  • In this study, evaluated absorbed dose of moving target using PLD according to prescribed dose and therapeutic technique. First, result of MCNPX when target was deviated from exposure field was reduced dose in proportion to distance. According to prescribed dose, absorbed dose of 3D CRT was better than IMRT in low dose and IMRT was more better in high dose. Absorbed dose of 3D CRT was highest according to therapeutic technique. Therefore, 3D CRT was technique of irradiated highest dose to moving target. But, considered protective effect of normal tissue and patient condition that therapeutic technique was selected to maximized treatment efficiency.

  • This paper proposes RSA cryptosystem based anonymous electronic prescription which is issued from university and local hospitals by authorized medical professionals. Electronic prescription is now being used in domestic hospitals where sharing medical records and images are prevailing, facilitated by digitalizing medical information and building network infrastructure between the institutes. Proposed RSA based anonymous electronic prescription makes use of PKI protects the identity exposure of doctors and privacy of patients. While traditional prescription fails to protect identities to mandates party or to health insurance, the proposed RSA based prescription opens the contents of the prescription to health insurance authority only after its prescribing function is finished. The proposed approach along with soon to be deployed electronic ID card will help national health insurance corporation to increase the transparency of national prescription system.

  • This study aims to design and implement individual complete learning system based on IPI(Individually Prescribed Instruction) model. Most of current web based learning systems do not consider individual students' ability and just follow the sequence of instructing contents $\rightarrow$ providing problems $\rightarrow$ presenting the result of evaluating. However, this system focuses on individual ability prior to studying subjects. In individual complete learning system, it is acknowledged that a period and a pace to complete each task will differ from students to students, therefore until they complete the whole unit, they are not allowed to move onto the next unit. After completing each unit, there will be a process of evaluating students' performance. It is necessary to show the correct completion of 80% of the evaluation to move onto next step; for those who are evaluated as inadequate to move on, an individual supplementary instruction will be provided. Therefore, this study intends to supplement the deficit of prior learning and provide feedback dependent on individual's learning ability so that the goal of Individual Whole Complete Learning could be accomplished.

  • This study analyzes the impact of competitions clinics on the total treatment cost and anti-biotics prescription rate. The result of implementing the basic statistics, correlations, and regression analysis by facilitating the evaluation data by Health Insurance Review & Assessment Service in 2015 for acute otitis media in children is shown as follows. First, there is a significant difference for each si-gun-gu for the competition index between total treatment cost and clinics, but there is almost no significant difference for the anti-biotics prescription rate. Second, competition in clinics has statistically important impact on the total examination cost And, third, competition in clinics has no statistically important impact on the anti-biotics prescription rate. There is a need for additional studies on re-examination rate, treatment cost per visit and so forth in order to clarify other factors of competition for medical institutions impacting on the physician behavior in the future studies.
