Considering the increase in health insurance benefits and the elderly population of the baby boomer generation, the amount consumed by health care in 2020 is expected to account for 20% of US GDP. As the healthcare industry develops, competition among the medical services of hospitals intensifies, and the need of hospitals to manage the quality of medical services increases. In addition, interest in online reviews of hospitals has increased as online reviews have become a tool to predict hospital quality. Consumers tend to refer to online reviews even when choosing healthcare service providers and after evaluating service quality online. This study aims to analyze the effect of sentiment score of healthcare service quality on hospital rating with Yelp hospital reviews. This study classifies large amount of text data collected online primarily into five service quality measurement indexes of SERVQUAL theory. The sentiment scores of reviews are then derived by SERVQUAL dimensions, and an econometric analysis is conducted to determine the sentiment score effects of the five service quality dimensions on hospital reviews. Results shed light on the means of managing online hospital reputation to benefit managers in the healthcare and medical industry.

OTP는 사용할 때마다 매번 새롭게 생성되는 일회용 비밀번호로, 전자적 해킹 위협의 증가로 강한 인증을 필요로 하는 산업계의 각 분야에서 활발하게 사용되고 있다. 국내에서는 OTP 기반 인증 기술이 금융, 전자정부, 게임, 포털사이트 등에 적용되었으며, 싱가포르는 국가 차원에서 OTP 발생기를 이용해 국가인증 프레임워크(NAF, National Authentication Framework)를 개발하여 서비스 준비 중에 있다. 이와 같이 OTP는 그 사용 범위가 날로 늘어나고 있으며, 이를 반영하듯 OTP 통합인증 프레임워크나 OTP기반 부인방지 기술 등의 표준화가 국내 외에서 활발하게 진행되고 있는 실정이다. 이에, 본 논문에서는 국내 외에서 제정되었거나 진행 중인 OTP 표준을 소개하고 대표적인 표준을 분석 및 정리하여 OTP 표준화 동향을 알아봄으로써 OTP 기술 및 표준의 개발에 참고가 될 수 있는 정보를 제공하고자 한다.

인터넷 프로토콜 텔레비전(IPTV)은 통신 사업자에게 방송 및 TV컨텐츠 배급을 위한 새로운 시장을 진입하게 하였다. IPTV는 통신사업자의 주요 수익원이 될 것으로 예상하였으나, 실제 2009년 국내에 IPTV서비스가도입된이후실제 성과는 기대에 부응하지 못하고 있는실정이다. 본연구에서는 사례연구방법을 적용하여 IPTV 비즈니스 수행과 관련된 요인들을 분석하고, 국내 IPTV 비즈니스 수행에 영향을 미치는 4가지 이슈를 진단하였다. 연구된 요인들을 바탕으로, 성공적인 IPTV의 비즈니스 성공을 증진시키기 위한 세가지 전략을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서는 IPTV 비즈니스의 이해를 진보시키고, 국내의 IPTV비즈니스를 향상시키기 위해 타 지역의 운영자들에게도 참고가 될 수 있는 IPTV 운영자들을 위한 전략을 제안하였다.

대량의 정보를 빠르게 처리하기 위해 DBMS의 성능관리는 필수적이고 이를 뒷받침하기 위해 많은 툴들이 있다. 이들 제품 중의 하나인 국산 Maxgauge는 오라클 데이터베이스의 성능 현황이 어떤지 조회하고, 설정된 임계 값을 초과하는지 강시하고, 성능 문제 발생시에 원인을 추적하는 기능을 제공한다. 하지만 이는 설치의 번거로움과 국한된 환경에서만 서비스를 받을 수 있다는 한계가 있기 때문에 우리는 웹을 통해서도 시간과 장소에 구애받지 않고 성능을 관리할 수 있게끔 클라이언트/서버 버전을 웹 버전으로 설계 침 구현하였다. 1)서론 2) MAXGAUGE 소개 3) Web버전 설계 및 구현 4) 결론 및 향후구현방향 5) 참고문헌

