Development of Mask-RCNN Based Axle Control Violation Detection Method for Enforcement on Overload Trucks (과적 화물차 단속을 위한 Mask-RCNN기반 축조작 검지 기술 개발)

  • The Road Management Administration is cracking down on overloaded vehicles by installing low-speed or high-speed WIMs at toll gates and main lines on expressways. However, in recent years, the act of intelligently evading the overloaded-vehicle control system of the Road Management Administration by illegally manipulating the variable axle of an overloaded truck is increasing. In this manipulation, when entering the overloaded-vehicle checkpoint, all axles of the vehicle are lowered to pass normally, and when driving on the main road, the variable axle of the vehicle is illegally lifted with the axle load exceeding 10 tons alarmingly. Therefore, this study developed a technology to detect the state of the variable axle of a truck driving on the road using roadside camera images. In particular, this technology formed the basis for cracking down on overloaded vehicles by lifting the variable axle after entering the checkpoint and linking the vehicle with the account information of the checkpoint. Fundamentally, in this study, the tires of the vehicle were recognized using the Mask RCNN algorithm, the recognized tires were virtually arranged before and after the checkpoint, and the height difference of the vehicle was measured from the arrangement to determine whether the variable axle was lifted after the vehicle left the checkpoint.

Age classification of emergency callers based on behavioral speech utterance characteristics (발화행태 특징을 활용한 응급상황 신고자 연령분류)

  • In this paper, we investigated the age classification from the speaker by analyzing the voice calls of the emergency center. We classified the adult and elderly from the call center calls using behavioral speech utterances and SVM(Support Vector Machine) which is a machine learning classifier. We selected two behavioral speech utterances through analysis of the call data from the emergency center: Silent Pause and Turn-taking latency. First, the criteria for age classification selected through analysis based on the behavioral speech utterances of the emergency call center and then it was significant(p <0.05) through statistical analysis. We analyzed 200 datasets (adult: 100, elderly: 100) by the 5 fold cross-validation using the SVM(Support Vector Machine) classifier. As a result, we achieved 70% accuracy using two behavioral speech utterances. It is higher accuracy than one behavioral speech utterance. These results can be suggested age classification as a new method which is used behavioral speech utterances and will be classified by combining acoustic information(MFCC) with new behavioral speech utterances of the real voice data in the further work. Furthermore, it will contribute to the development of the emergency situation judgment system related to the age classification.

  • 최근 기후변화로 인한 국지적 또는 대규모 극한 가뭄과 홍수가 빈발함에 따라 수자원 관리 여건은 점점 더 어려워지고 있다. 이런 물 관련 재해에 보다 효과적으로 대응하기 위해서는 수자원인자에 대한 시공간적 모니터링이 필수적인데, 이러한 관점에서 시공간적 광역관측이 가능한 위성자료의 활용가치는 매우 높게 평가되고 있으며, 최근에는 국내외적으로 위성자료를 이용하여 수문 인자 산출, 가뭄 홍수 등의 모니터링 기술 등에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. K-water는 위성정보 활용기술력 축적을 통한 보다 효율적인 수자원 관리를 하기 위하여 수자원 분야에 활용 가능한 해외의 주요 위성자료를 실시간 직수신 처리하여 표출하는 K-water 위성영상관리시스템(K-SIMS, K-water Satellite Image Management System)을 2015년에 구축하였다. 현재 K-SIMS를 통해 관리되는 위성은 AQUA, TERRA, NPP, GCOM-W, GPM로서 총 5개이다. AQUA, TERRA, NPP 위성은 각 궤도운영 스케쥴에 따라 한반도 상공을 통과하는 시각에 안테나가 위성의 궤도를 따라가며 수신하고, GCOM-W, GPM 위성자료는 FTP 접속를 통해 준실시간으로 수신하고 있다. 산출물은 AQUA, TERRA, NPP가 각각 23종, GCOM-W 9종, GPM 2종 등 총 80여종으로 위성원시자료 수신즉시 처리 표출까지 실시간 자동 수행되고 있으나 식생지수, 강수, 구름, 대기온도, 수증기 등 대부분 수문기상학적 변수들로 구성되어 있어 수자원 관리 현업 업무에는 직접 사용하기에는 다소 한계가 있다. 따라서, 위성자료의 활용성을 높이기 위하여 수문해석에 중요한 변수인 토양수분에 대해서 AQUA, TERRA의 MODIS LST(Land Surface Temperature)와 식생지수(Vegetation Index)를 이용하여 SMI(Soil Moisture Index)를 산출하고 이를 K-SIMS에 표출하는 체계를 추가로 구축하여 현업 활용도가 높은 자료를 생산하고 있으며, 향후 위성자료를 활용한 가뭄지수를 추가로 산출하여 표출할 계획이다. 이와 함께 K-water는 차세대 중형위성 개발 사업에 따른 수자원 위성 확보에 대비해 수자원 분야 위성활용 중장기 계획을 마련하였다. 향후에 광학위성, SAR위성 등 다양한 위성자료의 융복합적 활용을 통하여 위성산출물 알고리즘을 지속적으로 개발함으로써 홍수, 가뭄, 수질 등 물 재해 대응 및 수자원 관리 전 분야에 위성자료의 활용을 확대해 나갈 계획이다.

