The purpose of this study is to suggest to the reference librarians In the university that how they should perform their roles under the internet environment. For this purpose, first, the environmental factors that the roles of the reference librarians should be changed are examined. Second, such two aspects of the future university library as virtual library and learning resource center are Presupposed. The seven role models for reference librarians based on these are as follows. 1) Contents Analyst, 2) Contents Manager, 3) Learning Resource Supplier, 4) Information Mediators, 5) Virtual Lecture Manager, 6) Instructor for Information Literacy, 7) Reference Resource Developer.

There is no substantive enactment in our country to regulate testifier's false statement in the process of investigation under current law. In consideration of such investigation reality, there exist predominant view that the regulations against testifier's untrue statement are necessary to fine actual truth on criminal justice. However, such view is not quite agreeable, for it holds a probability that excessive investigation rights might cause infringement on personal rights. It's because of human rights protection that the criminal justice puts before the finding of actual truth as its biggest principle, and as we see above, any testifiers' untrue statement are already punishable, although restrictive, through interpretation of deceptive scheme under current law such as obstruction of justice, crimes of sheltering or flying a criminal or calumny.

In this paper, it is shown that the performance of the frequency-domain multi-reference narrowband noise canceller is determined by the narrowband component to the broadband disturbance power ratio in the reference signals. To overcome this problem, a new narrowband ANC is proposed, where the update of the adaptive filter is determined based on SNR of the reference inputs being measured using the magnitude squared coherence (MSC) between the primary and the reference signals. Simulation results show that the proposed ANC has superior performance over the conventional one.

This study applied reference metadata recognition using bidirectional GRU-CRF model based on pre-trained language model. The experimental group consists of 161,315 references extracted by 53,562 academic documents in PDF format collected from 40 journals published in 2018 based on rules. In order to construct an experiment set. This study was conducted to automatically extract the references from academic literature in PDF format. Through this study, the language model with the highest performance was identified, and additional experiments were conducted on the model to compare the recognition performance according to the size of the training set. Finally, the performance of each metadata was confirmed.

A reference linking service that is connection of each other different information resource need to setup the reference database and to match identifier. CrossRef, PubMed and Web Of Science etc. the many overseas agencies developed reference linking service, that they used the automatic tools of Inera eXstyles, Parity Computings Reference Extractor etc. and setup in base DOI and PMID etc. Domestic the various agencies of KISTI(Korea Institute Science and Technology of Information), KRF(Korea Research Foundation) etc are construction reference database. But each research communities adopts a various reference bibliography writing format. As, the data base construction which is collect is confronting is many to being difficult. In this paper, We developed the Citation Matcher System. This system is automatic parsing the reference string to metadata and matching DOI, PMID and KOI as Identifier. It is improved the effectiveness of reference database setup.

This study attempts to identify users' potential information needs in a medium-sized academic library by analyzing reference questions raised by library users for 64 days from October 10th to December 13th, 2000. A total of 474 reference questions were analysed of which only 10.1% were pure reference questions that dealt with the professional knowledge of reference librarians. 71.0% had nothing to do with professional knowledge, being directional(29.3%), mechanic(23.8%), and library policy related(l7.9%). Improvements in sign system and guiding materials in the library should be made to deliver reference services of good quality to academic library users.

This study aimed to investigate present status of online reference shelf and analyze access point in the home page and types of online reference sources in the university library. Data were collected by accessing home pages of 41 university libraries in the region of Seoul and Kyonggi-Do. 30 libraries had prepared reference shelf out of 41 libraries, and "User Service", "Electronic Reference Sources", or "Reference & Information Sources" were mostly used as home page menu. Types of references sources varied among libraries, and "Directories", "Dictionaries", "Statistics" or "Encyclopedias" were mostly loaded types in the reference shelf. For the enhancement of reference services through reference shelf, establishing and applying standards for evaluation, ease of access, access by subject, and continuous updates and additions of reference sources were suggested.