The purpose of this study is to revitalize library service by examining how public and medical libraries provide health and medical information services. For this purpose, we conducted a survey of the two library types, and the results are as follows. First, more than 50% of the questions public librarians were termed "immediate answer" questions, while more than 80% of the questions medical librarians receive take up to a few days' time to answer. Public librarians were more likely to comment on the limitations of their expertise and information resources as compared to the medical librarians. Second, public librarians use mainly medical journals and websites for answering users' requests. However, medical librarians used, in almost the same ratio, all types of information resources represented in the survey questions. Third, when asking about health/medical-related training contents for performing their tasks, public and medical librarians are highly interested in all information about all health-related issues. However, while medical librarians showed high interest in all subject areas, public librarians most preferred well-being related education topics such as Information on diet and nutrition, Information about exercise and fitness, and information on quitting smoking.

The purpose of this study is to derive and propose agenda to improve the quality of minority services provided by regional cental libraries at the present time when information gap is deepening. First, text mining and topic modeling were conducted on 144 studies in the field of library and information science that dealt with minorities, and the discussions surrounding minorities in the domestic library world were examined in detail. Next, the current status of services for minorities in Regional central libraries were examined in detail, and tasks requiring discussion were sought in planning and operation of services for minorities in Regional central libraries. To this end, interviews were conducted with practitioners, in charge of services for minorities at Regional central libraries. Specifically, 1) awareness of minorities by practitioners, 2) current status of minority services, and 3) responsibility and role of Regional central libraries for planning and operating minority services and necessary support were analyzed. Based on the analysis results, the following tasks were derived. 1) Recategorization of minority groups, 2) Establishment of reference resource, 3) Reinforcement of education, and 4) Cooperation support between regional representative libraries and local public libraries were derived and suggested.

21세기를 맞이하여 대학도서관은 정보기술의 도입, 업무내용의 변화, 이용자의 요구변화등 급격하게 변화하는 새로운 환경에 직면해 있다. 본 연구는 한국의 대학도서관 조직구조의 현황에 대한 분석과 함께 다양한 조직이론들과 정보환경의 변화에 기초해서 도서관조직을 활성화시키기위한 개념적인 조직모델을 제시하고자 한다. 한국의 대학도서관은 거의 10년동안 법적인 제약과 조직내외의 환경적인 한계 등으로 인해 전산화시스템의 도입, 도서관부관장의 임명, 그리고 도서관과 컴퓨터 센터와의 통합시도와 같은 약간의 변화외에는 거의 변화가 없었다. 전형적인 한국의 대학도서관은 수서, 기술서비스, 열람과 참고봉사 부문으로 조직되었다. 여기서 수서 기능을 기술서비스의 부문으로 간주한다면, 본 연구의 대상인 대학도서관 114개관 중 95개관(82.5%)이 전통적인 도서관조직의 형태인 기술서비스와 공공서비스 부문으로 조직된 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 전통적인 도서관조직의 문제점들을 급복할 수 있는 21세기의 개념적인 대학도서관 조직모델로서, 네가지 부문 - 서비스 부문, 서비스지원 부문, 기술지원 부문, 그리고 통합·조정부문-을 대학도서관의 개념적인 기본 구성요소로써 제안하였다. 그러나 모든 도서관의 서비스나 업무과정에 대해 적합한 잉상적인 조직구조는 없으며, 조직의 재조직과정은 도서관의 형태와 목적, 업무과정에 따라 매우 다양하다. 따라서 도서관의 재조직화는 환경의 변화에 따라 끊임없는 과정이 될 것이며, 도서관조직의 성공은 이러한 변화에 적응할 수 있는 개인과 조직의 역량에 달려있다고 하겠다.대한 순서에 있어서 차이가 있다. 4) 도서관에 대한 태도에 있어서 두 집단은 상이한 입장을 보이고 있다. 학자들의 과반수는 중요 정보원으로서 자신의 개인장서를 활용하며, 도서관의 장서 및 그 조직방법에 대해서도 별로 만족하지를 못하고 있다. 반면에, 실무가들은 도서관에 대하여 비교적 만족하며 따라서 도서관에 대한 이용도도 높다. 5) 두 집단 모두 보조인을 적극적으로 활용하지 않으며 사서의 도움을 받는 경우도 극소수에 불과하다. 이러한 조사결과를 기초로 하여 볼 때 법률전문직을 둘러싼 정보환경을 개선하기 위하여는, 인쇄된 일차적 정보자료의 검색방법등을 개선하고, 나아가서는 법령과 판례정보를 위한 효율적인 시스템을 구축하며, 뿐만 아니라 이용자의 요구에 충분히 대처할 수 잇는 도서관으로 변화되는 것이다. 이와 함께 가장 중요한 것은 법과대학과 사법연수원에서 법학 연구방법에 관한 강좌를 개설하여 각종 법률정보원의 활용 내지 도서관 이용방법에 관하여 교육하는 것이다.글을 연구하고, 그 결과에 의존하여서 우리의 실제의 생활에 사용하는 $\boxDr$한국어사전$\boxUl$등을 만드는 과정에서, 어떤 의미에서 실험되었다고 말할 수가 있는 언어과학의 연구의 결과에 의존하여서 수행되는 철학적인 작업이다. 여기에서는 하나의 철학적인 연구의 시작으로 받아들여지는 이 의미분석의 문제를 반성하여 본다. 것이 필요하다고 사료된다.크기에 의존하며, 또한 이러한 영향은 $(Ti_{1-x}AI_{x})N$ 피막에 존재하는 AI의 함량이 높고, 초기에