  • The purpose of this study is to consider ontology theory and get to forge design and implementation of ontology-based access system which is support to the nutrition and food guide tower of Home Economics textbooks in middle school in order to offer the way of effective learning performance. It offers a model by establishing a nutrition and food guide tower access system based on Protege-2000 framework. This system is on the basis of XML, and it makes possible to work with semantic web, a next generation internet technology, and provides a meaning structure that can be shared in the field of nutrition in order to build up the fundament of knowledge an information system for the mutual operations. A learner can systemize the knowledge through a self-information access and an instructor can also check out the degree of learner's learning-accomplishment and interests, directly putting the access system into the teaching and learning process. In addition, it is supposed that the learner can maintain a balance and healthy life by internalizing his or her knowledge throughout ontology not only in a teaching and learning process but also in a daily life.

  • 최근 들어 무선인터넷 및 모바일 컴퓨팅 기술의 급속한 발전과 함께 향후 그 수요가 증대될 것으로 예상되는 분야가 위치기반 서비스(LBS: Location Based Service) 기술이다. 위치기반 서비스는 이동 통신을 통하여 사람 및 사물의 위치를 파악하고 이를 활용한 부가 응용 서비스로 국가 정보기술 인프라의 주요 영역을 점유하고 있는 GIS의 차세대 핵심 기술로 발전이 예상되는 분야이다[3][4]. 현재 3GPP나 3GPP2, OGC, LIF와 같은 여러 표준화 기구 및 산업체에서 위치기반 서비스와 이를 위한 시스템에 대한 연구가 진행중이며 위치기반 서비스를 위한 데이터 모델 표준화 연구는 거의 이루어지지 않고 있는 상황이다. 위치기반 서비스를 위한 데이터 표준화 모델은 이미 구축된 공간 데이터베이스의 재사용과 위치기반 서비스들간의 상호 운용성을 지원할 수 있어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 위치기반 서비스들 간의 상호 호환 및 통합을 가능하게 하고, 기존 공간데이터베이스와 연계하여 이 데이터를 위치기반 서비스에 활용하기 위한 공간 데이터 표준화 모델을 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위해 위치기반 서비스 표준화 사례를 조사하고, 위치기반 서비스를 위한 공간 데이터 모델을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서는 OpenLS의 위치기반 서비스를 기본서비스로 하고, OpenGIS의 공간 데이터 모델을 기반으로 네 가지 기본 위치 데이터 타입과 모델의 요구 사항을 포함하는 공간 데이터 표준모델을 개발하였다. 위치기반 공간 데이터 표준 모델은 위치기반 서비스와 데이터들과의 연계를 쉽게 하고, 위치기반 서비스들 간의 상호 운용성을 높이며, 기존 사용자 시스템의 수정 없이 인터페이스만을 추가함으로써 표준을 수용할 수 있다.\pm}153.2,\;116.1{\pm}94,\;29.4{\pm}30.3,\;45.1{\pm}44$로 Mel 10군과 Mel 30군이 유의적인 감소를 보였으나(p<0.05) 이들 두 군 간의 차이는 나타나지 않았다. 이상의 결과로, 랫트에서 복강수술 후 melatonin 10mg/kg투여가 복강 내 유착 방지에 효과적이라고 생각된다.-1}{\cdot}yr^{-1}$로서 두 생태계에 축적되었다.여한 3,5,7군에서 PUFA 함량이 증가한 반면, SFA 함량은 감소하여 P/S 비율, n-3P/n-6P 비율은 증가하는 경향이었으며 이는 간장의 인지질, 콜레스테롤 에스테르, 총 지질의 지방산조성에서도 같은 경향을 볼 수 있었다.X>$(C_{18:2})$와 n-3계 linolenic acid$(C_{18:3})$가 대부분을 차지하였다. 야생 돌복숭아 과육 중의 지방산 조성은 포화지방산이 16.74%, 단불포화지방산 17.51% 및 다불포화지방산이 65.73%의 함유 비율을 보였는데, 이 중 다불포화지방산인 n-6계 linoleic acid$(C_{18:2})$와 n-3계 linolenic acid$(C_{18:3})$가 지질 구성 총 지방산의 대부분을 차지하는 함유 비율을 나타내었다.했다. 하강하는 약 4일간의 기상변화가 자발성 기흉 발생에 영향을 미친다고 추론할 수 있었다. 향후 본 연구에서 추론된 기상변화와 기흉 발생과의 인과관계를 확인하고 좀 더 구체화하기 위한 연구가 필요할 것이다.게 이루어질 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.는 초과수익률이 상승하지만, 이후로는 감소하므로, 반전거래전략을 활용하는 경우 주식투자기간은 24개월

