This study focuses on the culture-based revitalization strategy in creative rural areas. To this end, we first summarized the concept of creative village, which has been discussed in Japan and the West. Also, based on the relationship between them, we proposed a revitalization model of creative villages through the culture and arts. In this process, the concept and relationships were examined in detail through the example of Miryang Theater Village in Miryang. In addition, this study analyzed the problems of Miryang Theater Village and applied it to the concept of creative village and suggested an alternative. Through this process, we reconsidered the meaning and possibility of cultural arts in the creative village. And, it was confirmed that the cultural arts could be realized through the balance and organic linkage between the elements of creative villages in order to localize them in combination with the regional specificity of rural areas.

Recently, global pollution reached the critical level. Thus, new paradigm for the development and conservation of natural resources appear. This is so called Environmentally sound and Sustainable development. Ecological Architecture proposed as a proposal for the paradigm. This research deals with Christian Thoughts about the Ecological Architecture planning. The results are as follows; First, Sustainable development is new paradigm that is suitable for the Christian Integrity of Creation. Second, Ecological Architecture will be better when the people have full of the Christian love.

Korea's rapid urbanization caused problems, such as destruction of the rural environment, loss of traditional culture and dissolution of communities, as the continuous outflow of the population from rural areas, aging and consequent labor shortages and deterioration of the living environment were connected like a vicious cycle. In order to solve the problems of rural areas and overcome their vulnerabilities, the ultimate goal is to find a way to reintroduce the population to the rural areas. In order to be reborn as a space with rural characteristics and pluralistic functions and various potentials in a space under threat of underdevelopment and extinction, the pushing factor from rural areas is improved, and the population inflow factor to the rural areas is improved to enhance rural attractiveness, focusing on creativity among the 4Cs of New Ruralism: Conservation, Cultivation, Community, Creativity. A case study of 'Creative space in rural areas' was studied and considered. In-depth interviews were conducted with four key stakeholders, and the research results were analyzed focusing on the grounded theory method to draw implications from the background of Gurye Natural Dream Park, characteristics that can be viewed as creative spaces, and examples of creative space creation in rural areas. The 'Creative space in rural areas' is a space that can solve the current issues and problems of rural areas. In the case of Gurye Natural Dream Park, the young population of Gurye is increasing through job creation, provision of living and cultural service facilities, and improvement of the education and medical environment. In this study, the existing rural problem-solving process in this process was viewed as creativity in rural areas.

산지생태축산은 환경 친화적인 순환형의 생산방식으로 안전하고 맛있는 유기식품 등 많은 장점이 있어, 과소화, 황폐화가 진행되는 중산간지역을 활성화시키기 위한 기폭제로서 많은 기대를 받고 있다. 그러나 앞에서 기술한 바와 같이 기술적 문제에 더해 사회적, 경제적인 많은 저해 요인이 산지생태축산의 보급과 정착을 방해하고 있다. 이와 같은 과제를 극복하기 위해서는 생산자 혹은 관계단체의 노력에는 한계가 있으니 국가와 지역행정의 지원이 강화되어야 하는 것은 물론 지역주민과 소비자를 끌어들인 종합적인 지원책에 대해 검토할 필요가 있다. 산지생태축산은 21세기의 한국축산에 확고한 지위를 차지한 농법으로 중산간지역 농업의 견인차가 될 농법이다. 산지생태축산을 활성화 하기 위해서는 실효성 있는 지원책을 과감히 강구하며 다양한 제약을 극복할 방안 역시 선구적으로 마련해야 한다. 기존의 제도가 시대적으로 뒤쳐진다는 결함이 있었다면 이것을 감수해가면서 극복하는 것이 아니라 제도 개선을 하는 일이 더 중요하다. 국가나 도단위의 지역은 종래의 발상을 넘은 지역의 대처에 제동을 거는 일 없이 오히려 선구적인 시읍면의 활동을 전력으로 지원하는 자세를 가져야 한다. 그래야만 새로운 식품 농업 농촌을 고려한 창조적 농정의 실현으로 진정한 6차산업을 구현할 수 있다.

