Recently, the potential risks of tank lorry transportation from the petrochemical plant have been increasing, so the research was performed to build up the evaluation criterion of the transportation safety, as well as aggressive risk+assessment of a variety of chemical materials. This research was applied to the Maximum Credible Accident Analysis technique and modeled on the risk management of chemical transportation using the following four steps for risk evaluation, firstly the comparison of representative fype and standard of hand ling chemical materials transported by tank vehicles secondly, specific classification of potential hazards thirdly, grasp and recognition of virtual accident scenario at last, the risk evaluation of virtual accident scenario(qualitative/quantitative - chemical release modeling).

Although e-Finance has become more and more prevalent in everyday life, with the development of information technology, further development of e-Finance and commercial transactions has been limited. Therefore it is important for financial institutions to be aware of the significance of e-Finance risk and take appropriate actions. And an effective risk management function relies on a well-defined organization structure to eliminate gaps and minimize overlaps in risk management duties, responsibilities, and authorities. It defines and assigns risk management responsibilities, authorities, and accountabilities to appropriate personnel. The adequate organization of the risk management function is very important in the success of risk management.

The apartment house taking most part of our housing types was facing the limit of consumption from the housing supply-oriented policy in the past of rapid urbanization resulting in being transferred to the housing supply-oriented one. Accordingly the requirement for housing quality by customers is diversified varied, in order to meet this the effective and systematic quality control for preventing the defects from the stage of building is required. In this study for the effective and systematic quality management for defects of apartment house analysis on the frequencies and loss expenses from defective maintenance regarding examples of apartment houses having been moved in within five years recently, and the survey on their dwellers' consciousness were made, and the table for quantified apartment house defective risk.

네트워크의 발달과 인터넷의 생활화로 컴퓨터 보안이 시대적인 중요문제로 부각하고 있다. 요즘 해킹으로 발생하는 재정적 손실은 특별하게 큰 사건이 아닌 경우에 언론에 보도되지 않을 정도로 만성적인 현상으로 인식되고 있으며 컴퓨터 범죄는 어느정도 사회현상의 하나로 여겨질 정도다. 그러나 컴퓨터 범죄를 퇴치하고 컴퓨터보안의 완벽성을 유지하고자 하는 기술적인 노력은 지속적으로 전개되고 있으나 컴퓨터 범죄는 오히려 늘어가고 있는 추세다. 이에따라 컴퓨터 범죄등 컴퓨터보안관리가 기술적인 수준에 머물지 않는 성격을 갖추고 있다는 인식이 최근들어 확산하고 있다고 할 수 있다. 이 논문은 이런 인식에서부터 출발해 새로운 개념으로 등장한 전사적 보안관리 (Enterprise Security Planning)와 컴퓨터 보안 위험 관리(Computer Security Risk Management)의 개념에 대한 이해를 중점적으로 제기했다. 또 컴퓨터 보안위험관리의 과정을 단계별로 검토해 컴퓨터 보안위험관리를 체계적으로 이해할수 있도록 제시했다. 마지막으로 본 논문은 전사적 보안관리와 컴퓨터 보안위험 관리차원에서 기업이 보안관리를 위해 갖춰야 할 새로운 흐름들, 예를 들어 보안관리자(Chief Security Officer) 제도와 보안보험 가입등 보안정책을 제시함으로써 컴퓨터범죄로부터 기업이 최대한의 안전성을 확보할 수 있는 경영전략의 틀을 제시했다.

In this research, the goal is to ascertain the potential danger when transporting hazardous material by considering the important elements that contribute to such situation, instead of relying on the quantitative risk assessment of fixed facilities. Also, this study will verify the social and personal risk according to damage zone limits, by applying the worst case scenario and the alternative scenario that occur during the transportation process. Moreover, it has selected the optimum transportation route for maximum safety. The result of this research could be used to construct a systematic emergency system that can minimize the damage from serious industrial accidents, by effectively decreasing the danger zone and forming a connection between the community, the society, and the industries according to such evaluations.

