정부는 대학발 창업에 대한 기본계획을 확정하고 그동안 산재되어 있는 창업지원기능을 대학중심으로 전환하고 있다. 본 연구는 기업가 정신을 확산하고 창업성과와 연계하기 위한 대학의 창업교육과정 및 창업지원체계 구축이 창업성과에 미치는 영향을 종단적으로 분석을 시도한다. K대학은 1998년 지역 내에서 가장 먼저 창업보육센터로 지정을 받았고 이후 2011년 창업선도대학, 2012년 LINC사업, 2013년 사관학교식 창업선도대학 및 2014년 글로벌창업대학원 지원사업 선정 등 각종 정부지원사업을 통해 창업인프라를 구축하여 왔다, K대학은 학부생, 대학원생을 대상으로 창업수준 4단계, 기술분야별 교과과정 체계를 구축하였다. 또한 아이디어 도출부터 기업설립까지 창업 과정을 실질적으로 경험해 볼 수 있는 창업동아리와 이를 지원하는 비교과 프로그램과 창업친화형학사제도가 갖추어져 있다. 또한 창업 활동을 효과적으로 지원하기 위해 대학 내에 산재한 창업지원기관을 통합하고 본부 조직화하였다. K대학은 이를 통해 창업교과 수강학생 수 및 창업동아리 수에서 2배 수준의 증가와 창업자 수는 2013년에 비해 7배의 성장을 이루었다. K대학의 창업교육과 창업지원체계 및 창업성과를 종단적으로 분석하여 대학에서의 창업시스템이 단계별로 구축될 필요성과 대학 내 구성원의 창업에 대한 인식전환과 성과도출까지 적응기간의 필요성을 도출하였다.

The study is analyzed that policy support impact on youth entrepreneurship and to purpose enhancing the effectiveness of the policy support, would like to empirical study on support performance by start-up support program through education level of the founder, performance of the establishment enterprises and an empirical study of start-up support. This study reported that start-up support should be different from impact of performance of support by young founder to participate in the success of entrepreneurship incubator package or preliminary young founders and is focused on study of policy support. Examines the literature of associated young founder's characteristics and entrepreneurship support policies at domestic and foreign, and the government's support policies in order to achieve the purpose of this study, survey research as the basis of the model was set. This study surveyed to university student which were trained nationwide entrepreneurship program in order to validate the research model. The survey targeted engineering students who is practical technology foundation possible during from June 1, 2012 to June. 15, 2012, the way of data collection was directly surveryed to engineering students who participated in the entrepreneurship program. and an empirical analysis were collected each 157 call.

According to attended about startup, there are many policy and program for activating of startup. Government's policy and program was scale up and arrangements for high quality. Nevertheless, policies and programs are concentrated on ante-startup stage. And experts have questioned that effect. So, there are needed a program focusing pre-startup and incubation stage. Accordingly, this study propose a kind of educative program named Pre-Startup Support Program. Through the program, pre-startup teams or entrepreneurs will inspect items, business skills and surroundings of market and competitors. And they have a time for complementation of deficiency. This study selects ETRI spin-off(research based spin-off born ETRI) by means of an object of study. ETRI's programs are started in 2011 with intent to incubate the entrepreneur through market research, mentoring, space of incubation and funds. This study analyze using the ISA(Important-Satisfaction Analyze) and the regression. We classify the pre-startup support program using the ISA. And then, we analyze the influence of satisfaction using the regression. On the basis of results, we identify the effectiveness of pre-startup support program and propose plans for reinforcement. In conclusion, adopting a pre-startup support program is expected to success of startup.

