As a result of reenforcement of livestock industry licensing and livestock related vehicle registration system, pig farm are mandatory for setting stop bar before pig farm entrance and maintaining the records of inlet and outlet to and from pig farm. Also, the first step to the pig farm biosecurity is the control of entrance human, vehicles, animals and the related records including entrance and sterilization. In this study, the pig farm entrance control system using RFID technology and web-server system was developed. For human entrance, contact type RFID reading system(13.56MHz) was developed. And the 900MHz RFID system was used to detect vehicle entrance. The test result shows that system actuating, recognition, saving records to the web server was successful. Then, the full system of human entrance recording unit, vehicle entrance recording unit, entrance control system, human sterilizing booth containing a tablet for inputting visitor's record and sterilization record was tested. The records were wrote to web server DB through the data management web-program. Performance test shows the entrance control and data management in server was successfully operated.

농림수산식품부(이하 농식품부)에서는 최근 AI가 발생한 경남.북 지역의 추가 발생 예방과 다른 지역으로 확산을 방지하기 위해 전국적으로 특단의 방역 강화조치가 필요하다고 판단, 다음과 같이 "AI 확산방지를 위한 방역 강화 조치"를 마련하고 홍보키로 하였다. 또한 농식품부에서는 경찰청에 5월 19일부터 실시할 계획인 모든 오리.닭 운송차량의 소독여부에 대한 길거리 단속과 관련해 지방 경찰서에서도 적극적인 단속활동이 이루어질 수 있도록 당부하였다.

The current disinfection method of vehicles being applied in South Korea has various shortcomings. So, the epidemic has generated continuously at livestock farms. It is very important to develop an effective disinfection system for reduction of the epidemic. And various basic data is required for this development. Therefore, this study was performed to identify the nozzle type and proper discharge pressure of sprayers. The experiment was conducted from January 10, 2012 until February 28, 2012. All the performance measurement experiments were repeated five times. The subjects of experiment were the A, B and C company's products. The sprayed capacity, angle of spray and the covering area ratio were measured for each product. As a result, the sprayed capacity, angle of spray and the covering area ratio were increased as the discharge pressure of the sprayer was increased. In conclusion, the conical shaped of the nozzle is considered more appropriate than V-shaped, and the proper discharge pressure is expected to be at least 20kg/㎠.

This study was conducted to establish the appropriate facilities criteria of the Korean welfare devices center. We e-mail surveyed 194 welfare devices centers and analysed 13 blueprints of them. We established the following proper principles of facilities. First, consist type and area of room should depend on the type of welfare devices centers. Second, The flow of human and welfare devices should be simple. Third, the area calculated on the base of intent of center owner and the size of beds, wheelchairs, etc. Fourth, exhibit room facing with roadside may obtain advertising effect. Fifth, the storage and disinfecting room should use different entrance, and avoid the intersection of flow to prevent cross-contamination. Sixth, the access road to the exhibition and consulting room should be able to approach by the wheelchair. seventh, office room should be invisible to keep customer's privacy. Direct Cleaning-disinfecting type center on the premise that the maximum 165m², middle 150m², intermediate 140m², display at least Consultation, Cleaning-disinfecting room, storage (clean, contaminated), the office, equipped with a parking space. Entrust Cleaning-disinfecting type center on the premise that a maximum 134m², middle 119m², intermediate 109m² exhibited minimal activity room, consultation room, office, equipped with a parking space, collecting welfare when importing equipment warehouse (clean, pollution) have been proposed to equip up to.

2003년 12월 10일 국내에서 첫 발생한 고병원성 AI는 올해까지 15차례 발생하며 1억 4,000여 만 마리의 가금류가 살처분됐고 이로 인한 방역예산 지출 누계액은 약 2조원에 달한다. 이 중 오리 발생 건수는 전체의 51.5%로 전체 가금산업에서 오리가 차지하고 있는 비율을 감안하면 오리에서의 AI 발생이 많은 편이라고 볼수 있다. 그러나 업계에서는 열악한 오리산업과 이에 따른 시설 문제 등 근본적 원인을 해결해야 한다는 지적이 일고 있다. 오리사육제한 등으로 인한수급불균형으로 산업이 침체되고 있는상황에 대한 대책도 필요한 상황이다. 이에 오리 주산지의 지자체에서는 오리산업에 대한 지원을 보다 구체화 시키고 있다. 주요 지자체의 눈에 띄는 오리관련 신규 지원사업을 알아본다.
