The Curriculum Need for a Public Child-care Teacher (공공형 어린이집 교사 양성에 대한 교육요구도)

  • The results of our study will help develope the education programs for a child-care teacher. The study was conducted to investigate the job request questionnaire. The subjects of the questionnaire were 257 people who are teachers, directors of child care centers and students. Frequency analysis, t-test, Chi-square, ANOVA, and Sch$\acute{e}$ffe were used to analyze the questionnaire as statistical tools. Firstly, public child care centers positively recruit teachers who graduate from college and consider their ability and sincerity to be the most important factors. Secondly, directors and teachers in public child care centers tend to consider preparing education, advice with child's parents, and managing facility the most important duties. Based on the results, the development of the education program will be focused on the child care field.

  • This study conducted AHP analysis to find out the directional of human resource management through policy priorities for personnel innovation of local public officials. The results of the study were derived using the AHP analysis methodology. The results of the study are summarized as follows. First, the interchange of personnel system was the most important measure among the measurement areas of interchange of personnel system, education training system, recruitment management system and appointment management system. Second, from the point of view of evaluation item, it is as follows. In the personnel interchange system, it was found that the conversion of personnel management based on job performance and performance was important. In the position management system, it is important to appoint and expand professional positions. In the recruitment management system, the introduction of personality and aptitude tests used in the private sector is important. Development of customized curriculum programs is important in the education and training system.

A Collision Avoidance System for Intelligent Ship using BK-products and COLREGs (BK곱과 COLREGs에 기반한 지능형 선박의 충돌회피시스템)

  • This paper presents a collision avoidance system for intelligent ship. Unlike collision avoidance system of other unmanned vehicles, the collision avoidance system for intelligent ship aims at not only deriving a reasonable and safe path to the goal but also keeping COLRECs(International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea). The heuristic search based on the BK-products is adopted to achieve the general purpose of collision avoidance system; deriving a reasonable and safe path. The rule of action to avoid collision is adopted for the other necessary and sufficient condition; keeping the COLREGs. The verification of proposed collision avoidance system is performed with scenarios that represent encounter situations classified in the COLREGs, then it is compared with $A^{\ast}$ search method in view of optimality and safety. The analysis of simulation result revels that the proposed collision avoidance system is practical and effective candidate for real-time collision avoidance system of intelligent ship.

A Study on Changes in Media Report of Police Assigned for Special Guard Using Big Kinds

  • The objective of this study is to present the academic implications and developmental direction of the police assigned for special guard system through big data analysis on the objective and macroscopic viewpoint of the media. As research method, this study conducted the analysis on 'police assigned for special guard' and the analysis of related words that would visualize the keywords highly related to keyword trend and news. Also, after dividing the period into the 1990s, 2000s, and 2010s, the number of relevant articles in each period was drawn for understanding the flow. In the results of this study, the perception of media report of police assigned for special guard was about the recruitment of police assigned for special guard, and relevant events/accidents, which showed the coexistence of positive interest in the recruitment of police assigned for special guard and negative image of events/accidents related to police assigned for special guard. As a result, however, the necessity and demand for police assigned for special guard are increasing. Thus, the police assigned for special guard should be engaged in work after carefully thinking of its role in charge of ethical responsibility and safety as an axis for maintaining the national safety and social order.

Analysis of Industrial and Locational Characteristics of Decent Work Supply using Job Posting Big Data (채용공고 빅데이터를 활용한 괜찮은 일자리 공급의 산업 및 지역입지 특성분석)

  • Using extensive job posting big data, this study investigates the industrial and locational characteristics of decent work from the supply side. The analysis revealed that manufacturing is pivotal in supplying decent work, accompanied by a stark regional disparity, most notable in the Seoul Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA), which constitutes nearly half of all decent work opportunities. The study further uncovered that the distribution of decent work varies significantly across MSAs, with a pronounced inclination towards a higher supply in peripheral rather than central areas. These findings bring to light the critical need for policies that bolster manufacturing, aiming to enhance the availability of high-quality jobs and to bridge the job quality gap between the Seoul MSA and other regions. Moreover, the results emphasize the necessity for customized job supply strategies in each MSA, prioritizing strategies that account for the proximity between workplaces and living areas in the job supply process.