This paper examines the activating methods of heritage tourism by focusing on ecomuseum as regional revitalization strategy of agriculture heritage. Ecomuseum can be a vital tool to actualize the purpose of agriculture and fisheries heritage system, 'dynamic conservation' of 'a living heritage'. According to case study, Byeokgolje possesses high value to preserve and local government is planning to vitalize heritage tourism, but the system of heritage tourism is not properly equipped the four requisites for it (sincerity, educational value, entertainment, and nostalgia). Byeokgolje is insufficient system as an ecomuseum and has some challenging tasks to prepare the four requisites for ecomuseum(the legacy, museum, participation and contents) despite of high possibility. It is necessary that construct the four requisites for ecomuseum and fulfil the four requisites for heritage tourism to achieve the effect of regional revitalization by link to ecomuseum. That is, authentic contents developing, the participation of local residents, shakeholder, and creative class, site construction, academic approach, and providing the method of residents' income increasing are necessary.

This study aimed at learning the effect of farmers' individual competency on the performance of agricultural organization, and providing the preliminary data about strengthening the competitiveness of agriculture of the country by showing the effect of farmers' individual competency on the performance of agricultural organization. According to the results of our study, among 11 individual competencies, the ability to manage, customer satisfaction, marketing, and getting information have the positive relationship with the performance of agricultural organization, but strategic thinking has the negative relationship with the performance. The relationship between the performance and abstract competencies like teamwork, creativity, innovation, feasibility, and flexibility is not statistically significant. However, the abstract competencies are the core competencies within farmers, so farmers should be educated continuously in the long run in order to raise the performance.

최근에 하도계획의 주된 과제는 하천환경의 보전과 창조를 위한 비용의 최소화이며, 침식과 세굴에 대한 하천관리 시설의 안정성을 확보하기 위한 질적 안전도의 최대화에 있다. 이를 위해 하도의 변화를 전제로 이동상 현상을 고려하고 저수로의 특성을 파악하여 하도계획에 반영하는 것이 필요하다. 이러한 하도계획과 관리를 위한 주요한 도구로서 하도특성조사가 제시되고 있다. 우리나라에서는 수변 생태환경의 기능회복으로의 하천환경에 관심을 기울이기 시작한 단계에 머물러 있다. 국내에서도 일본 등 선진 외국과 같이 홍수시 재해를 크게 경감하고, 자연환경을 실질적이고 체계적으로 배려하면서 경제적 하도계획 및 관리에 역점을 두어야 할 시점에 이르렀다. 이를 위해서는 우선적으로 하천이 갖고 있는 고유 특성인 하도특성에 대한 조사가 선행되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 대상하천을 선정하고 측량, 하상재료 채취 및 분석, 유사량 채취 등의 기초조사를 수행하였으며, 이에 따른 하도특성량을 분석하였다. 대상하천은 금강유역의 지천 하류부의 약 2km 구간을 선정하였으며, 2003년${\sim}$2004년에 3회에 걸쳐 측량을 실시하고, 구간내 구룡수위표에서 유량 몇 유사량을 측정하였다. 또한 대상구간내 14개 지점에서 하상토를 채취하여 입도분석을 실시하였으며, 구룡수위표 자료를 이용하여 수문자료를 구축하였다. 수집된 기초자료를 이용하여 대상구간의 강턱유량, 특정재현기간유량, 유효유량을 산정하여 지배유량을 결정하였다. 산정된 지배유량을 이용하여 하상경사, 대표입경, 저수로내 평균수심, 에너지 경사, 마찰속도, 무차원소류력, 하폭-수심비, 수심-입경비 등의 하도특성량을 산출하여 하천환경정비를 위한 기초자료로서 활용 될 수 있도록 하였다.구에 맞는 작물 생산 및 농촌관광단지 조성을 통해 부가가치증대 및 소득증대를 꾀함으로 농촌문제 해결에 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다. 본 연구를 통해 GIS 와 RS의 기술이 농촌분야에 더 효율적으로 적용될 것으로 기대되며, 농업기술센터를 통한 정보제공을 함으로써 대농민 서비스 및 농업기관의 위상이 제고 될 것으로 기대된다.여 전자파의 공간적인 가시화를 수행할 수 있었다. 본 전자파 시뮬레이션 기법이 실무에 이용될 경우, 일반인이 전자파의 분포에 대한 전문지식을 습득할 필요 없이, 검색하고자 하는 지역과 송전선, 전철 등 각종 전자파의 발생 공간 객체를 선택하여 실생활과 관련된 전자파 정보에 예측할 수 있어, 대민 환경정보 서비스 질의 개선측면에서 획기적인 계기를 마련할 것으로 사료된다.acid$(C_{18:3})$가 대부분을 차지하였다. 야생 돌복숭아 과육 중의 지방산 조성은 포화지방산이 16.74%, 단불포화지방산 17.51% 및 다불포화지방산이 65.73%의 함유 비율을 보였는데, 이 중 다불포화지방산인 n-6계 linoleic acid$(C_{18:2})$와 n-3계 linolenic acid$(C_{18:3})$가 지질 구성 총 지방산의 대부분을 차지하는 함유 비율을 나타내었다.했다. 하강하는 약 4일간의 기상변화가 자발성 기흉 발생에 영향을 미친다고 추론할 수 있었다. 향후 본 연구에서 추론된 기상변화와 기흉 발생과의 인과관계를 확인하고 좀 더 구체화하기 위한 연구가 필요할 것이다.게 이루어질 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.는 초과수익률이 상승하지만, 이후로는 감소하므로, 반전거래전략을 활용하는 경우 주식투자기간은 24개월이하의 중단기가 적합함을 발견하였다. 이상의 행