주식의 기대수익률과 체계적 위험과의 관계를 설명한 자본자산가격결정모형(CAPM)은 지난 30년간 많은 재무학자들에 의해 지속적으로 검증 받아 왔다. 물론, 자본시장의 효율성도 포함된 결합가설(結合假說)(joint hypothesis)의 검증이라는 어려운 점도 있으나, 일련의 연구는 기존에 발견된 주가이례(株價異例)현상을 설명하기 위해 새로운 위험 변수가 필요하다고 지적하였다. 이러한 방향으로의 연구 중 차별정보가설은 투자분석에 이용 가능한 정보의 양(量)이 위험측정의 불확실성을 결정하므로 주식의 수익률도 따라서 변하게 된다고 설명하고 있다. 본 연구는 기업의 다각화가 진행됨에 따라 각 사업단위의 회계정보 및 소속산업의 자료수집을 통한 정보의 양이 증가된다는 가정아래 차별정보가설을 실증 분석한다. 기업규모를 통제하여 구성한 포트폴리오 분석 방법은 다각화지 수가 낮은 기업이 체계적으로 높은 초과수익률을 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 이 분석결과는 차별정보가설이 예 상하는 바와 일치하는 결과로 해석될 수 있다. 그러나, 기업규모의 통제없이 구성한 다각화 포트폴리오의 분석결과와 개별기업 차원의 회귀분석 결과는 초과수익률과 기업의 다각화 정도가 선형 관계가 아닌 U자형의 관계에 있다는 것을 보여주고 있다.

생활을 향상시키고 개선하기 위해 화학물질은 전 세계적으로 널리 이용 되고 있고, 또한 국내에는 38,000여종의 화학물질이 유통되고 있다. 그러나 화학물질은 그 이점에도 불구하고 사람이나 환경에 유해 영향을 가져올 가능성이 있어 위험물안전관리법에서는 3,000여종을 위험물로 분류하여 규제하고 있다. 위험물에 관련하여 유해화학물질관리법, 위험물안전관리법, 고압가스안전관리법, 총포 도검 화약류단속법, 원자력 진흥법, 농약관리법 등에서 개별적으로 규정하고 분류하고 있어 위험물질에 대한 표지사항이 해당 부처에 따라 상이하여 혼란을 야기하고 있고, 위험물에 대한 품목 및 품명의 고정으로 인하여 새롭게 생성된 위험물질에 대해 적용하는 데 문제점이 있다. 이에 의해 위험물질을 개별법에 따라 관리함으로써 중복된 위험물질 분류 및 관리의 문제가 있으며, 위험물질 분류에 있어서 위험물질에 따라 수송수단이 상이함에도 불구하고 수송수단별(도로, 철도, 해운, 항공) 위험물질에 대한 세분화된 자료가 부족하다. 따라서 수송관점에서 표준화된 위험물 물질정보의 분류와 코드화 방안개발이 필요하다. 본 연구는 국내 외 문헌 검토 및 위험물에 관련된 법제도 비교를 통하여 위험물 수송관리체계 정비방안과 위험물 수송사고의 문제점을 도출하고 기존의 위험물 분류체계에서 운송관점에서의 위험물 매칭테이블을 구축하고 신속한 사고대응을 위한 위험물질별 코드화 방안을 제안하도록 하겠다.

In the Bill of Lading of The Irbenskiy Proliv is not subject to the Hague-Visby Rules in accordance with paragraphs (A) and/or (E) of cl.1 or to the Hague Rules in accordance with paragraphs (B) and/or (D) of cl.1. The Irbenskiy Proliv is very rare case that is effective to exempt the carrier as literal words of Bill of Lading. The action concerns cargoes of perishable goods shipped from Brazil to Japan, under Bills of Lading each of which contained an extensive carrier's exemption clause. A preliminary issue was ordered to be determined on the question whether c1.4 is effective to exempt the ralliers from any potential liability for the claims in this case. The court held that there is no reason to reject c1.4 as part of each of the contracts contained in or evidenced by the bills of lading; and it protects the carrier where damage to the goods shipped results from such causes. It is therefore effective to exempt the carriers from any potential liability for those claims.

The need for risk based safety management has been highlighted in accordance with the growth of aviation industry and public interest in aviation safety. Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) in aviation industry is defined to guarantee the safety and reliability. Therefore, state's Civil Airworthiness Authority (CAA) has established safety oversight system dedicated for the development of a healthy MRO industry. The study proposed a risk based oversight system considering Korean environment. Based on literature review including analysis of International Civil Aviation Organization guidance and advance system, we identified two organization risks. Organization complexity can be evaluated in accordance with how large the organization is and how complicated the service they provide are. Organization profile is the organization's characteristic related with safety. This study contributes to improving the process of identifying risk of organization and focusing surveillance capabilities on risk areas for efficient management of CAA's resources.
