  • 본 논문에서는 cdma2000 규격을 채용한 역방향 링크 동기식 DS-CDMA 시스템을 시뮬레이션 하여 시스템의 성능을 분석하려다 cdma2000 시스템은 기존의 IS-95와는 달리 Pilot 채널을 이용하여 페이딩 채널을 추정하고 이를 이용하여 채널 환경에 의한 수신신호의 위상변화를 보상해 준다. 채널 추정필이 31pcg 심볼에서 Pilot 채널과 Traffic 채널의 최적의 전력비를 구하였다. 또한 시스템에 Power Control을 적용하여 Target FER을 만족시키기 위한 required Eb/No를 구하였고, 서로 다른 데이터율의 사용자가 동시에 전송할 때의 성능을 분석하였다.

  • The result of survey on job satisfaction of first-aid staff found that degree of work-related stress of 119 first-aid staff got total average 2.54 point (SD.44) out of 4. The degree of fatigue that first-aid staff feel got 2.09 point (SD.49) out of 4. The degree of job satisfaction of 119 first-aid staff got 2.71 point out of 5. This study suggests increasing of new hire, continuous education through teaching before employment, studying abroad, and so on, expansion and modernization of first-aid equipment, introduction and management of OAT institution for improvement of job satisfaction of first-aid staff.

  • This study is aimed to evaluate the satisfaction level and effective value in acquiring the coffee-related private certificates for purpose of development and growth of the coffee industry in Korea. Analysis had being made to investigate on which parts of the vocational competencies designated by National Competency Standard are developed by the coffee-related private certificates implemented in Korea and the effect of such certificates on the job satisfaction and intent to utilize are further elaborated. While technical ability, self-development ability, problem-solving ability had a positive (+) effect on overall job satisfaction. Further, job satisfaction of vocational competencies had a positive (+) effect on the utilization intention. Through this study, it is found that the coffee barista private certificates have a considerable effect on the development of vocational competencies, improve the job satisfaction and are utilized as a material evaluating ability scales for recruitment and employment.

The Effects of Performance-based HRM on Organizational Effectiveness : In the Case of a Public Corporation (성과주의 인적자원관리가 조직유효성에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증연구 - 공기업 직원의 인식을 중심으로 -)

  • This study aims to empirically verify the positive impacts of PB(performance-based) HRM on the organizational effectiveness in a public corporation. The independent variables are 'PB staffing', 'PB appraisal', 'PB compensation'. The dependent variables are 'JS(job satisfaction)', 'OC(organizational commitment)'. The results are as follows. 'PB staffing' shows positive impact on both 'JS' and 'OC', but 'PB compensation' doesn't show positive impact on both 'JS' and 'OC'. Also, it is found that both 'PB appraisal' and 'PB compensation' do not show positive impact on 'OC'. 'PB appraisal' shows positive impact on 'JS', though. From the empirical analysis, the positive effects of the PB-HRM on the organizational effectiveness are partially verified. It is thought that these mixed results are originated from the particular situation in which the surveyed corporation is placed. After the merger of the corporation in 2009, even though it has introduced various PB-HRM systems, it has been through a harsh time such as wage freeze and return as measures of business normalization. This organizational situation may influence the verification of effectiveness of the normal PB-HRM.

  • 된 논문에서는 임펄스 잡음과 다중접속간섭(MUI) 및 나카가미 페이딩 환경으로 모델링되는 FH/CDMA 시스템을 제안하고 이의 성능을 분석하였다. 결과에 의하면 FH-CDMA 시스템은 잡음이나 페이딩의 영향보다는 여러명의 사용자가 같은 시간에 같은 주파수를 사용함으로 인한 충돌과 임펄스 잡음에 의해 더 큰 영향을 받는다. 성능 개선기법으로 다이버시티 기법과 에러정정 부호화 기법을 사용함으로써 페이딩과 다중접속 간섭에 대하여 어느 정도의 개선효과를 보이지만 임펄스 잡음의 영향으로 무선 데이터 통신을 만족하는 시스템 성능을 가질수 없었다. 따라서 한번의 재전송만을 고려한 Truncated Type-II Hybrid ARQ기법을 동시에 채용함으로써 다중접속 간섭과 임펄스 잡음에 의한 전송에러를 감소시키고 고신뢰도의 무선 데이터 통신을 만족하는 시스템 성능을 보임을 알 수 있었다.

