The present study, the technology commercialization through support of government enterprise incubator, incubator companies examined, and the support of the government in accordance with the technical competence necessary steps management performance steps, support conditions required were investigated. Government support of technology commercialization support business performance necessary steps to support the needs of the incubator companies and step conditions. Therefore, need funding and funding support, and the time and duration of the condition of the steps in the support business performance, the conduct of the government's support is the most needed step, showed a new growth engine projects of the application and selection screening, sector was.

Technology is one of important factors to start-up. Researchers or engineers have led to make start-up, and research based company is one type of technology-based start-up. Technology holding company has made to encourage start-up and support research based company. Research based company was introduced in 2005 according to the Korean related law. In 2014, the number of technology holding companies of university is up to 39, but technology holding company of research institute is only one called ETRI Holdings. ETRI Holdings is a technology holding company to promote technology commercialization that established by ETRI in 2010. This study analysed the financial statements of ETRI Holdings for 5 years, and grasped the status of ETRI Holdings and 15 invested companies, research based companies. According to analysis ETRI Holdings played a role as technology holding company that invested in research based company, but had no virtual circle model until now. Also improvement directions for the management of technology holding company is suggested in this paper based on the analysis of financial statement.

Career maturity and the acquisition of entrepreneurial knowledge are important in entrepreneurship education for youth, and the environments surrounding youths influence their mental state and academic achievement. This study aims to analyze the influences of an educational program and environment in entrepreneurship education for youths on the mindset and the entrepreneurial intention for proper career decisions according to the education climate and entrepreneurial knowledge. A total of 216 questionnaires were collected from students who participated in a creative and entrepreneurial tour of Incheon. After excluding 30 questionnaires with unreliable responses, 186 were empirically analyzed using SPSS 18.0 and Amos 18.0. The results show that the quality of education service and education environment decide the education climate, and the entrepreneurial knowledge has a positive influence on entrepreneurial intention. This research is significant because it strategically establishes directions for entrepreneurial education and as practical research for achieving outcomes of entrepreneurial education.

기업가정신이 기업의 혁신 및 국가 경제발전에 중요한 역할을 한다는 인식이 높아지면서 기업가정신교육도 전 세계적으로 확산되고 있는 추세이다(Katz, 2003; Kurako, 2005). 한국 정부는 '창의인재양성'이라는 교육정책 목표로 기업가정신교육 예산이 증가시키고 있으며, 교육 대상자도 대학생 및 성인 대상을 중심에서 중 고등학생으로까지 확장하고 있는 실정이다. 기업가정신교육은 창업가적 스킬을 발전시키고 진로선택에 있어서 도움을 주는 것을 목적으로 하고 있으나(Linan, 2004), 다수의 기관에서는 저마다의 기업가정신에 대한 정의 및 운영방식을 적용되고 있는 것이 현실이다. 일반적으로 대학수준의 프로그램에서는 교육의 효과성을 창업의도(Entrepreneurial Intention)로 측정하고 있지만, 사회에 진출하기에 이른 시기인 청소년에게 그 지표를 그대로 적용하는 것은 적절하지 않다는 비판이 제기되고 있다. 이에 따라, 본 연구에서는 한국에서 운영되고 있는 대표적인 2개의 청소년 기업가정신교육기관의 커리큘럼을 분석하여 청소년에게 적합한 효과성 지표를 제시하고, 두 프로그램의 효과성 결과를 비교분석하여 향후 청소년 기업가정신교육의 발전방안에 대해 제시하였다.

