소포화도 측정), 심리적 지표(개인 특성 설문 조사), 체압 및 주관적 만족도 측정을 실시하고, 상관분석을 통해서 이 측정결과와 개인간 주관적 만족도(선호하는 침대의 탄성)와도 일관성이 있는지 조사하였다. 연구 결과, 압력집중도(r=0.818)과 허리근육이완도(r=0.766) 그리고 심박수(r=0.670)가 주관적 만족도와 유의한 상관관계를 가지는 것으로 나타났다.

  • The pressure distribution between human body and seat surface has been considered as an important factor affecting seating comfort. However, it is rare to find general guidelines of how to analyze these pressure patterms related to the seating comfort. In order to investigate the relationship between the pressure patterns and the subjective feeling of seating comfort, a high-resolution body pressure measurement system was adopted. The measured patterns showed that the clear distinctions between the comfortable seats. It was also possible to estimate the seating comfort based upon the analysis of the pressure patterns. The further research will be focused on finding out the relationship between physical seat design parameters and the seating discomfort.

체압분포 측정을 이용한 수면자세 인식 (Recognizing Sleeping Posture on Bed by using the Measurement of Body Pressure Distribution)

  • Sleeping is important activity in bedroom and it takes one third of our lifetime. The body pressure distribution on bed has been considered as one of the most important factors affecting sleeping comfort. The measurement contact pressure has been applied to design seat, mattress, shoes, etc., for prevention of pressure sores and improvement of products. This paper discusses the recognizing rule of sleeping posture using contact pressure. Subjects' ages are ranged from twenties to fifties. They include 29 males and 35 females. Body pressure distribution is measured in the state of stable bed when subject lies on his/her back, on his/her side and on his/her face. We made recognizing rules of sleeping posture through statistical analysis; ANOVA and regression analysis, qualitative analysis.

  • Bed for elderly and disabled, including the United States developed the industry Americas, and European countries, mainly in the production of products has dominated the world market. In large hospitals, and dependent products are sold at high prices. On the other hand, improvement of living standards of our country and to the advancement of residential culture of the demand for luxury products is increasing. The study of elderly Edition mattresses have been developed mainly in Europe to maximize the use of sleep can increase the efficiency of products has been studied. Due to the increase in elderly population Elderly Hospital, which is installed in the elderly silver town Edition requires the dissemination of the mattress in the bedroom several times a day resting and sleeping, eating, etc. Designing a variety of actions are needed. Edition of the elderly in Korea developed the design of bed with bed design and the manufacturer and the Institute for Ergonomics, welfare agencies and to build organic cooperation system under the direction of a professional designer to develop and you need to configure the space and the results of such actions by the distribution of cheap materials, ergonomic mattress for optimal development of behavior analysis to the need to promote the convenience of the user.

운전석 체압분포 기반의 착좌전략 분류 (A Classification of Sitting Strategies Based on Seating Pressure Distribution)

  • Drivers' sitting strategies are considered in car seat design. Existing research has identified representative sitting strategies by visual inspection of seating pressure measurements collected from a small sample size of drivers. The present study recruited 20 female and 20 male participants, measured seating pressure, and classified sitting strategies by cluster analysis. The participants' sitting postures were classified based on seating pressure distribution into mid-back and scapular, mid-back and lumbar, and lumbar sitting strategies for the upper body and hip concentrated, hip and mid-thigh concentrated, and hip and mid-thigh distributed sitting strategies for the lower body. The effects of gender and occupant package layout (OPL) on sitting strategy were nout found significant. The identified sitting strategies would be of use for the design and evaluation of an OPL and a seat.
