최근 건강증진 및 치료를 위한 방법으로 운동이 주목을 받고 있다. 운동의 효과를 극대화하기 위하여 각각의 개인 특성에 맞는 맞춤형 운동처방이 요구된다. 그러나 현재 운동처방사의 부족과 운동처방을 위한 시스템의 부재로 많은 사람들은 운동의 효과를 정확하게 얻지 못하고 있다. 본 논문은 다양한 건강검진 데이터를 기초로 하여 여러 분야의 운동관련 자료들을 쉽고 빠르게 개인 맞춤 운동처방에 적용할 수 있도록 하여 운동처방 전문가가 양질의 운동처방을 적은 노력과 시간으로 작성할 수 있도록 도와주는 운동처방 저작을 위한 지원시스템을 제안한다.

The purpose of this article is to cope with the abuse of antibiotics in the clinic, to determine the necessity of antibiotic administration, to share information on the selection and proper use of appropriate antibiotics, and to increase the appropriateness of antibiotic prescription through continuous monitoring. In line with the latest research and guidelines trends of various agencies, we will supplement the antibiotic prescription guidelines and use them for the treatment in Apple Tree Dental Hospital. Specially, by history taking and the penicillin allergy test, amoxicillin is prescribed as a primary selective antibiotic for 1 day. The complaints and treatment effects of the first antibiotic should be evaluated at the next visit. If the primary antibiotic was ineffective, we replaced it with a broad-spectrum antibiotic. If there was no improvement in symptoms, the patient would be referred to upper grade hospital. The staff of the Apple Tree Dental Hospital regularly monitored and educated antibiotic prescriptions. The current guidelines should be supplemented continually and positively affect the abuse of antibiotics and the habit of dental practice.

Antibiotics are used for the prevention and treatment of infections. This study aimed to investigate the patterns of dental antibiotic prescription in children and adolescents. The Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service provided data on patients who visited medical institutions. It was categorized according to year, sex, age, insurance type, dental institution, and region. Chi-square tests, Fisher's exact tests, and one-way analyses of variance were performed. Statistical analyses were performed using SAS software (ver. 9.2; SAS Institute, Cary, NC, USA). Amoxicillin and cephalosporins, the most commonly used antibiotics, accounted for approximately 96% of the prescriptions. The younger the child, the more antibiotics were prescribed for trauma, pulpitis, and dental abscesses. However, closer to adolescence, the antibiotics were primarily prescribed to manage impacted teeth and periodontal problems. Antibiotics were prescribed for 3.13 days on average. There were significant differences in the prescription rates according to age, sex, type of insurance, type of medical institution, and region (p < 0.05). This study suggested that antibiotic prescriptions should be closely monitored to ensure appropriate usage of antibiotics.

축산물의 항생제 잔류와 내성균의 출현 등으로 동물약품 안전사용에 대한 국민적 관심이 증가하여 축산 식품의 안전성 향상과 항생제 내성 문제의 해결을 위하여 농림수산식품부 및 보건복지부를 비롯한 관련 정부 부처와 소비자단체의 노력의 결실로 2007년 12월 6개 관련부처는 "국가항생제내성관리종합대책"을 수립하여 수의사처방제의 시행을 권고한 바 있으며, 농림수산식품부에서는 2008년 7월에 "식품안전종합대책"을 통하여 2011년부터 "수의사처방제"를 도입하겠다고 정책을 발표하였다. 지난 7월 12일에는 수의사처방제의 도입을 위한 입법과정의 일환으로 심재철의원의 주관 하에 각계 대표가 참가한 상태에서 국회에서 토론회가 개최되어 각계의 의견수렴의 과정을 거쳤다. 농림수산식품부와 대한수의사회는 수의사처방제의 2011년 도입을 목표로 입법화과정과 사전 준비를 추진하고 있다. 본 연제에서는 항생제를 비롯한 동물용 의약품에 오염되지 않은 안전한 축산물을 공급하여 국민보건 향상에 기여하기 위한 수의사처방제의 도입에 따른 준비를 위하여, 2009년도 농림수산식품부의 용역연구의 결과 중 (1) 우리나라 소 진료 분야 종사 수의사 실태 및 수의사 처방제 도입 시 필요한 소 진료전문수의사 적정 인원 수 예측, (2) 소 진료전문수의사 양성 방안 및 수의사의 질 향상 유지를 위한 재교육 방안, (3) 우리나라의 소 진료 임상체계 개편 및 국가 동물질병 방역정책과 유기적 연계 방안을 요약 정리하였다. 그리고 본 연제는 소 진료전문수의사들이 수의사처방제 추진과정을 이해함으로서 향후 추진될 수의사처방제에 대하여 능동적으로 대처하고 수의사처방제의 추진 과정에서 생길 수 있는 부작용을 최소화하기 위하여 수의사들에게 정보를 제공하기 위한 것이다.