최근 4차 산업혁명 시대라 하여 새로운 기술들이 등장하고 기술들이 융합되면서 새롭고 혁신적인 산업과 서비스가 창출되고 있다. 이러한 시대에 청소년들의 새로운 아이디어와 기술은 4차 산업혁명에 맞는 새로운 성장 동력을 확보할 수 있을 것이라고 여겨진다. 4차 산업의 혁명이 요청되는 이 시기에 산업을 견인할 수 있는 길은 창업의 길이다. 따라서 창업을 통해 4차 산업혁명을 이끌어갈 수 있는 인재가 무엇보다도 필요하다. 청소년들은 학교 프로그램을 통해 다양한 창업교육을 접하고 있으며, 공공기관의 대표적인 창업교육은 중소벤처기업부(구 중소기업청)가 주관하고 있는 BizCool이 있다. 교육부에서 중학생들에게 자유학기제를 2016년 1월 1일부터 실시하고 있으며 BizCool 교육을 통한 창업, 진학, 취업의 우수 사례들이 등장하면서 2017년 현재 대한민국 약 500여개의 학교에서 중소벤처기업부의 지원을 받아 BizCool 교육이 진행 되고 있다. BizCool은 청소년들의 기업가정신 함양 및 모의 창업 교육을 통해 확고한 경제관념을 형성하고 꿈 끼 도전정신 진취성을 갖춘 '융합형 창의인재' 양성을 목적으로 한다. 본 논문은 중학교 자유학기제를 통한 창업교육이 학생들에게 긍정적 사고와 학습성취도에 미치는 관계에 대해 연구하는데 목적을 두었다. 이 목적을 달성하기 위하여 대전광역시교육청에서 자유학기제 BizCool 교육을 받는 3개 학교를 선정하였고 갑천중, 도안중, 문정중 3개 학교의 창업교육 담당교사의 도움을 받아 창업교육 참가 학생을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 연구결과를 분석하였다. 실증분석결과, 첫째, 창업교육은 학생들의 긍정적 사고에 양의 영향을 미친다는 것을 확인하였다. 둘째, 창업교육은 학생들의 학습성취도에 양의 영향을 미친다는 것을 제시하였다. 셋째, 창업교육은 학생들의 학습성취도에 긍정적 사고가 매개효과를 미친다는 것을 분석하였다. 본 연구에서 시사하는 바는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연구결과 자유학기제 창업교육은 학생들에게 학습성취도를 높여 주었다. 따라서 학생들에게 도움이 되는 BizCool 교육을 전국 초, 중, 고등학교 11,733개교에 확산시켜 체계적으로 습득 할 수 있는 환경이 조성되어야 할 것이다. 둘째, 연구결과 창업교육은 긍정적 사고에 영향을 미쳤다. 전기숙(2016)에 따르면 청소년의 행복에 있어서 긍정적인 대인관계가 가장 중요한 요인이 된다고 하였다. BizCool 교육을 통해 사람과 팀의 소중함을 깨달으며 소통하는 법을 노력한다면 바른 인성을 갖춘 창의성 높은 학생들로 성장할 것이다. 셋째, 연구결과 창업교육의 학습성취도는 긍정적 사고를 가지고 있는 학생들에게 더욱 높게 나타났다. 긍정적 사고를 가지고 자신감 있게 매사 행동해 나간다면 학생들은 성취로 인한 만족감을 느끼며 행복한 학교생활을 해나갈 수 있고 BizCool 교육과 함께 멋진 미래를 만들어 갈 것이다. 본 연구에서 한계점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 특정 지역, 특정 학교를 대상으로 실시하였기 때문에 표본의 수가 제한적이므로 전체를 대표하기에는 제약이 있다. 둘째, 긍정적 사고는 학생들의 환경과 상황에 따라 달라질 수 있으므로 연구 대상자의 조건 면에서 한계가 있다. 셋째, 중학교 자유학기제 창업교육의 체계화가 미비하다. 학교에서 창업교육을 하는 담당 교사는 창업 경험이 풍부하지 않기 때문에 창업교육 전문가가 필요하며 국가기관과 기업 등이 연계한 학습 형태를 구축하여 더 활발하고 현장감 있는 창업교육이 실시되기를 바란다.