A Study on the Environmental Application of Image Radar for Expanding the Use of Next Generation Medium Satellite 5 (차세대중형위성 5호 활용 확대를 위한 영상레이더의 환경분야 활용 방안 연구)

  • Existing environmental spatial information, which has been concentrated on spatial resolution, has limitations in solving realistic environmental problems that must be accompanied by physical and chemical characterization. Accordingly, there is a need for an image radar capable of identifying physical characteristics of an object regardless of weather conditions, day and night, and sunlight. Image radar is used in various fields in the United States and Europe. The next generation of medium-sized satellite No. 5 in Korea, which is under development with the aim of monitoring water disasters, is also looking for ways to expand the scope to various applications based on the existing application range. To this end, we analyzed domestic and international papers (100 works) using image radar, and reviewed KEI 2016 report, domestic papers, and foreign papers. Based on this, various environmental issues were summarized and the effects of when the image radar was used were analyzed and land cover was selected as an environmental issue. In the future, we will embody the technology to improve the accuracy of the land cover map, which is the environmental issue selected in this study, and build the foundation system for the stable use of the land cover map.

  • A variety of research efforts, using advanced wireless communication technologies, have been made to develop more reliable traffic information system. This study presents a novel decentralized traffic information system based on vehicle infrastructure integration (VII). A major objective of this study was also to devise a methodology for determining appropriate spacing of roadside equipment (RSE) to fully exploit the benefits of the proposed VII-based traffic information system. Evaluation of travel time estimation accuracy was conducted with various RSE spacings and the market penetration rates of equipped vehicle. A microscopic traffic simulator, VISSIM, was used to obtain individual vehicle travel information for the evaluation. In addition, the ANOVA tests were conducted to draw statistically significant results of simulation analyses in determining the RSE spacing. It is expected that the proposed methodology will be a valuable precursor to implementing capability-enhanced next generation traffic information systems under the forthcoming ubiquitous transportation environment.

Design of a Secure Web-mail System based on End-to-End (End-to-End 기반의 안전한 웹 메일 시스템 설계)

  • Web-mail system is worthy of note as a next generation e-mail system for its mobility and easiness. But many web-mail system does not have any kind of security mechanism. Even if web-mail system provides security services, its degree of strength is too low. Using these web-mail systems, the e-mail is tabbed, modified or forged by attacker easily. To solve these problems, we design and implement secure web-mail system based on the international e-mail security standard S/MIME in this thesis. This secure web-mail system is composed of server system and client system The server system performs basic mail functions - sending/receiving the mails, storing the mails, and management of user information, etc. And the client system performs cryptographic functions - encryption/decryption of the mails, digital signing and validation, etc. Because client system performs cryptographic functions this secure web-mail system gives its reliability and safety, and provides end-to-end security between mail users. Also, this secure web-mail system increase system efficiency by minimize server load.

  • As computer systems of high capacity and high performance recently emerged, various researches about GISs(Geographic Information Systems) have been in progress and many GIS applications have also been developed. From the domestic situation where many people are using mobile devices, because of the recent advances in the mobile technology, we can infer that the time will come when every individual will carry a mobile device with a GPS(Global Positioning System) module resulting from the development of a miniature GPS Module. Therefore, a mobile GIS that can allows users to deal with dynamic GIS data management and perform their tasks while moving will be required. This paper discusses the design and implementation of a mobile GIS using the shareware DBMS, called postgresSQL. The Mobile GIS in which a mobile concept is utilized at the GIS data server makes it possible to insert, delete, update GIS data, to zoom in and zoom out displayed maps, and to locate the user's position on the client device. Therefore, It is possible to manage dynamic GIS data in order to deal with GIS data on the maps while moving, connect various GIS data servers through the middleware, and connected with ITS (Intelligent Transport System) which is one of applications of the Mobile GIS developed in this paper.

  • In this paper, we proposed an information fusion method for enhancement of automatic dependent surveillance - broadcast (ADS-B) system which is one of the next generation navigation system. Although ADS-B provides better performance than traditional radar, ADS-B still has error due to dependence of global navigation satellite system (GNSS) information. In this paper, we improved the ADS-B performance using information fusion of multilateration (MLAT) and wide area multilateration (WAM). Information fusion provides accurate data compared to original data. Mostly, information fusion methods use Kalman filter or IMM(interacting multiple model) filter as a subfilter. However, we used Robust IMM filter as a subfilter to improve the aircraft tracking performance. Also, we use actual ADS-B data not virtual data to increase reliability of our information fusion method.