  • This study aims to analyze factors that affect satisfaction of students in employment-contract information technology master programs, and suggest policy implications to improve management of employment-contract master programs. A survey of students supported by Software master program of National IT Industry Promotion Agency (NIPA) and Knowledge Information Security master program of Korea Internet and Security Agency (KISA) indicates that department administration, department vision, scholarship, adviser, and lecturer affect satisfaction of students in employment-contract master programs in listed order.

  • NPC 인버터는 높은 효율과 우수한 출력 THD로 계통연계 시스템에 많이 채용되고 있다. 이때 LCL필터는 계통연계 기준을 만족하면서 가격과 부피측면을 고려하여 인덕턴스와 캐패시턴스는 가능한 작게 설계하는 것이 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 계통연계형 NPC 인버터에서 PWM기법을 고려하여 계통전류의 고조파 기준을 만족하면서 설계자가 독립부하 전압리플, 인덕터 부피, 무효전류량, 시스템 대역폭에 가중치를 적용할 수 있는 LCL필터 최적설계 방법을 제안한다.

Effects of Job Satisfaction according to the Understanding of Organization Culture between Outsourcing Workers and Regular Workers (병원 아웃소싱 직원과 정규직원의 조직문화 인식이 직무에 미치는 영향)

  • The purposes of this study were to understand the differences of general characteristics, to compare understanding level of the organization cultures, and to develop more good management methods between outsourcing workers and regular workers in hospitals. Major results of this study were as follows: First, regular workers had higher level than outsourcing workers in major understanding on job satisfaction and organization cultures(pride of their jobs, recognition level of job performance ability, satisfaction on ordering method. etc.). Second, the results showed that the level of job performances related with effective management of the factors in job satisfaction and involvement. Third, through multiple regression analysis to understand factors on job satisfaction and involvement, we understood that regular workers were effected by vision performance of hospital and their value view-point, and outsourcing workers were influenced by recognition levels and education levels of hospital vision, Therefore, to maximize level of job satisfaction and involvement. we have interest in development of education program for outsourcing workers, and selection of adequate persons in hospital culture.

Importance and Satisfaction on Nursing Core Competency of Nurses & Nurse Managers in a Community Hospitals (일 지역 병원 간호사와 간호관리자가 인식하는 간호핵심역량 중요도 및 만족도)

  • This is a descriptive study to identify the importance and satisfaction on nursing core competencey(NCC) for the clinical practical centered nursing education curriculum revision. The subjects were 136 staff nurses and nurse managers at A and B hospitals in K city. The data were collected from December 1 to 15, 2012. It were analyzed using the SAS program through t-test, ANOVA, Duncan test. There was a significant differences in the score of the importance and satisfaction on NCC within nurses(t=12.64, p<0.0001) and within nurse managers(t=6.20, p<0.0001). Also there was higher in the score of importance on professional knowledge and personality area of the NCC, But there was the most lowest in the score of satisfaction on foreign language skills. Therefore education and health care systems should work closely to promote professional competency of nurses and to strengthen the liberal arts education, including personality and foreign language skills of students nurses.

Design of the Fuel Cell Powered Line-Interactive UPS System (연료전지 시스템을 이용한 Line-Interactive 방식의 무정전 전원 공급 장치의 설계)

  • In this paper the design of a 1-[KVA] fuel cell powered line-interactive UPS system employing modular (fuel cell & DC/DC converter) blocks is proposed. The proposed system employs the two fuel cell modules along with suitable DC/DC converters and these modules share the DC-Link of the DC/AC inverter. A supercapacitor module is also employed to compensate for the instantaneous power fluctuations and to overcome the slow dynamics of the fuel processor. The energy stored in the supercapacitor can also be utilized to handle the overload conditions for a short time period. Due to the absence of batteries, the system satisfies the demand for an environmentally friendly and dean source of the energy. A complete design example illustrating the amount of hydrogen storage required for 1hr power outage, and sizing of supercacpacitor for transient load demand is presented for a 1-[KVA] UPS.