Job creation is foundation for wealth creation of the individual personal and important social activities that can solve the problem through increased economic activity and decreased population of unemployment. Jab creation contributes to the best way to solve social problems by acting as mediator of economic stability by establishment to a virtuous cycle between growth and employment and providing the foundation for sustainable growth. In this study, the factors affect on entrepreneurship and professional values were studied on the vocational personality types of student. As a result of this study, Vocational personality types positive commitment to the entrepreneurship. Realistic, exploratory, artistic, social, persuasive and customary factors also positive commitment the entrepreneurship. Vocational personality types positive commitment to the professional values. Professional values positive commitment to the entrepreneurship. However, the professional value factors which are self-actualization, safety, power, independence, community service and leadership depend on entrepreneurship. Therefore, in order to improve the success rate of student start ups, the appropriate selection of optional items of start ups and entrepreneurship education at the right time to establish a business plan by the type of vocational personality types and should provide the opportunity to encounter.

In commemoration of 40 years of the foundation of the Korean Association of Small Business Studies, this paper reviewed the academic literature investigating female entrepreneurship and women-owned businesses in the Asia Pacific Journal of Small Business. During past 40 years, only 10 studies shed light on women entrepreneurship/businesses. Since the number of research papers is very few, this paper reviewed foreign research trends based on the topics in accordance with the stages of entrepreneurship. Based on the reviews, this paper aims to suggest important topics and directions for future research and to draw attention to female entrepreneurship/enterprises in Korean academia.

This study sought to identify the effects of entrepreneurship orientation and self efficacy on entrepreneurial intentions among workers in the bio-healthcare industry in Korea. As interest in health increases in the age of aging, the bio-healthcare industry is attracting a lot of attention for start-ups as an industry that can create high added value, but there are also aspects that take a relatively long time to develop technology, require a lot of money, and have a relatively high probability of failure. In this study, we measured the level of entrepreneurship orientation and self efficacy of bio-healthcare industry workers and identified the degree of influence on entrepreneurial intentions. Studies have shown that innovativeness, progressiveness, and risk-taking among entrepreneurship orientations all have a significant impact on entrepreneurial intention. In addition, self efficacy has been shown to have a mediating effect on the relationship between innovativeness, progressiveness, risk-taking and entrepreneurial intention.

The startup, which is a common noun to start a small business, has been recently one of main targets for policymakers due to its important role for job creation and considerable potential for sustainability of an economy. However, technological entrepreneurship decreased by 5.0% p from 2013 to 2016. The revitalization of entrepreneurial investment promoted by the government is mainly supported in fruitable venture companies at grow stage or 2~3 years before IPO through venture capital firms and angel funds. It is far from an investment at start-up. It is therefore necessary to motivate private investment to be active in the private start-up sector. In addition, the start-up investment requires institutional support and government support to meet the expectations of investors about the possibility of payback and profitability of private investment invested in the founding period. As a small entrepreneur at a comparably early stage in the lifecycle of business, investments for the startup are generally made by informal investors such as family, friends and fools, and their decision making processes are relatively non-programmed compared with ones for listed corporales such as venture capital and angel fund agency. This study focuses on analyzing decision making factors in investment, and verifying an impact of such factors, specifically the possibility of investment payback and investment profitability, in a decision-making process for the startup especially at the very early stage.

Many preliminary entrepreneurs are ready to start a business in every year. However, starting and preparing business have a lot of difficulties. Entrepreneurship is the most important factor for overcoming these difficulties. But, it is not easy to understand entrepreneurship to founders despite many research scholars. In this paper, we are focused on easy understanding of entrepreneurs. Instead of vague theories, we analyzed selected two companies in Korea. From the beginning until now, these companies have founders entrepreneurship and organization entrepreneurship. we studied these entrepreneurship factors with other Various causes. Analysis of two cases is summarized into three type. First, both companies had well-founded internal network system. Trained employees in internal network were flexible to meet the market conditions. Also, network effect made that employees can offer their idea and make discussions. Second, The company quickly recognized for organizational culture despite of most other companies recent awareness. This factor was the basic driving force for solving human resource management problem of small size companies. final factor is innovation capacity of these companies. Financial difficulties experienced of establishment is common to every company. However, two companies has continued to invest research and development despite of this financial problem. As a result, intellectual property management was accepted, as well as technology development. Clearly, these three factors are consistently applied since established and led to the company's continued growth and success.
