In this paper, various definitions of IT Governance and its elements are reviewed. It seems that generally, there is no big difference in definitions and the elements of IT Governance among researchers. However, it is found that some variables which are not appropriate for its definition were used in many IT Governance research. It is also found that IT Governance research in foreign countries have been focused on structure, process, and relational mechanism. I think that the primary goal of IT Governance should be building an effective IT management system. If desirable structure and principles for IT management are established and observed strictly, we can expect desirable behavior in IT management. As a result, expected outcomes and benefits through IT investment could be possibly realized. Therefore, IT Governance research should be focused on building IT Governance systems. This paper suggests a framework for the future IT Governance research.

In 1990s the debate on very large ships made the Mega ship and mega port concept emerge. Many studies have bees done on such big ships by consultant, naval architects, port designers, ship operators, economists etc,. with different points of view and results. This paper, by reviewing the literature systematically, identifies limitations and major issues, and suggests directions for further studies.

본 연구는 고령사회 도래에 따른 고령층 정보격차해소 방안에 관한 연구이다. 먼저 정보격차에 관한 이론적 쟁점을 살펴본 후 해외 주요국들의 고령층 정보격차해소 현황을 소개하고, 고령사회 도래에 따라 고령층의 정보사회 참여를 촉진하기 위한 고령층 정보격차해소 방안을 고찰하고 있다. 향후 빠르게 진행될 고령사회에 대응하기 위한 고령층 정보격차해소 정책방안으로서 정보격차 진화의 단계별로 제1유형, 제2유형, 제3유형으로 분류하여 정책방안을 제시하였다. 제1유형에서는 정보의 접근성, 제2유형에서는 정보의 활용성, 그리고 제3유형에서는 정보의 수용성을 기준으로 정보격차가 분화된다. 이 유형들은 그 일부가 정책방안을 구상함에 있어 중복 고려될 수 있다. 제1유형에서는 보편적 접근 및 서비스를 지향하는 입장에서 정보기기에 대한 균등한 접근기회 보장 및 인적 네트워크 강화를 중요하게 고려해야 할 것이다. 제2유형과 제3유형에서는 고령층의 사회참여 역량을 강화함으로써 궁극적으로 삶의 질 향상에 기여할 수 있는 방향으로 나아갈 수 있도록 하기 위하여 정보활용 능력 및 세대 간 의사 소통 능력의 증진이 중요하게 고려되어야하겠다. 이와 같은 대응방안을 체계적이고 지속적인 대책으로 접근해 나갈 필요가 있다.

The purpose of this paper is to systematically evaluate the relationship between cancer health literacy and cancer screening behaviors using global data. Following the preferred reporting items for systematic reviews and meta-analyses review guidelines, full-text articles published on PubMed, CINAHL, Embase, and Cochrane Library were reviewed until 31 January 2021. The reference lists of all selected studies have been also included. The cancer health literacy and cancer-screening behaviors of the participants aged ≥18 years were assessed. Seventeen studies that met the inclusion criteria were included. The cancer screening behaviors included mammograms, clinical breast cancer examination, Papanicolaou test, colonoscopy, and PSA screening. Eleven studies revealed a statistically meaningful relationship between the cancer health literacy and cancer screening behaviors. Further research should focus on developing effective interventions and guidelines on cancer health knowledge. The research scope of all areas of cancer health literacy and cancer screening behaviors should be extended to improve the cancer screening rates and public health.

This study was done to evaluate current spiritual distress assessment tools and to assess nursing research adapted this spiritual distress assessment tools. Spiritual distress assessment tools were identified through systematic review. Ten studies about spiritual distress assessment tools were identified. In these studies, three international and one domestic standardized assessment tools were found. The purpose of developing these tools was to provide spiritual care through assessing spiritual distress. Domestic assessment tool had low reliability, was not proved by constructive validity, and did not include multidimensional spiritual concepts. International assessment tools may take into account cultural and religious backgrounds in the context for cultural adaptation of instruments. Based on these results, the development of Korean version of spiritual distress assessment tool is recommended.

연구개발 프로그램을 체계적으로 평가하려는 노력은 선진국의 경우 이미 상당히 정착된 단계에 이르고 있으며, 국내에서도 1999년부터 국가 연구개발 프로그램의 효율성 제고를 목적으로 국가과학기술위원회 조사${\cdot}$분석${\cdot}$평가를 실시하고 있다. 이러한 배경에는 정부 내에서 연구개발 프로그램이 다원화되고 다양화되고 있는 가운데 국가 전체적인 차원의 전략적 중요성은 계속 높아지고 있기 때문인 것으로 풀이된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 일반적인 프로그램 평가 모형을 고찰하고, 특히 국가 연구개발 프로그램 특성을 고려하여 연구개발 성과(Performance), 프로세스(Process), 사람(People)의 체계적인 평가를 위한 개념적 모형으로서 ${\ulcorner}$연구개발 프로그램 행동-프로세스 모형${\lrcorner}$을 제시하고자 한다.
