본 연구는 전문대학 디자인 교육의 문제를 점검하고, 전문대학만의 차별화 된 디자인 교육을 위한 전략과 방향을 정보화에 기반한 커뮤니케이션 툴 학습기능을 중심으로 찾아보는 것이 목적이다. 연구 방법은 주로 문헌 조사 방법을 사용 했다. 전문대학 디자인 관련 현황과 문제점을 분석하고, 새로운 학습체제의 대안을 제시 했다. 연구에서 도출한 결론은 첫째, 전문대학 디자인 교과과정은 중견 직업인 양성 목적 보다는 4년제 교과과정의 모방이며 둘째, 학과목의 연계성 부족과 과도한 학과목으로 전문성 양성과 거리가 있고 셋째, 정보화와 멀티미디어화 등에 대한 대응력에서 취약하며 넷째, 학교 시설과 교수 인력에 한계가 있다. 이에 인터넷등 네트워크 미디어를 통해 가상학교를 구축, 상호 시너지를 확보하는 전략 전개의 필요성을 제시했다. 결론적으로 본 연구 논문은 전문대학의 현실적 디자인 교육 진단을 근거로, 국가적인 교육 정보화 정책과 세계적인 사이버 교육의 트렌드를 접합하여 현실적인 대안을 제시했다.

본 연구는 사용자 특성 중 조직에서 통제 가능한 요인의 사용자의 태도 및 교육· 훈련이 정보시스템이 실행 성과에 미치는 영향을 검증하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 본 연구 에서는 최근 신정보시스템으로 전환한 D사의 사용자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 다음 과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 사용자 태도와 교육·훈련은 각각 독립적으로 정보시스템의 실행 성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사용자 태도와 교육·훈련이 결합한 상 호작용 효과는 시스템 사용도에는 유의적인 효과를 미쳤지만, 사용자 만족도에는 유의적인 효과를 미쳤지만, 사용자 만족도에는 유의적인 효과를 미치지 못한 것으로 나타났다. 이러 한 연구 결과에 비추어 볼 때, 조직에서 정보시스템의 실행 성과를 높이기 위해서는 사용자 태도를 호의적으로 변화시키고, 사용자에 대한 교육·훈련을 많이 시켜야 하며, 특히 사용자 에 대한 교육·훈련은 차별화하여 실시하여야 한다는 것이다.

현재 웹 상에서 이루어지는 교육은 개별 학습자의 학습 기대 수준에 따라 주문형(customization)과 맞춤형(personalization)교육이 요구되고 있으나 대부분 웹을 통한 교육이 획일적 커리큘럼에 따라 진행되고, 동일한 형태의 피드백을 제공하고 있어 학습자 개개인의 수준에 맞는 컨텐츠의 제공과 적절한 피드백이 이루어지지 못하고 있다. 따라서 학습 효과를 높이기 위해서는 학습자 수준에 맞는 차별화된 컨텐츠를 구성하여 제공하여야 한다. 본 연구에서는 수준별 학습, 맞춤형 교육 서비스를 제공하기 위한 컨텐츠 구성방법에 관하여 논의한다. 양질의 맞춤형 컨텐츠를 구성하기 위해 컨텐츠를 영역별로 분류하여 모듈화하고, 맞춤형 컨텐츠를 효율적으로 관리하여 학습자의 지식영역별 습득정도를 파악하고, 학습자의 수준에 맞게 융통성이 있으며 동적으로 컨텐츠를 재구성함으로써 학습자에게 가장 적절한 컨텐츠를 추출하여, 반복 학습을 통한 교육의 질적 제고를 기대한다.

In this paper, we analyzed about type of related convergence industry in considering of local area specialization industry, and in center of education contents, reviewed about convergency eduction distinction direction in each university. Also in center of domestic convergency industry policy, it analyzed status of recruitment demand in each convergency area. In addition, we were examined major curriculum of the convergency field.

The purpose of this research was to examine the experiences of three types of family-friendly workplace professionals (professionals here after) including consultants, certification auditors, and professional instructors, and to provide suggestions for the improvement of training programs aimed at such professionals. Ten professionals participated in focus group interviews. Two themes were identified: the competencies of the professionals and ways to improve the training system and the curriculums of training programs. Competencies are dependent on job type. Therefore, different training programs should be provided to the three types of professionals. To make training programs more comprehensive, most participants agreed that training program curriculums for the three types of professionals should link together. Participants also suggested increasing training time and differentiating training programs between new and experienced specialists. In terms of improving the training system, professional networking and the creation of a database for family-friendly programs were discussed. The findings suggest that training programs need to be restructured in line with the competencies required by the professionals and professionals' needs.

The purpose of this research are to develop patterns for integrated culture and arts education program in libraries. In order to conduct the research, I analyzed the status of the culture and arts education programs in domestic and U.S. libraries. The basic aim of the culture and arts education program in libraries is based on a nature of the library. I presented the patterns of a integrated culture and arts education programs (experience-understanding-communication). Also, I presented a various culture and arts education programs in based cultural facilities of a region.

The purpose of this study is to inspect the case of university convergence education on elderly education. The Center for Academic Continuing Education (ZAWiW) at Ulm University in Germany aims to inquiry the diversity and differentiation of university and related institutions for senior education by analyzing the linkages between various major areas related to the subject of the elderly and cooperation models between generations. Various topics related to research and life in the elderly are being conducted with a focus on the participation of elderly learners. Through seasonal academy and Ulm 3rd Generation University, connection between regions and universities and interdisciplinary convergence are being actively provided. It can lead to a differentiated strategy of the university for the education of the elderly.

In this study, the information literacy educational program currently used by Korean universities was applied to foreign ones and its educational effect was analyzed and their degree of satisfaction and demands were understood. As a result, the educational effect was shown, but the average knowledge of academic information used still remained low, but the satisfaction degree of education for information literacy was high, which means that such education is absolutely needed for foreign students. The analyzed results and contents carried out in the experiment will be very helpful for designing a differentiated information literacy educational program for foreign students.

As a convergence media, IPTV is expected to provide better learning experience with customized and individualized contents. Yet, little has been known in the are of contents development. Hence, the purpose of this study was to explore educational use of IPTV in terms of design and development perspective. First, this paper identifies the concept and characteristics of IPTV in an educational context. Second, it categorizes the types of IPTV contents. Lastly, the paper discusses guidelines for the design, development, and management of educational IPTV contents.
