Transverseless AFRAMAX급 이중선체 유조선 구조부재의 안전성평가

  • 본 연구에서는 힁부재가 없는 AFRAMAX급 신구조 방식의 유조선을 개발하고자 하였다. 설계의 기본 개념은 1) 이중선체구조를 채용하여 해난사고 발생시 기름유출 방지를 피하고, 2) 힁부재가 없는 극히 단순한 선체구조를 채용하여 용접 로봇등을 활용한 자동건조 비율을 높임으로써 건조 생산성을 향상시키는데 주안점을 두고 있다. 설계 결과 얻어진 선체구조는 기존의 유조선 구 조와 매우 상이하다. 초기구조설계단계에서 구조 부재의 치수는 기존의 선급설계 지침을 활용 하여 결정하였으나, 기존의 유조선 구조와 비교하여 구조배치가 크게 바뀌어 졌기 때문에 기존의 선급설계지침을 만족했다고 해서 구성부재와 국부구조뿐만 아니라 구조 전체적으로도 충분한 구조안전성을 가지고 있는지는 확실치 않다. 따라서 직접구조해석에 의한 구조안전성 평가가 필수적으로 요구되며, 이를 위해 저자들은 선체구조의 최종 종강도(ultimate longitudinal strength), 최종 힁강도(ultimate transverse strength) 및 최종 국부강도(ultimate local strength )를 기준으로한 구조안전성 평가를 수행하였다. 본 논문에서는 이들 중에서 국부 구조부재에 대한 안전성평가 문제만을 다루었다. 결론적으로, 본 연구에서 개발한 선체구조는 건전상태(intact condition)하에서 뿐만 아니라 손상상태하에서도 구조부재는 좌굴 또는 붕괴하지 않고 전반적 으로 충분한 구조안전성을 가지고 있다는 결론을 내릴 수 있었다.

  • The purpose of this study is to understand the flow of personnel management in the Joseon Dynasty through Dasan Jeong Yak-yong's Mokminsimseo, and to understand how it is being used not only in modern administrative organizations but also in social welfare organizations. As a result, first, first, among the human resource management areas of the Joseon Dynasty, the area occupied the most was related to integrity. These are the contents that are widely used in evaluation methods and scope, value standards, and use of evaluation today. Second, regarding the recruitment and recruitment of talents in the Joseon Dynasty, various methods were presented to enhance the appropriateness, fairness of hiring, and the effectiveness of hiring human resources. This has significant implications even today as it specifically mentions the appropriate appointment and scale of human resources, emphasizing that personnel is everything. Finally, This is different from the human resource management of the Joseon Dynasty in that it is being converted to a compensation paradigm rather than discipline as a way to inspire the motivation of workers today and increase work efficiency. In addition, professionalism was emphasized in the education and training of public officials, and the maintenance of dignity and leadership in body and mind is emphasized, showing that even today, the virtues required of workers in public organizations, including social welfare organizations, are being maintained.

  • In this paper, the performance of OFDM/64QAM systems under Rummler model based cable channel is evaluated through computer simulation, and then the degree of performance improvement is estimated when adopting adaptive LMS equalizer. From the performance evaluation results, in the Rummler two-ray channel model, it is known that the performance improvement degree by adopting equalizer is greatly increased in case of attenuation coefficient of reflected ray (b) being less than 0.15, but when attenuation coeffcient (b) is larger than 0.15, the performance improvement degree by adopting equalizer shows little changes in almost all range of Eb/No.

Performance Analysis of Multi-Carrier CDMA System by Multi-User Interference Cancellation Techniques (다중 접속 간섭 제거 기법에 의한 Multi-Carrier CDMA 시스템의 성능 분석)

  • In this paper, we have proposed the Multi-Carrier (MC) CDMA system by adopting multi-interference cancellation techniques connecting an adaptive array antenna and a CCI canceller in cascade form. And, we have analyzed the BER performance of system in AWGN channel where MUI is a major interference degrading the performance of the proposed MC CDMA system. Also, we have evaluated the degree of performance improvement in the proposed MC CDMA system. As the result of analysis, a CCI canceller is better efficient than an adaptive array antenna in the performance improvement and that the performance improvement becomes large as the number of users increases when multi-interference cancellation techniques are used in cascade form. Also, we found that performance of $10^{-5}$ in a point of view BER could be achieved when $E_b/N_o$ is more than 10 dB.

RD-14 자연순환 실험에 대한 RELAP5 코드 모사

  • RD-14은 CANDU형 발전소를 묘사하기 위한 실험장치로서 여러 초기조건에서 자연순환 실험이 수행되었다. 본 연구에서는 RD-14 실험장치의 자연순환 실험을 RELAP5 코드로 모사하여 결과를 비교·평가하였다. 본 연구는 CANDU형 발전소 사고해석의 검증용 코드로서 RELAP5 코드의 적용 타당성을 평가하기 위한 과정으로 수행되었다. 계산결과, RELAP5 코드는 RD-14 실험장치의 자연순환 실험을 잘 예측하고 있음을 보여주고 있어 CANDU형 발전소의 자연순환 평가에 유용하다는 결론을 얻었다.

Analysis of policy priorities for strengthening the capacity of local public officials (지방공무원 역량강화를 위한 정책우선순위 분석)

  • This study was conducted to explain the capacity building policy of local public officials. Especially, it is to derive the policy task that can increase the efficiency within the limit of limited resources. The results of the study are as follows. First, local government officials' job management was the most important policy task in the largest framework to strengthen the capacity of local public officials. Next, the evaluation was in the order of recruitment management of local public officials and personnel management of local public officials. Second, the results of the evaluation of detailed policies. Among the local government officials 'job management, the introduction of the local government officials' rest period was evaluated as the most important. Regarding recruitment management of local public officials, reform of the public official exam courses was evaluated as the most important. In the personnel management of the local public officials, the job training of the elected officials was the most important. The results of this study will help to explain the policy development for strengthening the capacity of local public officials in realistic aspect. In order to strengthen the capacity of local public servants in future, it is necessary to analyze the measurement variables more.

Capacity Evaluation of VoIP Service over HSDPA with Frame-Bundling (HSDPA 시스템에서 Frame-Bundling을 채용한 VoIP 서비스 용량 평가)

  • In this paper, we evaluate the capacity of voice over internet protocol (VoIP) services over high-speed downlink packet access (HSDPA), in which frame-bundling (FB) is incorporated to reduce the effect of relatively large headers in the IP/UDP/RTP layers. Also, a modified proportional pair (PF) packet scheduler design supporting for VoIP service is provided. The main focus of this work is the effect of FB on system outage based on delay budget in radio access networks. Simulation results show that VoIP system performance with FB scheme is highly sensitive to delay budget. We also conclude that HSDPA is attractive for transmission of VoIP if compared to the circuit switched (CS) voice that is used in WCDMA (Release'99).
