  • 철근콘크리트 구조물의 공사중 뼈대공사라고 할 수 있는 철근공사에 있어서, 현행 철근의 절단 절곡 가공방법은 현장 인력 수작업에 의한 가공 즉 노동집약적 형태로 운영되어 왔으며, 특히 절단가공에 있어서는 철근의 강도저하가 우려되는 산소를 사용한 가열절단으로 행해지고 있어, 본고에서는 이와같은 현장여건을 개선하고, 궁극적으로 인력절감, 현장 생산성 및 품질 향상을 꾀하기 위하여 철근 가공(절단,절곡) 기계화 시스템을 적용한 시공사례를 중심으로 소개하기로 한다.

  • The application of the BIM for architectural and structural work accompanied many trials-and-errors on project based on BIM by this time Ten years have passed since BIM issued, but it is not activated. This study suggests ways to activate BIM for architectural and structural work. The reason for choosing the structure construction is as follows. Construction cost is a high proportion of structural construction cost. On the other hand, the number of related materials is small, and the first in the 3D modeling process is structure modeling. And build BIM-based Structural Database by quantity take-off. This study shows the applicability of BIM through practical cases. This study is expected to provide suggestion for the successful implementation of BIM-based projects.

A Study on the Economical Analysis of the Composite Precast Concrete Method (프리캐스트 콘크리트 복합화공법의 경제성 분석에 관한 연구)

  • In this study, we select a site adopting real composite precast concrete method. Estimating real construction cost and imaginary cost appling reinforced concrete method in the site, we compare the costs. Through using high intensity concrete and prestressed concrete, amount of concrete is reduced more than 50% but there isn't big gap in material cost. In the main construction cost of composite precast concrete method, the material cost with production cost and transportation cost are in that, joints and topping concrete are account for 90%. But in case of reinforced concrete, labor cost spent at concrete steel bar and form is account for 30%. In the cost of attached, compared with composite precast concrete method, the reinforced concrete method taken in big portion by temporary work and scaffolding is twice as much as composite precast concrete method in construction cost. Therefore, economic efficiency is excellent reducing 11% total cost of composite precast concrete method from the reinforced concrete method.

  • Reinforced Concrete is the most dominant structure type for buildings in South Korea. Reinforced Concrete is one of materials having the most cost and quantity at construction projects. It is important to manage concrete quantity so that the total project cost is not affected due to underestimate or overestimate of its quantity. Generally the concrete quantity is taken-off based on the volume of the space inside forms without subtracting volumes of rebar embedded, which cannot be considered to make quite accurate results. Resource waste and extra cost due to over or under estimate of quantity occur since they cannot estimate accurate quantity at practices. Therefore, the objective of this paper is to analyze the effect of the volume for rebars embedded in reinforced concrete members. By comparing the quantity based on the existing method with the one from BIM data, it was found that about 1~2% of quantity discrepancy was observed while the typical concrete waste rate is 1 % at the current practice.

  • Modern construction technology has been highly systemized, which has simplified the construction methods applied to construction sites. However, on reinforced concrete construction sites, there have recently been many new disasters, and these have been bigger than before due to the heavy dependency on manpower. This study investigates the cause and cases of disasters during reinforced concrete construction. In addition, the study surveyed the psychological condition of construction site personnel in relation to the safety awareness and the causes of disasters, while deriving the basic components related to disasters on construction sites in order to analyze the relationship between each component to suggest an efficient safety management measures checklist. Construction site personnel should utilize the results drawn from this study as a disaster prevention tool to use in a safety education class, and not consider this simply as statistical data, but as a checklist to ensure full awareness of the appropriate priorities for safety categories to utilize in the reinforced concrete construction in order to execute reasonable safety management.

  • 최근 환경문제에 대한 일반인의 관심고조와 함께 3D 기피현상에 따른 철근공, 거푸집공 등의 기능노동자의 부족, 고령화, 외국인노동자 고용 현상과 낮은 노동생산성은 건설업계의 심각한 현안이다. 과거에는 재료비의 비중이 높았으므로 재료의 낭비를 줄이기 위한 합리화가 추진되었다. 그러나 현재는 노무비 비율의 급격한 증대로 인하여 공기단축이나 합리화, 시스템화를 통해서 경쟁에서 생존해 나가고 있다. 건축공사 중 특히 철근 콘크리트공사는 기술의 발전이 느리고, 시공 방법도 과거의 공법을 그대로 유지하고 있는 실정이다. 건축공사비 중 구체공사의 비율은 30% 정도이고, 그 비용 중 인건비가 50% 정도를 차지하고 있기 때문에 철근 콘크리트 공사는 아직도 기술 집약적인 산업이 아닌 노동 집약적 산업으로 간주되는 결과를 초래하고 있다.(중략)

  • Safety and efficiency in the construction of RC structures mainly depends on optimal operation of shore-slat systems. The disasters in RC construction are mainly due to excessive load applied to falsework and premature removal of supports. Development of sufficient compressive strength of early-age connote is essential for the safety of structures during construction. Most of studies on shore-slab interaction have focused on flat slab structures. In this study, load distributions in floor slabs and supports during the construction of shear wall-type RC apartment building structures is investigated using finite element analysis.

  • 콘크리트 구조체공사의 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것은 거푸집공사이며, 구조체공사의 합리적 관리는 거푸집공사의 작업생산성에 관한 기초자료를 확보함으로써 가능하다. 본 연구에서는 거푸집공사의 과학적 관리기반을 구축하기 위하여, 구조체 기준층을 대상으로 작업측정을 하여 유로폼공법, 재래식 거푸집공법 등 주요공법의 생산성을 도출하였다. 또한, 거푸집공사의 주요 작업인 조립, 해체, 운반등 단위 공정의 소요작업 품을 산출함으로써, 작업개선을 위한 실용적인 자료를 제시하였다. 마지막으로 거푸집 면적이 생산성과 상관관계가 매우 높다는데 착안하여 소요작업품을 예측할 수 있는 상관관계식을 유도함으로써, 공정관리 및 기능공의 수급예측이 가능토록 하였다.

  • Reinforced concrete is the most widely used construction method for constructing structures. There is a lot of process for constructing Reinforced concrete structures such as installing rebars, molds and support, mixing and placing concrete, and curing. So the reinforced concrete work accounts for a large part of the total construction cost for constructing structure. For this reason a reasonable standard for estimating the cost of reinforced concrete construction has to be established and it will be possible to secure appropriate costs for construction work. In this study, we analyze the revision factors of the standard for estimating the cost of reinforced concrete construction and present them to secure reasonable construction costs.