With the development of IoT technology, various cloud computing-based services such as smart cars, smart healthcare, smart homes, and smart farms are expanding. With the advent of a new environment, various problems continue to occur, such as the possibility of exposure of important information such as personal information or company secrets, financial damage cases due to hacking, and human casualties due to malicious attack techniques. In this paper, we propose a message communication protocol for smart home-based secure communication and user data protection. As a detailed process, secure device registration, message authentication protocol, and renewal protocol were newly designed in the smart home environment. By referring to the security requirements related to the smart home service, the stability of the representative attack technique was verified, and as a result of performing a comparative analysis of the performance, the efficiency of about 50% in the communication aspect and 25% in the signature verification aspect was confirmed.

Advancing geo-spatial web technologies and their applications require compatible and interoperable heterogeneous browsers and platforms. Reduction of common or supporting components for web-based system development is also necessary. If properly understood and applied, OGC-based standards can be utilized as effective solutions for these problems. Thus, OGC standards are central to the design and development of web-based geo-spatial systems, and are particularly applicable to web services, which contain data processing modules. However, the application for OGC WPS 2.0 is at an early stage as compared with other OGC standards; thus, this study describes a test implementation of a web-based geo-spatial processing system with OGC WPS 2.0 focused on asynchronous processing functionality. While a binary thresholding algorithm was tested in this system, further experiments with other processing modules can be performed on requests for many types of processing from multiple users. The client system of the implemented product was based on open sources such as jQuery and OpenLayers, and server-side running on Spring framework also used various types of open sources such as ZOO project, and GeoServer. The results of geo-spatial image processing by this system implies further applicability and extensibility of OGC WPS 2.0 on user interfaces for practical applications.

In the print information world, purchasing books in a library includes rights both to own them and to access to them. In an information world, access to electronic resources often takes place within the confines of a license that defines appropriate use over a specified period of time. Most of these electronic resources are governed by license agreements. This paper describes recent licensing issues which remain unresolved in the area of business model, archive, and fair use and also investigates formal evaluation criteria for developing electronic resources in a library. This study provides licensing principles and considerations for managing the licensing of electronic resources.