본 연구의 목적은 우리나라 대학의 도전적 창업문화 정착, 대학생의 창업역량 강화로 글로벌 경쟁력을 갖춘 창업 확대에 필요한 창업교육 방안을 제시하는 것이다. 4차 산업혁명 시대 창업의 국가경제적 의의와 함께 대학생의 진로 대안으로서 주목받고 있지만 우리나라 대학생의 창업인식은 낮은 수준에 머물고 있다. 대학생의 창업아이템이 글로벌 경쟁력을 갖출 만큼의 창의성이 뒷받침된 기술기반 창업과는 거리가 먼 경우가 많다. 최근 정부 및 대학에서 창업의 중요성을 인식하고 다양한 지원정책과 교육 프로그램을 운영하고 있다. 그러나 창업문화 확산을 통한 창업도전의 저변 확대, 시장과 산업 트랜드를 바꿀만큼의 시장 전환적이며, 창조적 파괴가 동반된 창업을 활성화하는 데에는 부족함이 많다. 이에 본 연구는 H대학교 신입생 1,092명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 대학생 창업인식을 분석하고 대학의 창업교육 고도화를 위한 유의한 사실을 발견하였다. 실태조사 결과를 이용하여 본 연구는 다음과 같은 창업교육 고도화 방안을 제시하였는데. 첫째, 생애주기적 진로대안으로서 창업의 의의 인식, 둘째, 학생의 개인적 특성에 기초한 맞춤형 창업교육 프로그램의 개발 운영, 셋째, 창업 전문성을 갖추면서 동시에 교육자로서의 역량을 갖춘 대학 내 외부 전문가들을 네트워킹하여 이론-실무의 우수한 창업 교육자 풀 구성 넷째, 효과적 창업교육 전략 및 프로그램 개발과 실행을 위한 구체적 대안으로 창업교육 목적의 명확화, 교육목적에 부합하는 실천적 교육 콘텐츠 개발 및 국내외 우수 창업교육 콘텐츠의 적극적 활용, 창의적 문제해결 능력 강화를 위하여 교육학적으로 효과적인 방법의 모색 등을 제시하였다.

This paper discusses entrepreneurship as a mean to overcome problems that arise from economic growth with no job growth and with aging population. In particular, this paper focuses on senior (elderly) entrepreneurship based on technology. It examines and defines restraints of various public and private sponsor programs for senior entrepreneurship. In comparison, Bridge Program of Finland was studied and its success factors are presented. Some of these success factors are enterprise-driven program operation, diverse education program focused on successful senior entrepreneurship, providing networking opportunities among entrepreneurs, and increased awareness in social responsibility of private enterprises. This paper suggests CBI (Corporate Business Incubator) in order to promote senior entrepreneurship. This study is expected to foster economic growth and job creation through utilizing increased elderly population in today's aging demographics. In addition, this study will be able to identify direction for government's role in boosting senior entrepreneurship.

본 연구는 경력단절여성의 창업의지를 고취시키기 위해 필요한 변수를 분석하고, 성공적인 창업으로의 연결을 위한 교육 프로그램의 재구성 및 향후 정책이나 사업을 기획함에 있어 이론적 기반을 제공함에 목적을 두고 작성 되었다. 여자의 삶을 살면서 겪게 되는 출산 및 양육은 경력단절을 만드는 주된 이유이며, 이는 개인의 문제 뿐 아니라 저 출산 이라는 또 다른 사회적 문제를 야기 시킨다. 이런 사회적 문제의 해결방안으로 현재 정부는 여성기업의 활동과 여성의 창업을 지원하기 위해 2009년 12월 여성기업지원에 관한 법률을 제정하고, 여성기업 활동 촉진 기본계획을 수립하는 등 여성 창업 촉진을 위해 많은 노력을 하고 있다. 이러한 노력들이 실제 경력단절여성들에게 영향을 미치고 있는지 선행연구를 통해 알아보고, 경력단절여성의 창업의지를 고취시키기 위해 필요한 변수를 분석하여 실증 분석을 통해 관련성을 연구하고자 한다. 경력단절여성의 특성을 파악하여 경력단절 전 보다는 창업에 필요한 소통이 단절되었을 것으로 판단하여 외부의 영향력이 아닌 내부의 개인특성을 중점으로 변수들을 추출하였다는 선행연구와의 차이점이 있고, 일반 예비창업자 혹은 교육학에서 변수로 작용했던 창의성을 경력단절여성을 대상으로 연구하였다는 차이점이 있고, 창업 이라는 교육 커리큘럼에 여성을 대표하는 "감성"을 더해 "여성창업"을 위한 효과적인 교육 및 훈련 프로그램이 만들어 져야 하고, 경력단절여성들이 창업활동을 활발히 할 수 있도록, 일 가정 양립을 위한 제도적인 지원제도가 더욱 많아져 경력단절 여성창업률을 높이려는 노력이 더욱 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

