수치사진측량을 이용한 지형공간정보 추출 (Geospatial Information Extraction by using Digital Photogrammetry)

  • 지형공간정보체계의 운영을 위하여 필수적인 자료기반의 갱신을 위한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 수치 사진측량과정에 의하여 취득되는 자료를 활용하여 정사투영영상을 생성하고 영상피라미드 기법을 이용하여 다축척 정사투영영상지도를 제작하였다. 연구의 결과 제작된 정사투영영상지도의 정확도는 1:5,000 지형도 대비 2.092m의 정확도로서, 다양한 지형공간정보체계 자료기반 자료취득이 가능하였다.

3-죠오 척의 동적 파악력에 관한 연구 (Stduy on the Dynamic Gripping Force of a 3-Jaw Chuck)

  • In order to reduce the possibilities of personnel injuries and damages to machines and to obtaim higher efficiency and machining accuracy in the manufacturing system, the chucking technology has recentry become important. The chucking technology of work greatly affects both the grometrical accuracy and fonctional performance of the workpiece. In this study, the dynamic gripping force of a 3-jaw power chuck is investigated on the factors of the shape of jaw and the shape of workpiece. From this investigation, the following observations are obtained. 1) The higher stiffness of workpiece is, the higher decrease of dynamic gripping force is. 2) The nearer to the root of jaw is, the higher decrease of dynamic gripping force is. 3) The centrifugal force of affectting the decrease of dynamic gripping force has to be considered in the centrifugal force of affecting jaw.

  • 우리나라의 승강기 기술은 유럽, 미국, 캐나다의 기술표준을 도입함으로써 선진화를 꾀해오고 있으나, 초기의 틀에서 크게 벗어나지 못하고 있을 뿐만 아니라 품질서비스가 아직도 취약한 실정이다. 그 동안 서비스 품질의 정확한 구성요인을 파악하기 위한 연구가 다양하게 이루어져 왔지만, 대부분 서비스품질의 구성요인들 중 기능적 품질에만 국한된 연구가 주류를 이루어 왔으며, 서비스품질 구성요소를 통합한 승강기 유지보수산업에 대한 실증적인 연구는 거의 이루어지지 않은 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 승강기 유지보수산업의 서비스 품질속성에 대한 고유속성과 척도 도출을 통해 경영성과 요인으로서의 고객만족도와 재무 비재무적 성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대하여 실증분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 우리나라 중소벤처승강기 유지보수 산업의 서비스 품질 제고를 전략의 수립에 기초적인 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

  • The new square electro-magnetic chuck, which is using for the clamping devices on a grinding machine, is developed in this study to improve the convenience of grinding works. The various kinds of structures are recommended to find the most adequate magnetic characteristics through the analytical approach using finite element methods. The analyzed results are retrofitted to solve the drawbacks of previous models step by step by considering the magnetic fields, strength and distribution of drag force, and thermal deformations of chuck. such as high parallelism and flatness. Finally the best recommended models is designed to satisfy the KS specifications required for the commercial magnetic chuck. The prototype chuck with this dimensions and structures is manufactured. For this final model, the experimental verifications are investigated whether the KS specifications are satisfied.

  • This paper presents a quantitative measure of the degree of part commonality and redundancy in a product line based on entropy measure of information theory. The several possible methods of analysis are discussed and the use of the entropy measure is discussed. These commonality and redundancy measure can be applied to analyze the usage pattern of part across a product line and to determine which parts have the broadest usage across the firm's product lines. An analysis of the results by entropy statistics is compared with the practical part usage in a simulation of several types of part usage's distributions.

유아교사의 일터영성 척도 개발 (Development of Workplace Spirituality Scale for Early Childhood Teacher)

  • This study aims to develop and validate the WSSECT (Workplace Spirituality Scale for Early Childhood Teacher) through literature review and statistical tests. The initial version with 40 items based on two dimensions of spirituality in individual and professional level was constructed. Then, it was revised twice for improving reliability and validity. Finally the WSSECT was constructed of 4 factors - i.e. 'calling for ECE teacher job', 'meaning for life', 'membership in educational community' and 'awareness of inner life' - including the 23 items. The scale will be expected to identify workplace spirituality of early childhood teacher.

  • In the performance domain, physical performance is a measure that represents some degree of system, subsystem, component or device success in a continuous sense, as opposed to a classical binomial sense (success or failure). If applicable sensing and monitoring means exist, physical performance can be observed over time, along with explanatory variables or covariables. Performance-based reliability represents the probability that performance will remain satisfactory over a finite period of time or usage cycles in the future when a performance critical limit (which represents an appropriate definition of failure in terms of performance) is set at a fixed level, based on application requirements. In the case of inadequate knowledge of the failure mechanics, this physical based empirical modeling concept along with performance degradation knowledge can serve as an important analysis tool in reliability work in product and process improvement.

  • Gastric lavage is now known to be ineffective, unnecessary or hazardous in some circumstances where it used to be performed as a routine. This article concerns the medico-legal aspect of forced gastric lavage. The Supreme Court 2005.1.28, 2003da14119 is the case where a patient, who ingested the organophosphate insecticide to attempt suicide and refused lavage. At first we discuss the effectiveness or hazards of lavage because a very high degree of proof -of negligence, not error of clinical judgment - would be required. Lavage, with or without the informed consent, performed negligently which result in harm could, of course, give rise to a claim in negligence. A doctor might also be held negligent in failing to perform an act which he/she had a duty to perform.

  • Muffler sound quality of a vehicle has widely been evaluated using commercial softwares. However, the commercial softwares are providing only simple sound quality index. To get better sound quality evaluation method of the muffler, a new approach is suggested based on the subjective sound quality test. The suggested subjective sound quality evaluation method is refined with the fuzzy theory. The developed method is applied for the evaluation of various kinds of vehicle muffler sounds.

  • In this paper, benchmark tests of Rapid Prototyping(RP) are presented to evaluate characteristics of various RP Systems and Processes, and several decision-support systems are developed to select RP Machine/Process suitable to user's requirements. Results of the RP benchmark tests are applied to the recently developed RP machines for the purpose of analyzing attributes such as dimensional accuracy, surface roughness, build cost, build time, and etc. Decision-making support systems are also developed, which contain not only new LCE (Linear Confidence Equation) algorithm but also modified PRES and MDS algorithm. Those algorithms are proved to be effective in that reasonably acceptable results are obtained on several cases of different inputs.