Active attention and effort are needed to develop an integrated water management system in response to climate change. In this study, it proposed models for cross-use of agricultural water and river maintenance water using sewage treatment water as an integrated water management system for the Yeongsan River. The impact of the integrated water management models was assessed by applying the concept of Nexus, which is being presented worldwide for sustainable resource management. The target year was set for 2030 and quantitatively analyzed water, energy, land use and carbon emissions and resource availability index by integrated water management models was calculated by applying maximum usable amount by resource. An integrated water management system evaluation model using the Nexus concept developed in this study can play a role that can be viewed in a variety of ways: security and environmental impact assessment of other resources. The results of this research will be used as a foundation for the field of in the establishment of a policy decision support system to evaluate various security policies, as we analyzed changes in other factors according to changes in individual components, taking into account the associations between water, energy, food, and carbon resources. In future studies, additional sub-models need to be built that can be applied flexibly to changes in the future timing of the inter-resource relationship components.

6th Industry reduced agricultural income and rural areas, the economic downturn is going to be activated is attracting attention as an alternative. 6th industry means that the integrated or linked, the manufacture and processing of secondary industry based on primary industry, the distribution and service of tertiary industry. Park Geun-hye government to realize the creative economy in agriculture as an alternative to specifically evaluate the 6th industries and suggests various policy alternatives. In addition, to support the development of models and analysis of best practices, including sleep studies are in progress. However, the 6th Industry management body for performing management level, technical level, the leader in comprehensive evaluation of competencies and indicators on the development of an evaluation study is insufficient. The purpose of the establishment of Fab Lab is to promote the sustainable development of local communities around the world. To this end, The Fab foundation are preparing a resource-circulating society that maintains a city's self-sufficiency rate of 50% or more by 2054. In developed countries, Fab Lab is not only a manufacturing space for startup support, but an open innovation space for learning and creation. In addition, in emerging countries, Fab Lab is playing a role as a digital production center to create and share appropriate new technologies by reflecting the needs of local communities. India has 70 Fab Labs, the largest emerging country, ahead of Russia's 48. India's Fab Lab is conducting a collaboration project through regular meetings held every six months. The subject of this study, Fab Lab Vigyan Ashram, is defined as a place to transfer the concept of digital lab to alternative schools in rural India. In this study, we looked at a case in which an alternative school for an agricultural community called Vigyan Ashram, the modern version of the Gurukula system, successfully combined with the digital fabrication called Fab Lab to become a new citizen-led making community of the 4th Industrial Revolution. Based on this, we explored the development model of the Indian Fab Lab that fits the local situation.