Exercise programs for elderly users are operated by each department and facility, but it is not enough to visualize exercise prescription and effect followed by elderly users physical conditions. The purpose of this study is to suggest exercise prescription for elderly users with a visual path map. A visual path map is to visually present types of users classified according to physical strength conditions, the process of exercise prescription, and effects of exercise. Exercise prescription is divided into four stages: analysis of physical conditions, exercise prescription by the visual path map, smart exercise prescription, and exercise for elderly users. The first stage, analysis of physical conditions is to classify physical conditions by each type by mechanically learning elderly users' physical test values. The second stage, exercise prescription by the visual path map, is to present exercise prescription suitable for elderly users' physical conditions. The third stage, smart exercise prescription, is to offer exercise prescription of the day when exercise is carried out using elderly users' smart phones in consideration of their situations. The fourth stage, exercise for elderly users, is to provide information by their smart phones when they exercise. In conclusion, this study will be able to induce elderly users to do continuous exercise by motivating them.

In this study, we propose a new order selection method for clinical pathway development in acute appendectomy. This method is based on the lift concept which is popular in association rule discovery and, starting from the orders with more frequencies, sequentially removes the negatively associated orders which have lift values somewhat less than one. The orders in acute appendectomy we consider in this study are test and medical treatment items respectively, and since there are different order patterns before, during, and after operation, three different order selections are made for each. The selection results are somewhat different from those selected only by the order of more frequencies. Specifically, the selection results of two methods are different in 1 or 2 orders for medical treatment items and in maximum 5 orders for test items, respectively.

본 연구의 목적은 약국을 방문하는 만성질환을 가진 노인 환자의 건강보조식품 복용여부와 그 종류 및 복용 양상을 알아보고 개별 환자의 처방의약품 목록과 함께 분석하여 발생 가능한 건강보조식품과 처방의약품의 상호작용을 평가하는 데 있다. 본 연구는 지역 약국을 방문한 만 65세 이상의 만성질환을 가진 노인환자를 대상으로 하였다. 먼저, 만성질환 노인환자의 건강보조식품 복용실태 파악을 위해, 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 처방의약품과 건강보조식품 간의 상호작용 여부 및 정도를 파악하기 위한 문헌검색은 2011년 4월까지 출간된 논문을 대상으로 PubMed를 통하여 이루어졌으며, 설문에 응답한 환자의 처방의약품 목록을 검토하여, 현재 동시 복용중인 건강보조식품과 처방의약품이 상호작용을 유발할 가능성이 있는지 파악하였다. 설문에 응답한 만성질환 노인환자 65명(45.5%)이 건강보조식품을 최근 6개월간 꾸준히 복용하고 있었으며 그 중 홍삼이 가장 많은 비율로 34명(31.8%)이 복용 중 이었다. 설문에 응답한 환자의 처방의약품 목록과 복용 중인 건강보조식품 목록을 분석한 결과, 건강보조식품을 복용 중이라고 응답한 65명 중 13명(20.0%)의 환자가 현재 복용하는 처방의약품과 잠재적 (potential) 또는 가능한 (possible) 상호작용이 있는 건강 보조식품을 동시에 복용하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 건강보조식품과 처방의약품간의 상호작용에 대한 적극적인 복약지도와 실태 조사를 통해 만성질환 노인 환자에서의 상호작용 발생을 예방함으로써 보다 안전하고 효과적인 의약품 사용이 가능해 질 것으로 사료된다.

건강을 위한 규칙적인 운동의 필요성이 강조되고 있는 가운데, 서대문구청이 구민의 체력을 측정해 주고 이에 따른 운동처방까지 내려주어 관심의 대상이 되고 있다. 한국체육과학연구원의 협조를 얻어, 구민들의 체력을 측정한후 적절한 운동처방을 내려줌으로써 구민들에게 건강과 운동의 중요성을 깨닫도록 한 이 프로그램은 그동안 생활체육의 혜택을 받지 못했던 일반주민들에게 체육을 생활화할 수 있는 좋은계기를 마련해 주었다. 앞으로 지속적으로 이 프로그램을 실시할 계획이라고 말하는 서대문구청 뿐만 아니라, 다른 지역 구청에서도 구민을 위한 이러한 계획이 세워지길 바라면서 이번 호에 서대문구청 "체력측정 및 운동처방" 프로그램을 소개한다.

실제로 감기나 몸살 때문에 병원을 찾은 경험이 있는 사람이라면 상당수가 의사에게 빨리 낫게 처방해 달라거나 강하게 처방해 달라는 주문을 한 적이 있을 것이다. 바로 이 같은 의료 소비자의 행위가 항생제 처방률 최고국가라는 오명을 쓰게 하는데 영향을 미쳤다는게 전문가들의 지적이다. 올바른 약 복용 요령을 전문가의 도움으로 알아본다.
