The current technological revolution pushes forward the innovation in the library information systems. This study proposes functional requirements and an architectural reference model of Semantic Library, recognized as a prototype of next-generation library information systems, that is a seamless convergence of the library information systems and the Internet technologies. Semantic Library can realize semantic interoperability and integration based on ontology and metadata, and also renovate information services for users with openness, sharing, participation and collaboration. Semantic Library will be effectively implemented by means of service-oriented architecture and the logical structure of FRBR. In this study, a reference model of Semantic Library consisting of 6 horizontal layers and 3 vertical elements is presented as a next-generation model of library information systems.

지식정보화 시대에 국가의 분야별 정보화 사업이 확대됨에 따라 정보기술 자산 및 예산에 대한 효율적 관리의 필요성이 대두되고, 1999년 한국전산원에서 '정보기술아키텍처 수립 및 표준 적용에 관한 연구'를 발표하여 국내에서도 정보기술아키텍처의 중요성이 부각되기 시작하였다. 이후 공공부문에서 실제 적용하는 사례가 나타나고 있으며, 해양수산부도 선도적으로 사업 계획에 참여하여 시범적인 수립을 하게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 정보기술아키텍처에 대한 기본적인 사안을 확인하고, 국내 공공기관에 도입 적용되고 있는 상황에서 해양수산부가 정보기술아키텍처 사업을 어떤 배경과 목적을 가지고 추진하고자 하는지 확인하고, 사업의 범위가 어떻게 되는지 검토해보며, 추진의 상세 내용으로 비전 및 원칙 수립, 환경 분석, 분야별 아키텍처 수립 방안, 참조 모텔 및 지원 도구, 이행을 위한 계획 수립, 마지막으로 해양수산부가 정보기술아키텍처를 어떻게 발전시켜 나아가려는지 확인하고, 정보기술아키텍처를 통해 얻고자 하는 기대 효과를 정리한다.

기존에 운영되고 있는 공공시설관리 시스템들을 효율적으로 관리하기 위해서는 유지관리 모형이 표준화되어 범정부EA 지원시스템에 목표아키텍처로 등록되고 더 나아가서는 범정부 표준시스템으로 만들어 필요한 기관에 보급할 필요가 있다. 이 연구에서는 도로, 터널, 철도 등 인프라 시설관리 정보시스템을 구축하는데 필수적인 성과참조모델을 범정부EA 관점에서 제시하였다. 제시한 참조모델을 기준으로한 자산관리모형 아키텍처 모습이 GEAP에 등록 관리 된다면 이것을 바탕으로 타 기관에서 향후 정보시스템을 구축할 때 사전에 파악하고 활용하도록 제안 할 수 있을 것이다.

There has been several meaning full efforts to save costs on system development and expand the life-time of a system in changeful IT circumstance. It was a module-based architecture that empower productivity at structured programming era. But it couldn't grow nor evolve, but could raise only calling frequency of module. But OOP or OO-method overcome limit of structured programing by class inheritance and/or overloading and/or over-riding. A component centric architecture, what is mixture of distributed systems, like CORBA or DCOM with OOP, can support not only high reusability or expansion of life-time but also Plug-&-Play between them. To assemble these component to build a new system in easy way, the well-formed specification of a component is highly required. At this study, the enhanced referential component architecture and its UML specification will be suggested.

The Reference Model for an Open Archival Information system(OAIS) was recommended for developing digital archives effectively and for implementing interoperability and resource sharing between digital archives. But as the Reference Model is high-level recommendation, it does not specify a design and an implementation. Therefore, this study investigates the architecture of several digital archives, suggestes three strategies for persistent archive, and proposes the conceptual model for developing trusted, persistent, and secure digital archive.

The domain model pattern which belongs to enterprise architecture patterns has reusability, scalability and maintainability. To use the domain model pattern, mapping with persistency layer, transaction management and various services are needed. This paper proposes that relationship management service to solve a consistency error which arises in case of removing domain objects. The proposed relationship management service monitors methods of domain objects and intercepts the flow of control to solve the reference errors. This service is implemented by using AOP(Aspect-Oriented Programming), so it can provide the service without modifications of domain objects and other services.

The study is to propose the reference model of Korean record management for integrated information resources management, based on the Korean regulative and administrative environments. Therefore, the study suggests the reasons why the electronic records must be come to the one of the national knowledge and information resources and reviews several integrated information management systems such as GKMS, KADO, ERA, EUN, and COVAX. Next, the study proposes the integrated records management system architecture, integrated national knowledge and information management environment architecture, and information technology architecture for Integrating resource management environment.

In the Internet of Things(IoT) era, many of the things or objects that enclose our environments are able to associate with those things on the Internet. To construct IoT systems, it needs to consider a component for acquiring and aggregating of sensory data via things with sensors and instruments, which is connected by diverse networks, in IoT environment. An IoT system is intrinsically distributed in a variety of ways. In addition, to manage an IoT system efficiently, interoperability is needed to meet requirements while the IoT system is designed to deliver data among its applications. In this paper, a reference architecture based on asynchronous messaging is defined and used for designing an IoT system. To apply the architecture, we discuss how to manage data streams with real-time characteristics and make a prototype based on pipe-and-filter to produce and consume them by a pub/sub messaging system NaradaBrokering.

최근 정부의 정보기술아키텍처(ITA/EA)에 관한 연구와 사업이 활발히 진행 중이며, 조만간 범정부 정보기술아키텍처가 운용될 예정이다. 국방부 또한 정보체계 개발시 상호운용성 확보, 효율적인 정보자원관리, 투자 우선순위 결정 등의 목적으로 국방 아키텍처프레임워크인 MND-AF를 적용하고 있으나, 국가 대전략(정치, 외교, 경제, 사회, 군사 등) 차원에서의 접근보다는 군사적 차원의 체계별 아키텍처 개발에 적용하고 있다. 특히 정부에서 추진 중인 정보기술아키텍처는 미 연방정부 모델인 FEA와 유사할 것으로 보이며, 상호운용성, 중복투자 방지를 위해 각 기관은 아키텍처 구축시 범정부 참조모델을 기반으로 하여 아키텍처를 구축하고 관련성을 제시하여야 할 것이다. 따라서 국방부 차원에서 이러한 정부 모델과의 연계 및 국가정책과 연계된(대국민 서비스 개선 등이 포함된) 국방 정보기술 아키텍처 프레임워크에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 국방부분에서 이미 채택하고 있는 MND-AF의 지속적 사용과 정부와의 연계성 문제를 모두 해결할 수 있는 새로운 방안을 모색하고 적용하는 방안을 제시하였다.

It will suggest to the best method to implement for a sound information system that likes to framework of building because data is not sensitive field of evolution and change of technology. Well implemented data architecture can be effectively management and operation. Also this is easily to implement of enterprise architecture. This paper propose a model of implementation data architecture for enterprise architecture.
