The Effect of Entrepreneurship on Organizational Effectiveness in Small and Medium-Sized Manufacturing Companies: The Mediating Effect of Technological Innovation (제조업 중소기업의 기업가정신이 조직유효성에 미치는 영향: 기술혁신을 매개효과로)

  • In this study, a total of two hypotheses were established and tested to find out how entrepreneurship in manufacturing SMEs affects organizational effectiveness through technological innovation. The key results of this paper are as follows. First, it was confirmed that innovativeness, a component of entrepreneurship, did not affect organizational commitment, but it did affect job satisfaction. On the other hand, it was confirmed that proactiveness and risk-taking did not affect both job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Second, process innovation played a mediating role in the relationship between innovativeness and job satisfaction, proactiveness and job satisfaction, and proactiveness and organizational commitment. However, it was confirmed that product innovation did not play a mediating role at all in the relationship between the components of entrepreneurship and the components of organizational effectiveness. This study provided academic and practical implications by identifying the antecedent factors that affect the organizational effectiveness of manufacturing SMEs. From an academic point of view, previous studies did not differentiate by industry or mainly selected and studied sample subjects from industries such as IT, hotel, service, and tourism. However, this study investigated how entrepreneurship affects organizational effectiveness through technological innovation targeting manufacturing SMEs, and provides the research results. In addition, from a practical point of view, manufacturing SMEs need to make efforts to improve workers' proactiveness, innovativeness, and process innovation capabilities in order to improve workers' job satisfaction and organizational commitment.

  • This paper intends to provide a more effective understanding of the management performance (survival and growth) of startups and to suggest methods that can be applied to empirical research related to startups in the future. Therefore, in this study, the effect of entrepreneurship, trend analysis, and government support on business performance (non-financial and financial) is studied. A total of 220 questionnaires were received, and 215 were adopted except for 5 insincere questionnaires. Therefore, it was evaluated based on statistical data of 215 companies surveyed by startup officials. The questionnaire was analyzed using the SPSS 28.0 statistical program. The results of the study confirmed that all three items of the hypothesis, government support, entrepreneurship, and trend analysis of start-ups all play a positive role regardless of the difference in financial and non-financial management performance.

  • The purpose of this study was to develop index about the sixth industrial entrepreneurs to establish the spirit and measuring the sixth industrial entrepreneurship for groups successfully led to the sixth industry of agriculture, which is actively being conducted in recent years aimed at rural stimulate the economy. Enlighten the value of rural resources, production, processing, in a sixth industry establishment that has a characteristic of fusion distribution and tourism in addition to the elements of the entrepreneurship that has been emphasized in the traditional establishment, the more diverse entrepreneurship element has been requested. In this study, to derive the traditional entrepreneurship of the components and the sixth industry entrepreneurship component through literature research, through interviews with experts of the sixth industry, an important element of the entrepreneurship that is required in the field It was derived. Based on the derived results, set the index of the sixth industry entrepreneurship, it was conducted a questionnaire survey of sixth industry workers. Through analysis of the navigation factors, to evaluate the measurement and indicators of relevance, factors that have been set through the results literature study and interviews of exploratory factor analysis it was found that has been rationally constructed. The results of this study, education and consulting for the activation of the sixth industry, would be able to take advantage of, such as in the planning of education programs for whom decide to go back to the countryside(Agro migration). In addition, to diagnose the entrepreneurship of a conventional sixth industry progress mainly, it is expected to be able to help you to proceed with the custom capability development that meets the individual needs.

  • This paper was analyzed to improve internal corporate venture system in public companies. The problems of internal corporate venture systems in a public company were as follows: First, lack of the CEO's willingness in venture business was shown. The culture of venture business also was not mature; Second, the employees were behind the effort to develop their business ability; Third, the objective views are needed to screening venture items and evaluation; Fourth, to measure performance of internal corporate venture, a clear basis and measure system were needed. Fifth, the reward was restricted; Finally, the mother-company did not invest any money for the spin-outed ventures The results of the paper were as follows: First, the CEO's support and effusion of venture culture were needed for successful internal corporate venture system; Second, a public company has to provide education program for venture and information--sharing system; Third, outside consultant may be utilized in finding venture items and feasibility evaluation. Fourth, each venture team may be provided a clear object and specific evaluation system based on characteristic of each team; Fifth, performance-base reward system is needed to enhance motivation; Finally, the public company has to provide find for the spin-off venture by utilizing government system and forming venture capital funds.

  • The purpose of this study is verify the effects of management consultant on management performance for technical consulting through 235 small and medium sized enterprises in korea. Management effects has been applied to the industry for the strengthening the competitiveness regardless of the management consultant. however, it has been argued that the applied to the small and medium sized enterprises. The reliance analysis for the measurement material on the questionnaire was verified by Cronbach's alpha coefficient. ability of the management consultant, performance of the management consultant, conditions of the Enterprise were verified through the structural analysis by using SPSS statistic package. The influence evaluation among the groups was evaluated by the structure.

