The purpose of this study is to understand the residential needs of family types and to suggest the basic documents for the apartments remodeling, which can be through the actual survey of residential living of old apartments. Generally, they have the residential living pattern according to the family types and the residential space types and it has an effect on the confrontation structure of residential living and residential space. Finally, through the analysis on the confrontation structure of residential living and residential space according to the family types and residential space, we found the residential needs and the family types and the applicable family types and there is some difference the residential needs according to the family types, but no difference according to the entrance types.

The intent of this study is to investigate the feasibility of small-scale developments in residential blocks in the city, and to propose development strategies and models. This research is done on the premises that large housing developments ignore the urban structure of its own quality, whitens on-lot-based multi-unit housing developments fail to maintain amenity and livability in residential blocks. For solving these shortcomings, this research proposes the possibility of small-scale housing development models as an alternative development system. And some residential blocks were selected as case sites and analyzed into typical block types, to support the proposal of pertinent development types. Each type was investigated and discussed in terms of development feasibility and proper development strategies. Finally, three development schemes are proposed as prototypical models for the best application in residential blocks.

The aims of this research are to find the difference of space origination between Korean-Chinese and Chinese multi-family housing unit plan and to find the main reason to make this difference. To do this research, twenty three different kinds of floor plans were surveyed and examined. The results are as follows; 1. The Chinese-Korean floor plan and Chinese floor plan in Ondol heating system are totally different, although in radiator and floor panel heating system are similar. The inner space origination between two races are different. That is to say, Chinese-Korean likes open space origination and Chinese likes closed space origination. 2. The main reasons to make differences seem to be living style, heating system, constructional method and the trade with South Korea. In the future time, the usage of floor panel heating system will be increased and various kinds of floor plan should be introduced.

The purpose of this study is to find out the relation between the outdoor activity and independent behavior of infant and the physical charater of the intermediate-territory. Another purpose is to find out the estimate of infant smother to the intermediate-territory as the space of the infant's outdoor life. As the result of this study, the following points are confirmed :1) The outdoor activity. cognition. independent behavior of infant is affected by the physical character of the intermediate-territory.2) The time and frequency of outdoor activity is affected by the physical character of the intermediate-territory. 3) The cognition and the boundary of outdoor activity are affected by the physical character of the intermediate-territory.4) The time of independent behavior is affected by the physical character of the intermediate-territory.5) The estimate of infant's mother to the intermediate-territory as the space of infant’s activity is very bad. Therefore the physical environment of intermediate-territory is very poor.

오늘날 산업구조의 발달과 경제적인 향상으로 정보교환의 가속화와 대중매 체의 비약적인 발전을 가져왔다. 그중 TV는 정보의 광역성과 전달의 가속성 으로 인하여 현대인의 생활에서 큰 부분을 차지하게 되었고, 이로 인한 정보 의 홍수속에서 상품에 대한 정보를 제공하는 광고가 생활속에 깊숙이 침투 되기에 이르렀다. TV광고는 시각(sight), 음향(sound), 동작(motion), 색체 (color)를 동시에 사용하기 때문에 라디오보다 더욱 큰 효과를 주고 있으며, 특히 소리효과는 음향효과와 음악효과를 총칭한 것으로 현란한 소리 효과를 넣어서 듣는 사람에게 괴로움을 야기시킨다. 이러한 효과는 사람들에게 건 강, 작업능률 및 심리적 장애를 일으킨다. 70년대 이후 집합주택의 양적인 성장과 함께 아파트 내부의 소음은 공해중 큰 부분을 차지하며, 정상적인 생 활과 쾌적한 환경에 문제를 던져주고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 TV의 광고 및 드라마 소음의 물리적 측정과 아파트 주민들의 주관적 반응을 조사 및 분석, 고찰하여 안락한 주거내에서 고른 음향으로 TV를 시청하고 조용한 주거생 활을 누릴 수 있는 기초자료를 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다.

The main purpose of this dissertation is to develop an integrated approach to sustainable housing development, which would be applied in both academic studios and professional practice. This approach is based upon the concept of sustainability encountered in the process of housing design efficiency. It is concerned with the basic identification of problems and needs, the setting of design goals, and the constraints under which the future design and construction will have to operate. The components of the research approach focus on: (1) the identification of main issues of sustainable architecture (2) the identification of the concept of sustainability as integrated approach for architectural design. (3) the analysis of context between the housing design and the main issues of sustainablility. (4) the identification of the concept of sustainable housing design. Based on these results, this paper suggested the concept of sustainable housing design as integrated approach.

As the society is industrialization and urbanization, the increase in density of urban population brought about the rise of the land value and the shortage of the land for housing, as a result urban housing shortage was on the rise in a new social problem. According to this high-rise apartment buildings is under construction, but that is required habitation and safety, especially security for fire safety, because it is various age group residents in for 24 hours. Consequently this study aims to present problems and countermeasures against fire safety of high-rise apartment buildings and to construct a residential space to minimize human life and property damage caused by a fire.
