In modern society, a social economic change is brought about, because time space limitation regarded to be restrictive in times past was overcome owing to its rapid development on the basis of IT technology. The creation of new knowledge became the basis of competitiveness of nations and companies. As competition intensifies among nations and countries in relation to the development of core technology, companies make investment with placing much weight on the development of new technology, but on the other hand, technology leakage incident continuously occurs due to a lack of understanding to protect technology. This is the largest cause of impeding the competitiveness of nations and companies. And now, it is urgent to take security measures against this. Therefore, this paper analyzes institution and system weakness in the physical security area in the integrated security environment, and then identifies all problems about this, and proposes a plan for solving these.

Hamburg is going with the HafenCity Project to create a new urban space for the city's bustling central district. HafenCity will add an additional 155 hectares to Hamburg's central urban area, increasing it's total area by some 40 percent. The qualities of the HafenCity are mainly marked through the location at the water, the river Elbe and the historically embossed milieu the Speicherstadt. A tightly mix of residential accommodation, offices, cultural and leisure amenities, retail facilities and restaurants manages diverse identities of quarters in a framework of an elaborate urban layout. This study is focusing on the purpose of the project goals, the task of the Hamburg authorities and GHS (Gesellschaft fur Hafen und Standortentwicklung) and an urban planning ideas competition (draft masterplan). Regarding of the new trend of the reurbanisation in Europe, the aim of this study is to find out, in which way HafenCity is trying to develope the new city district as a model for the European port city of the 21st century.

Our society has evolved into a fully connected society in a mixed reality environment enabling various knowledge sharing / management / control / creation due to the expansion of broadband ICT infrastructure, smart devices, cloud services and social media services. Therefore cyber threats have increased with the convenience. The society of the future can cause more complex and subtle problems, if you do not have an effective response to cyber threats, due to fusion of logical space and physical space, organic connection of the smart object and the universalization of fully connected society. In this paper, we propose the strategy to build knowledge-base as the basis to actively respond to new cyber threats caused by future various environmental changes and the universalization of fully connected society.

The Oriental flower arrangements have the beauty of a strict triangle in a symmetrical three-dimensional effect as the form of flower tribute to gods in ancient times and used frogs to fix flowers to a basin easily. Flower arrangements of a conical shape made by repeatedly piled flowers in ancient Egypt shows the origin of the present vertical form of the Western flower arrangements. Flower arrangements in ancient Greece formed in a smooth S shape, while Roman flower arrangements were rich and gorgeous in a lowering and thin shape horizontally. Persians were showing triangular forms similar to the Oriental three-dimensional effect. The basic form of flower arrangements in the age of Renaissance was also created upon the ancient one, descending to Art Nouveau when flower arrangements were widely expressed from mass to space aesthetics led by America in the 20th century influenced by mild color, simplicity and realistic description of the Oriental art in the late 19th century. The Western flower arrangements are focused on formation, same as the Oriental ones, yet they disregard naturality and based on practicality.

The tendency of the current times require education to focus on convergence, and the same applies to the essence of ceramics and design base imagination and creativity. For effective integration, a wide range of experimentations is required both in terms of academic and methodic approaches. This study analyzes the [TeamTeam Class] curriculum, converging ceramics with design initiated in the second semester (autumn semester) of 2020. Through reference materials on ceramics and design convergence education, it was possible to classify the following 5 categories: Subject, Method, Management, space and communication. The aim of the study is to find resolutions to overcome existing issues and problems in search of more effective methods. Although this study is based on convergence education, [TeamTeam Class] at Kookmin University, I hope to extend it further to also consider education after COVID-19.

Soang excavates the idea of equality in our national indigenous thoughts and the theoretical structure of threefold egalitarianism in our traditional Confucianism. He also digests diverse Western thoughts and introduces some of them into his theory. At first sight, his theory looks like an assembly of diverse Western thoughts. However, he always justifies it with our traditions. Even if his theory and political position fails in his time, it gives us valuable instructions. First, if the failure of his political center position means an opening road toward Korean division, his political position must be a future guide for the reunification of Korean peninsula. Second, if the bi-polarization is a serious disease of our society, then his view of egalitarianism must be a efficient guide for curing our society. Third, as European Union shows us, the kingly view of world family is a feasible guide for realizing world peace in future.

"lux et sonitus" is an audiovisual art exhibition series with an artistic combination of music and video at its center. Since its first introduction in 2013, the series have been held five times under the theme of "exhibition of music", presenting works featuring both audio and visual media in an effort to explore the key issues in the field of audiovisual art. In addition to the previous achievement of the exhibition, recent works from the series feature new concepts that explore the possibility of expanding the realm of synesthesia. In this paper, details of the entire series are summarized. In addition, theoretical background behind creative results of the series is analyzed in the context of music, synesthesia and space found in Nam June Paik's audiovisual artwork as a source of inspiration. This will contribute to establishing a vision for the creation/analysis of audiovisual art in the future.

Korea's rapid urbanization caused problems, such as destruction of the rural environment, loss of traditional culture and dissolution of communities, as the continuous outflow of the population from rural areas, aging and consequent labor shortages and deterioration of the living environment were connected like a vicious cycle. In order to solve the problems of rural areas and overcome their vulnerabilities, the ultimate goal is to find a way to reintroduce the population to the rural areas. In order to be reborn as a space with rural characteristics and pluralistic functions and various potentials in a space under threat of underdevelopment and extinction, the pushing factor from rural areas is improved, and the population inflow factor to the rural areas is improved to enhance rural attractiveness, focusing on creativity among the 4Cs of New Ruralism: Conservation, Cultivation, Community, Creativity. A case study of 'Creative space in rural areas' was studied and considered. In-depth interviews were conducted with four key stakeholders, and the research results were analyzed focusing on the grounded theory method to draw implications from the background of Gurye Natural Dream Park, characteristics that can be viewed as creative spaces, and examples of creative space creation in rural areas. The 'Creative space in rural areas' is a space that can solve the current issues and problems of rural areas. In the case of Gurye Natural Dream Park, the young population of Gurye is increasing through job creation, provision of living and cultural service facilities, and improvement of the education and medical environment. In this study, the existing rural problem-solving process in this process was viewed as creativity in rural areas.

The need for ASP(Application Service Provider) has evolved from the increasing costs of specialized software that have far exceeded the price rage of small to medium sized businesses. There are a lot of technologies that make ASP possible, and software streaming service is one of them Software streaming is a method for overlapping transmission and execution of stream-enabled software. The stream-enabled software is able to run on a device even while the transmission/streaming of the software may still be in progress. Thus, a user does not have to wait for the completion of the software's download prior to starting to execute the software. In this paper, we suggest the new concept of software streaming system implement using the PageFault Interrupt Routine Hooking. As it is able to efficiently manage application, we do not have to install the entire software. In addition, we can save hardware resources by using it because we load basic binaries without occupying the storage space of the hardware.

Today, the advance of a community tool such as a SNS enables users to easily share information each other and quickly deliver various opinions to suppliers. The suppliers are trying to create new value through co-creation strategies in order to satisfy rapidly and variously changing user's needs. User-participation-based idea platforms are emerging as a open innovation space that can provide user participation and interaction between suppliers and users. However, although each idea platform has specific advantages in each stage of a development process, this development process is not generalized as one complete, integrated development process. Thus, the development of an effectively integrated process, which includes advantages in each stage of the process, is needed. This research aims to analysis the characteristics of idea platforms based on the classification of idea platforms as a basic study for proposing a new development processes of them. This research will contribute to the guideline for developing a new user-participation-based idea platform.
