  • 집중력은 타고난 재능이 아니다. 따라서 누구나 집중력을 높일 수 있다. 집중력은 근력이나 지구력처럼 훈련을 통해 향상할 수 있는 기술이다. 미국의 심리학자 다니엘 골드먼 박사는 "집중력은 마음의 근육이다. 근육을 발달시키듯이 집중력도 발달시킬 수 있다."고 말했다. 집중력 발달을 돕는 그림, 컬러를 알아보자.

The Effects of The concentration Program Based on Acceptance-Commitment Therapy with High School Students (수용전념치료 기반 집중력프로그램이 고등학생들의 집중력 증가에 미치는 효과)

  • The purpose of the this study was to evaluate the effects of self-Control, avoidance cognitive fusion, concentration and learning attitude with high school students. For this, the group acceptance-commitment therapy programs were administered for 12 sessions on a weekly basis. 10 high school students were assigned to treatment group and 10 were assigned to control group. Both pre- post- follow-up of self-Control, avoidance cognitive fusion, concentration and learning attitude were assessed. The results were as the treatment group reported significantly lower avoid fusion to the control group. In addition, the treatment group reported significantly higher score level of self-Control, concentration and learning attitude compared to control. Results indicate that the treatment group is more capable than the control group, of decreasing avoid fusion, while increasing self-Control, concentration and learning attitude. This results suggest that can be applied effectively. Finally, limitations of the present study and suggestions were discussed.

  • This study was conducted to examine mediative effects of two factors, emotion control and thinking control, in the relationship between avoid fusion and attention. Participants (308 high school students) were asked to complete a questionnaire which contains items to measure some psychological properties such as emotion control (EC), thinking control (TC), avoidance avoid fusion (CF), conceration(Co) and learning attitude(LA). Structural equation model analysis showed that 8 of modified 9 paths were statistically significant; CF to Co and TC, TC to EC, Co, and LA, EC to Co and LA, and Co to LA. Limitations and suggestions were mentioned in the discussion.

  • There are a lot of games which have good benefits in the game genre such as serious game. In this paper we implement an serious game for increasing intensive power by calculating the index of the intensive power based on EEG signal. First we explain the definition of the EEG and the classification of the brainwaves and we depict the method for increasing the intensive power. Then we apply the index of the intensive power to the game production to train the intensive power. At last we make an experiment on the effect of an game which increases the intensive power and the analysis shows the increase of the intensive power.

  • Concentration is one of the most important factor in learning ability. It is important to improve concentration for learning ability. Most digital kids have been accustomed to addictive media like games since childhood, so traditional methods of teaching and learning has been difficult to give interests for them. Therefore introducing a new teaching methods was inevitable for students with low concentration. This is an experiment to prove the hypothesis that the concentration training by certain serious game would be helpful for improving students' concentration. Not only some serious games but also meditation by music was effective to improve concentration in the experiment. Average people is hard to immerge in meditation. but some serious games involve fun factors like curiosity, challenges, competitions and rewards. Games are not more negative to young people, will be helpful to society in various forms.

  • In this paper, reflecting the index of concentration and real-time EEG measurement, implementation of the game-type content that can be centralized power of training. Implemented content, for more effective training, based on the brain wave difference in each user, by reflecting an indication of concentration, it is possible by level training. In order to evaluate the usefulness of the implemented content, to target the five subjects, is underway to improve training of concentration, through a comparative analysis of the changes in the index of ability to concentrate, to confirm the improvement of the concentration of the user it could be.

  • 한정된 주의력 자원을 회복 시키기 위한 방법 중 피드백이 효과가 있는 것으로 보고되고 있다. 그러나 피드백의 구체적 내용에 대한 집중력 회복의 연구는 미미하다. 본 연구는 집중력을 회복할 수 있는 감각적 자극 중 정서적 피드백 간의 효과 차이를 분석 하였다. 집중력을 평가하기 위한 온라인 실험 시스템을 구축하고 시각, 청각, 촉각 피드백 자극을 제시하여 각각의 감각자극과 집중력 회복의 효과를 분석 하였다. 실험 참여자의 감각 피드백의 선호도에 따른 영향 요인을 알아보기 위하여 실험 후 주관적 설문을 실시하였다. 감각 피드백을 6명의 대학원생에게 일주일에 걸쳐 반복적으로 약200개의 자극을 제시하고 5회 이상 실험을 통하여 얻어진 30회 결과를 분석하였다. 결과적으로 피드백 별 수행 수준에서는 청각, 촉각, 시각 순으로 효과가 높았으며, 반응 시간에서는 촉각, 청각, 시각 순으로 효과적으로 나타났다.

Analysis of the Change in Student Concentration Over Time During Class (수업 중 학생의 집중력에 대한 시간에 따른 분석)

  • This study simulates cases with 20, 30, 40, 50, 60 and 100 students and 6 values as the parameter of mu. Using the simulation, an analysis was made of how the number of students that couldn't concentrate during class increased over the duration of time. When normalizing the difference in student number when the value of mu is constant, there was a decrease in percentage over time. It also showed a change in percentage when the value of time is fixed while the value of mu changes. Based on the result values, by estimating the mu value with the class atmosphere to predict the outcome and improve the lecture.

  • 장시간 앉아 생활을 하는 직장인이나 학생들은 시간 경과에 따른 집중력 저하는 필수적으로 동반되며, 이를 모니터링하여 집중력을 향상시키기 위한 다양한 시도들이 연구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 간편하게 착용이 가능한 무선뇌파계측 시스템기반이 실시간 집중력 모니터링 시스템을 구현하고자 하였으며, 이를 위하여 블루투스기반의 무선뇌파 측정시스템과 스마트폰 기반의 뇌파분석 어플리케이션을 개발하였다. 어플리케이션에서는 실시간 스펙트럼분석을 통해 집중력 파라미터를 추출하고 집중력의 저하를 인지하면 자동으로 피드백할 수 있도록 시스템을 구성하였다. 구현된 시스템의 평가를 위해 집중상태를 유발하고 각각의 상태별 뇌파스펙트럼 파라미터의 상관관계를 분석하였으며, 실험결과 본 연구에서 제시한 기법을 통해 실시간 집중상태 모니터링이 가능함을 확인하였다.