This article focuses on an analysis of entrepreneurship education programs at U.S. college and universities in order to determine distinctive features of those programs. To this end, we delved into the entrepreneurship programs including Martin Trust Center for MIT, Harvard University VIP program, Polsky Center of Chicago University and Stanford University program. By analyzing major roles, curriculums, and characteristics of the programs, three types of distinctive features emerged. The first feature is dynamic education-focused programs, which provide students with opportunities for applying what they have learned through startup competitions. The second is local-based programs, which take the lead in local startups by focusing on the local industry. The third is the programs with support and encouragement for startups. Based on the three types of features, we suggested critical factors for successful entrepreneurship education.

청년 실업률이 9%대를 넘나들고 있는 상황에서 정부는 일자리 창출을 위한 다양한 정책을 내놓고 있으며, 그 핵심에는 '벤처창업 활성화정책'이 있다. 이를 뒷받침 하듯이 각 대학에서는 창업론,벤처창업론 등 창업관련한 기초과목을 개설하고 있으며, 특히 창업지원단을 중심으로 학생들의 창업아이디어를 독려하기 위해 아이디어톤, 해커톤, 경진대회 등 다양한 창업교육프로그램을 운영하고 있다. 그러나 각 대학마다 이렇게 다양한 창업교육프로그램을 운영하고 있음에도 불구하고 이에 대한 효과성 검증에 대한 연구는 미비한 수준에 머무르고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 연구 공백을 채우고자 해커톤 창업교육이 창업의지에 미치는 영향요인을 검증해 보는데 있다. 각기 다른 분야의 팀원들이 팀을 이루어 문제점을 발견하고 이를 창의적인 방법으로 해결해 나가는 창업교육방식인 '해커톤 창업교육'이 기업가 정신, 창의성, 창업준비에 영향을 미쳐 궁극적으로 창업의지를 높인다는 가설을 설정하고 이를 검증해보고자 한다.

The study was performed to prepare basic data for the development of entrepreneur education programs for nursing students through literature review and text network of relevant studies on entrepreneurship education for college students. The research was found in the database of the Korea Education and Research Information Service, the Korean Academic Information Service System, DBpia and the National Assembly Library with keywords such as 'entrepreneur', 'student', 'education', 'program' and 'training. The final selected paper was 35 studies in Korea from 2000 to September 2016. The largest number of studies have been conducted since 2011 with 85.71%, and the largest proportion of survey(88.57 %). The major independent variables were entrepreneur self-efficacy and entrepreneurship and the dependent variables were entrepreneur intention and entreprenuer self-efficacy. Based on this result, entrepreneur education programs will be developed suitable for the target, and it can promote the entrepreneur education for nursing students.

본 연구는 창업교육을 시행하고 있는 교육기관에서 대학생들에게 올바른 창업교육의 방향성과 올바른 창업교육을 시행함으로써 학생들의 창업의지를 높여주고 청년창업을 활성화 시킬 수 있는 방향성을 제시하기 위하여 시행하였다. 개인적 특성 중 성취욕구, 통제위치, 위험감수성향에 대해 창업관련 지식과 창업교육이 창업의지에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 분석하였고, 연구모형은 개인적 특성을 독립변수로 창업관련지식, 창업교육, 창업효능감을 매개변수로 창업의지를 종속변수로 도표화하여 설문을 진행하였다. 설문대상은 충청권 4년제 국립 대학교 중 대학창업지원 사업을 시행하는 2개 대학과 대학창업지원 사업을 준비하는 본인이 근무 중인 4년제 국립 대학교 총 3곳의 대학생을 대상으로 312부의 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 설문자료를 바탕으로 통계프로그램 IBM SPSS Statistics 22를 활용하여 연구모형과 가설을 검증하고 실증 분석한 연구결과를 통해 시사점과 향후 방향성을 제시하고자 한다.
