This study used data from '2016 Chungnam Citizens' Lifelong Education Needs Survey'. This analyzed the basic situation of Citizen Participation Education. It also typifies the interest and participation intention of lifelong education by region, and compared the interest and participation intention of Citizen Participation Education. Through this, we intend to provide concrete basic data for activating the Citizen Participation Education in Chungnam. We analyzed data of 4,108 people in 2016 lifelong education needs survey. This was named enjoy learning type, bias earning type, and elderly learning type. Second, the enjoy learning type group is a group that enjoys participating throughout lifelong education area. bias earning type group is a group that perceives that lifelong education is limited to vocational ability education, culture art education, and liberal arts education. These are groups that are interested and participating only in three areas. The elderly learning type group is a group that shows typical characteristics of the elderly learners and is a group that is concentrated on participation in culture arts education. Third, enjoy learning type group is the second most experienced participant. They are the group with the highest participation interest and participation intention. bias earning type group is the group with the highest participation experience. They are also the second highest group of participating interests and willingness to participate. elderly learning type group is the group with lowest participation experience, participation interest, and participation intention. Finally, we suggest the ways to revitalize Citizen Participation Education in lifelong education.

Mecenat is a company support to cultural and artistic activities. It has developed as not only a patronage of the arts but also a strategic method for a business performance and a company's influence. And mecenat has impacted on customers, interested parties, local communities, and corporate culture. This study analyzes how individual and organizational interests and participation on Mecenat activities affect organizational trust, commitment, and loyalty. As a result of surveys from 438 employees, there would be a pro rata increase in an employee's interest and participation in Mecenat, if organizational interest goes up. The interest also affects trust in organization, organizational commitment, and employee loyalty in a positive method. The result clearly indicates necessity of company's support for cultural and artistic activities and importance of changing company's perspectives. Hence companies would be recognized that supporting Mecenat activities would strengthen organizational culture.

This study was to explore the effect of local community on participation of local festival. In order to carry out the empirical study, 320 survey questionnaires were collected in Cheonan. AMOS 4.0 and SPSS Win 12.0 statistics packages were utilized for analysis of SEM. The study results were as follows: first, analysis on the relationship between identity and participation of local festival(interest of festival participation, extent of local festival, intention of local festival) Showed that identity effected every factor of participation of local festival, second, dependence effected interest of festival participation and intention of local festival, third, social friendship can't effected every factor of participation of local festival.

How to process event message traffic efficiently is important to collaboration among multiple distributed users, and it is a key research issue in the virtual environment fields. AOI model is one of solutions for this problem; which reduces message traffic by restricting event propagation region into an area in which a user is interested. However, in previous systems, it is difficult to adapt to dynamic environment where changes in the number and movement of participants are frequent. This paper proposes a new event management model, called extended AOI model, which is helpful to improve flexibility and efficiency of traditional models, and is able to extend its functions by introducing multi-layered regions. The proposed model can be applied to DVE and MMORPG as an event filtering model.

This study is a convergence study to understand the impact of political efficacy, political interest, and global citizenship on political participation. Participants were 3rd and 4th grade 155 nursing students. The data were analyzed t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's Correlation and multiple regression. The result is that factors influencing the political participation were political efficacy(r=.27, p=.001), political interest(r=.42, p<.001), and attitude in global citizenship(r=-.24, p=.003). The higher political interest(β=.37) and political efficacy(β=.21), the lower the Global citizenship_Attitude, the higher political participation. A total of 25.7% of political participation was explained. In order to increase political participation, the results suggest it is necessary to political education for enhancing political interest and efficacy.

This study intends to investigate how many LIS students take a interest in cultural programs offered by local libraries, and whether such a interest leads to actual participation in cultural programs. To the end, surveys and in-depth interviews were conducted on 2nd and 3rd year students from department of Library and Information Science in Busan. The result of this study shows low participation and passive attitude, even though LIS students fully recognize the importance of cultural programs in local libraries. The final suggestions include both educational strategies and practical guidance which might be helpful to attract voluntary participation from prospective librarians and to promote absorption of domain knowledge.

Through the survey of the K university students' perception on participation in elections, we want to find ways to induce a sound political participation and to effectively be able to boost voter turnout. We analyze the relations among image on election, interest in election and will of participation via structural equation model. We found that both image on election and interest in election significantly influence on will of participation in election. Using the last election participation as a moderating variable, we found that image on election has more effects on will of participation for the participants but not for the case of interest in election.

The purpose of this study is to make theoretical foundations and collect basic data about citizen participation in Urban Park. To accomplish the purpose, a questionnaire survey was employed in Choansan Urban Neighborhood Park. The contents of questionnaire consist of the socioeconomic characteristics and the level of interests in park, the cognition of park management, the intention of participation of park management. 63 samples of total 75 respondents were used for final analysis. As a result of the analysis, most of respondents were interested in the park and they recognized the current park management affirmatively. They expressed strong intention of the participation in park management and this tendency existed in the group of old man, large income earner, men with great interest of the park strongly. Especially, the difference of intention of the participation in park management according to the level of interests in park supported the existing results of research.

The point of the meaning, this study selects population which is aged over 65 and new silver generation who is aged between 55 to 64. The objects were selected by purposeful sampling method and the 933 objects who participated in leisure sports age over 55 were used for this thesis's analysis. The results of the study were as follow; First, the weekly participation frequency was physical psychological burden, facilities, information technology, interpersonal relations, concern lack, time lack, bear. there was statistically significant difference. Second, the daily workout time was physical psychological burden, facilities, information technology, interpersonal relations, concern lack, time lack, bear. there was statistically significant difference. 지역생활정보망의 궁극적인 성공여부는 주민들의 참여 여하에 달려있다. 따라서 주민들의 자발적인 참여를 위해서는 거부감없이 이용할 수 있는 매체의 개발과 보급도 중요하지만 무엇보다도 주민들이 관심을 가질 수 있는 정보를 재미있고 이용하기 쉬운 형태로 제공해줌으로써 주민들이 자발적으로 관심을 가질 수 있도록 이끌어내야 한다. 이러한 측면에서 본 장애서는 대구지역의 주민들이 평소 어떤 생활정보에 가장 관심이 있고 어떤 정보를 가장 많이 이용하는지, 그리고 각 생활정보를 실제로 구하는데는 어느 정도의 어려움을 느끼고 있으며 여기에 주로 어떤 매체들을 사용하고 있는지 등에 관한 조사를 해봄으로써 향후 지역의 생활정보에 대한 데이터베이스를 구축하는데 유용한 기초자료로 활용하고자 한다.