The Mediating Effect of Self-Efficicy in the Relationship between Hospital Employee's Job Placement and Individual Performance (병원 재직자들의 직무배치와 개인성과간의 관계에서 자기효능감의 매개효과 검증)

  • To improve management performance, medical institutions have great attentions to selecting the good employee. Through job placement, recruited employee performing a given task, previous studies have lack of research, how job environment affects the individual perception of job ability and individual performance. Therefore, targeting at the health care professional employees who work in the hospital, 134 questionnaire data collected, this study performed an empirical study on the relationship between person-job fit, self-efficacy and individual performance. Specifically, mediating effect of self-efficacy between person-job fit and individual performance was verified. The results indicate that first, person-job fit appeared to affect significantly to the sub-factor of self-efficacy (self-adjustment, confidence, goal-difficulty). Second, among the self-efficacy sub-factor, self-adjustment, confidence appeared to influence to the individual performance. Third, self-adjustment was fully mediated between person-job fit and individual performance and confidence was partially mediated between person-job fit and individual performance. These findings have the theoretical implications that self-efficacy studies are expanded to environmental factors and practical implications and study's limitations are discussed in terms of hospital organization's human resource management.

  • CEO's business network is important to the establishment and growth of companies and it is recognized as an essential element in regional development, but the related research and studies including surveys on the characteristics and performance of the CEO's network and its activities are lacking. This study aimed at companies located in the northwestern part of the Chungnam to survey about CEO's network activities, and research about the characteristics and performance expectancy of the network was carried out. As research methods, we discussed the previous studies, designed and analyzed the research models empirically using the survey. Analysis based 3 stages approach showed that the performance expectancy on human resource such as recruit was not affected by any factors overall. CEO's satisfaction affect significantly to the both of performance expectations of finance and general management by types of the network and its differentiated program. Executive activities, # of joining network, and period of activity affected also conditionally. This study have contributions that enable businessmen can take advantage of strategic use on the region's business network activity.

  • 최근 몇 년 동안 컴퓨터 업계에서는 신뢰 컴퓨팅, 특히 TCG가 내놓은 새로운 표준에대한 필요성과 기능, 그리고 새로운 가능성이 큰 이슈가 되어 왔다. TCG는 세계 IT 업계의 핵심 기업들이 중심이 되어 설립된 비영리 업계 단체로서 PC를 필두로 컴퓨팅 환경의 보안성 향상을 목표로 하고 있고, 이에 따른 여러 제품들이 출시되고 있다. TCG관련 제품 중 특히 TPM을 탑재한 PC 및 handheld PC가 국내 시장에서도 보급되고있고, 전세계적으로는 연간 5천만 대 이상이 TPM을 채용하고 있다. 이제 신뢰 컴퓨팅을 적용할 다음 목표는 임베디드 시스템 분야가 될 것으로 전망된다. 본 고에서는 신뢰컴퓨팅의 개념을 설명하고 TCG의 최근 동향과 애플리케이션을 살펴본다. 그리고, TCG에 속한 다양한 워킹 그룹들 중 특히 모바일 폰 워킹 그룹(MPWG)에 대하여 고찰한 후 결론을 맺는다.

  • This study examines the management performance of Oilseed crops (Sesame and Perilla). For this purpose, In the first stage, This study analyzes the current status of sesame and perilla industry. In the second stage, This study examines the management performance of environmental friendly agricultural products (Sesame and perilla). The result of this study show that : (1) Changes in annual wholesale price of Sesame and Perilla ; (2) Management performance of environmental friendly products (Sesame and perilla) ; (3) Feature comparison of productivity of oilseed crops.

  • 저출산 고령화 시대에 지역인재의 균형적 육성은 지역경쟁력과 직결되는 시급한 사안이라는 점에 착안하여 대구광역시에서 서울의 K대학교로 진학한 20대~40대의 남성 10명을 대상으로 현 시점에서 기획 실행되고 있는 관련 정책의 체감도 및 효과성과 지역인재육성에 대한 인식을 고찰함으로써 지역인재의 유출을 방지하고 지역경쟁력 향상에 기여할 수 있는 교육정책을 지역인재 양성 차원과 활용 차원, 인프라 차원으로 구분하여 고등학교 진로지도 개선, 지역대학 육성, 지역인재 우선채용, 지역산업 맞춤형 학과개편, 지역인적자원개발센터(RHRD) 운영 개선 및 조례제정, 지역주민참여 등 정책을 정교화하기 위한 개선방안을 제시한다.