지식재산(IP)스타기업 육성 정책과 지식재산활동이 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 2009년~2011년 스타기업을 중심으로

  • 본 연구는 특허청의 지식재산스타기업 육성 정책을 통하여 발굴 선정된 지역의 지식재산스타기업을 대상으로 지식재산활동이 기업의 경영성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는가를 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 이 목적을 달성하기 위하여 2009~2011년 지식재산스타 기업으로 선정된 16개 지역의 383개 기업에 대하여 정책을 지원한 전년도와 당해 년도의 지식재산활동 및 경영성과를 분석하여 지식재산스타기업 육성 정책의 필요성을 기업에 확산시키고, 더불어 지식재산 지원정책의 활성화 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 특허청은 2006년부터 지역 중소기업의 견실한 성장을 위하여 지식재산권 중심의 기술경쟁력을 강화하여 독점적 지위 확보와 새로운 시장 개척(First-mover)의 기반을 확충할 수 있는 방안으로 성장 잠재력과 기술력을 가진 지역의 유망 중소기업을 발굴하여 3년간 지식재산컨설팅 및 특허 디자인 브랜드 등에 대한 맞춤형 종합지원을 제공하여 지역의 대표기업으로 성장시키는 "지식재산스타기업 육성 정책"을 시행하고 있다. 이와 같은 지식재산스타기업 육성 정책 지원을 통한 기업의 지식재산활동 중 지식재산 출원건수와 지식재산 전담인력수가 기업의 경영성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠것이라는 가설을 실증분석한 결과, 기업의 지식재산 전담인력이 많은 기업들이 경영성과에 긍정적인 영향(매출액 증가)을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서, 본 연구결과에서는 중소기업에서는 체계적인 지식재산경영을 위한 전담인력 확충 등 노력이 요구되며, 정부 및 관련기관에서는 지역의 대표적인 강소기업 육성을 위하여 기업의 지식재산 경쟁력을 강화할 수 있는 "중소기업의 지식재산 전담인력 양성 프로그램"을 확대하고 지식재산 전담인력 확충에 필요한 지원 정책의 필요성을 시사하고 있다. 본 연구 이후에는 지식재산스타기업의 연구개발(R&D) 투자와 수출역량 등 연구표본의 다양화를 통하여 중소기업의 지식재산경영 실태를 분석함으로써 지식재산 기반의 '글로벌 강소기업 육성 정책'을 수립하는데 실질적인 방안을 제시할 수 있는 연구과제가 실행될 수 있을 것이다.

The Affects of Social Capital and Intellectual Capital on The Entrepreneurial Intention of Senior Generation (시니어세대의 사회적자본과 지적자본이 창업의지에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to study the influence of the entrepreneurship of the senior generation on the will to start a business at a time when the senior generation cannot lead to technology start-ups or reemployment even after retirement. In addition, in this study, we look at the relationship between entrepreneurship and will to start a business and use social and intellectual capital to verify the impact of entrepreneurship on the will to start a business. This study shows that entrepreneurship is concerned with the relationship between social and intellectual capital and not with the relationship between entrepreneurship and will to start a business. In addition, the relationship between social capital to the will to start a business was significant and the intellectual capital was not significant in the will to start a business. Even if entrepreneurship is embedded, it means that experience and network of social and intellectual capital are essential to the will to start a business, rather than to start one right away.

  • The loan rate of the government loan program offered by the Small Business Corporation(SBC) can be determined as a sum of three factors such as a reference interest rate, a policy aim spread, and a credit risk spread. However the loan rate has been lower than the loan rate in the banking sector. The profit has continually run in the red figures and hence the stability the fund managed by the SBC has been damaged. Even though a policy aim spread could be emphasized, the stability and profitability of the fund should be prioritized. This means that the loan rate of the SBC should be determined such that the loss might not be occurred. This requires the policy aim spread to change from relatively large negative to near zero.

  • The miracle of Korean economic development is the benchmarking for the developing countries. Among them, the STP of Science and technology area is very important case they tring to learn from Deadeok, Korea. Ecuador and Kazakhstan have the huge natural resources and they have interested in the model of Daedeok STP. This paper study about their needs and Daedeok's capability, and effective implementing factors. This paper suggest a six one based on the Daedeok Innopolis experiences for the successful local STP. First, most important thing is human resource development strategy for the knowledge and technology transfer. Second, the construction of Engineering Center for the collaboration of industry and academy is needed. This is important to have a bargaining power to the appropriate technology transfer. Third, they need a hardware and software infrastructure to the technology commercialization. It include a incubator, manager, and complimentary asset. Fourth, they have to connect with market closely for the venture creation and growth. Fifth, the clustering is realized by the STP construction. Lastly, leadership is critical factor to the absorptive capacity.
