Omeprazole 체내 동태의 약물유전학적 특성에 관한 연구

  • Omeprazole의 약동학적 Parameter는 tmax를 제외하고 두 군간에 유의한 (p<0.001) 차이론 보였다 : AUC의 평균치는 5-mephenytoin hydroxylation poor metabol izer에서 extensive metabol izer에 비해 약 6-7배 컸다. Omeprazole sulfone의 parameter는 omeprazole에서 관찰된 두 군간의 차이와 유사하였다. 그러나 5-hydroxyomeprazole의 경우에는 Cmax, AUC 등이 extensive metabolizer에서 더컸다. Omeprazole의 청소율은 S-mephenytoin hydroxylation 대사능(MR)과 유의한 상잔관계(rs=0.79, p<0.01)를 보였으며, omeprazole과 그 대사물(5-hydroxyomeprazole 및 omeprazole sulfone)의 반감기 또한 S-mephenytoin hydroxylation 대사능과 유의한 상관성을 보였다.

  • In this paper, an accelerated life test procedure for a vacuum cleaner motor is proposed. We investigate the failure mechanism of the motor and select some accelerating factors and determine the orifice size as a key accelerating factor. Three stress levels of orifice size are tested and the failure data with censored data are analyzed. The modified accelerating test will reduce the test time in design phase by using the accelerating factor.

  • 충북 진천에는 단 2개의 양계 농장이 있어 축산을 하기에 청정한 지역으로 꼽힌다. 이 중 한 농장인 회사법인 오란다농장은 산란계 11만수 농장을 운영하면서 금년 초에 친환경농산물인증(무항생제축산물)을 획득하면서 보다 청정한 축산물 생산에 노력하고 있다. 오란다농장은 스페인 Z사의 케이지를 설비해 닭의 심리적 안정감을 유도하고, 급수라인 니플청소기를 자체 제작설비해 생산성을 높이고 있었다. 김병철 사장을 만나 사양관리에 대해 들어보았다.

  • In this paper a technology which gives directions to people and also localization of the robotic vacuum cleaners inside some spacious buildings is developed. For this purpose, it is confirmed that which pattern has a small error in dealing with the indoor localization with various RFID tag arrangements attached on the ground. This experiment was conducted by using MT92(900MHz range Antenna) and ALR 9900+(Reader). As a result, the square arrangement has the least error, 21.19cm, among other patterns which are diamond, rectangle and regular hexagon. However, it is necessary to consider the number of tags in the unit area, from this point of view the regular hexagon arrangement is the most efficient arrangement among other patterns because it needs only 6 tags in the unit area.

Effect of Cimetidine on Theophylline Disposition and Metabolic Pathways (Cimetidine의 Theophylline 약동학 및 대사과정에 미치는 효과에 관한 연구)

  • The effect of cimetidine on theophylline metabolism was examined in dogs. Single dose intravenous theophylline kinetic studies were performed in cross-over manner before and after one week intravenous cimetidine (30 mg/kg/day) treatment. Cimetidine decreased theophylline clearance by an average of 31% (p<0.05) and prolonged theophylline half-li fe by an average of 29% (p<0.01) compared to those in control peirods. However, steady-state volume of distribution and protein binding of theophylline were not changed significantly. Twenty-four hours urinary excretion of 3-methylxanthine, 1-methyluric acid and 1,3-dimethyluric acid, which are the major metabolites of theophylline, were all decreased after cimetidine treatment, whereas the excreted fractions of individual metabolites were unchanged by cimetidine. From the above data, it could be susggested that cimetidine decreases theophylline clearance and prolongs the half-life by non-specific inhibition of the demethylations and 8-hydroxylation pathways.

Characteristics of Flow-Induced Noise in the Suction Nozzle of a Vacuum Cleaner with a Double-Blade Fan (이중 블레이드 팬이 장착된 진공청소기 브러쉬의 유동소음 특성)

  • The characteristics of noise generation in the suction nozzle of a vacuum cleaner are analyzed numerically and experimentally. First, the flow resistance induced by each element in the suction nozzle of a vacuum cleaner with a double-blade rotary fan is investigated numerically and its relation with flow-induced noise and suction performance is examined in an anechoic room. The flow resistance and vorticity in the suction nozzle are calculated, and it is found that they are closely related to flow-induced noise and that the upper limit of noise reduction is only 4 dBA. This upper limit can be achieved by changing the design of the brush nozzle. Two methods for noise reduction by enlargement of flow-inlet area and by optimization of the number of blades are tested. Finally, the effects of each method are verified experimentally.

Interspecies Scaling of Roxithromycin Pharmacokinetics Across Species (록시스로마이신의 체내동태에 대한 이종간 예측모델)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the allometric analysis of roxithromycin using pharmacokinetic data. The pharmacokinetic parameters used were $half-life(t_{1/2})$, mean residence time (MRT), clearance (Cl) and volume of distribution at steady state $(V_{ss})$. Relationships between body weight and the pharmacokinetic parameter were based on the empirical formula $Y=aW^b$, where 'Y' is $t_{1/2}$, MRT, Cl, or $V_{ss}$, W the body weight and 'a' is an allometric coefficient (intercept) that is constant for a given drug. The exponential term, 'b', is a proportionality constant that describes the relationship between the pharmacokinetic parameter of interest and body weight. As results of the allometric analyses, the logarithms of $t_{1/2}$, MRT, Cl, and $V_{ss}$ were linearly related to the logarithms of body weight. Results of the current analyses could provide information on appropriate doses of roxithromycin for all species.

  • The lateral line scales of the Labridae fish are ellipse, pentagoanl, or hexagonal, but most of them are the hexagonal type. Those of Ciarrhilabrus temminckii, ellipse, Xyrichtys dea, Choerodon azurio, Semicossyphus reticulatus and Bodianus oxycephalus are pentagonal. The most complex species are Choerodon azurio which is pentagonal, but similar tohexagonal, and Pteragogus flagellifera which is hexagonal, but similar to pentagonal type. The sizes of sensory tubes for the Labroides dimidiatus and Cheilio inermis were larger than the other group and Xyrichtys dea had most narrow one. These varied sizes of sensory tube indicate that development of sensory tube is deeply connected with inhabitation.

  • With the recent advent of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, the importance of the platform business is increasing. Most global companies with high market value are known as platform companies. This change is changing the business model of companies in various industries. However, existing studies have mainly focused on information-intensive industries and large companies. Therefore, this study attempted to analyze the case of Everybot, which is successfully growing in the service robot industry. Everybot is known as a company that produces robot cleaners. However, according to the result, the company has focused on developing autonomous driving technologies and pursuing platform-based business strategies rather than product-based ones. The results of this study have theoretical and practical implications by showing how domestic small and medium-sized robot companies apply platform-based business strategies to achieve long-term growth with gaining leadership in the personal service robotics market.
