Comparisons of Middle- and Old-Aged Drivers' Recognition for Driving Scene Elements using Sensitivity, Response Bias, and Response Time (중년 및 고령운전자의 운전장면 개별요소에 대한 재인기억 차이: 민감도, 반응기준 및 반응시간 비교)

  • Middle- and old-aged driver's capability in recognition for driving scene elements was compared. Central and ambient stimuli were selected from natural driving scene and sensitivity, bias and reaction time were measured as dependent measures. The results are as follows. First, in general, older drivers showed lower sensitivity than middle-aged drivers. In particular, the older drivers' sensitivity was significantly lower for the ambient stimuli than central stimuli, whereas the middle-aged drivers showed no significant difference between the two types of stimuli. Second, the older drivers tended to show more lenient responses whereas the middle-aged drivers responded more conservatively. Third, the older drivers showed longer reaction time than the middle-aged drivers, in particular, in the responses of miss and correct rejection. This results suggested that the older drivers' retention for driving scene elements in their working memory may not be stable, which can be resulted in difficulties in rapid and accurate responses in a real life driving.

의류상품 소비자의 판매촉진 반응유형과 쇼핑성향

  • 본 연구는, 그 동안 간과되어 왔던 의류 상품의 판촉에 초점을 맞추어, 판촉의 여러 방법 별 소비자들의 반응 정도를 알아보고, 그 반응 경향이 소비자의 인구통계적 특성, 판촉에 대한 태도, 의복 쇼핑 성향, 기타 의복 구매 행동과 연관성을 가지는지를 규명함을 목적으로 한다. 수도권 거주 여성 444명을 대상으로 수집한 자료를 이용해 분석이 이루어졌다. 실증적 연구를 통해 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 판촉의 각 방법에 대한 소비자들의 반응 정도는 가격 할인이 가장 높았고 그 다음은 디스플레이, 쿠폰, 사은품, 백화점 패션쇼, 경품의 순서로 나타났다. 가격 할인, 디스플레이, 사은품, 쿠폰, 백화점 패션쇼 등 5가지 판촉 방법에 대한 소비자 반응 정도를 기준으로 군집분석한 결과 판촉에 대한 반응 유형에 있어 차이를 보이는 5개 집단을 규명할 수 있었다. 각 집단의 인구통계적 특성들 중에서는 소비자 자신의 학력과 자녀의 연령만이 집단간에 유의한 차이를 보였으며, 각 집단의 판촉 태도는 집단 간에 유의한 차이를 보였다. 둘째, 각 집단은 의복 쇼핑 성향 및 의복 구매 관련 정보원 이용에서 차이를 보였다. 결론에서는, 실증적 연구의 결과 판촉에 대한 소비자 반응 유형별로 인구통계적 특성, 판촉 태도, 의복 쇼핑 성향, 기타 의복 구매 행동에 차이가 있음을 알 수 있었으므로 의류 상품의 판촉 전략 수립시 표적 집단의 특성에 따라 판촉 방법 선택이나 판촉 정보 전달 경로 등을 조절하는 것이 필요함을 제언하였다. 예를 들어, 신중/경제적 쇼핑 성향을 가지며 판촉에 대한 태도가 호의적인 소비자들에 대해서는 다양한 정보 전달 경로를 통해 가격 할인이나 쿠폰을 제공하는 것이 좋은 판촉 방법이 될 것이며, 쾌락/유행 지향적이고 상표/품질을 중시하는 소비자들에 대해서는 잡지, 인적 정보, 카탈로그 등을 정보 전달 경로로 하여 디스플레이나 패션쇼를 통해 판매 촉진을 할 수 있을 것이다.0.10 $h^{-1}$과 0.09$h^{-1}$h-1이었고, 반감기는 각각 6.93 및 7.70시간으로 측정되었다. 각각의 농도에서 12시간 및 8시간 이후에는 g당 0.19$\mu\textrm{g}$ 및 0.18$\mu\textrm{g}$이하로 떨어짐을 알 수 있었다. Phosphamidon과 profenofos의 급성어독성은 profenofos가 높았고, BCF profenofos가 phosphamidon보다 약 100배 정도 높게 나타났으며, 배설속도는 phosphamidon이 profenofos보다 약 2배 정도 빨랐다.

Comparisons of Middle-, Old-, and Stroked Old-Age Drivers' Reaction Time and Accuracy Based on Multiple Reaction Time Tasks (중다 반응시간 과제에 기반한 중년, 고령 및 뇌졸중 고령 운전자의 반응시간과 반응정확성에서의 차이 비교)

  • Differences in reaction time and accuracy were compared among driver groups of middle-, old-, and stroke old-age drivers using various reaction time tasks including simple reaction task, 2-choice task, 4-choice task with different stimuli eccentricity, search task, and moving target detection task. The results can be summarized as followings. First, although overall reaction time tended to be slowed with age and stroke, stroke old drivers showed significantly slower reaction time than the other driver groups when the stimuli were presented in a large eccentricity. Second, differences in reaction time for 2-choice task and moving target detection task seemed to be determined mainly by participants' simple reaction time. Third, the search task which required temporary retention of previously presented stimuli was found to be more sensitive in discriminating difference in reaction time between middle-age drivers and old-age drivers (including stroke old drivers). Fourth, reaction accuracy of old (and stroke old) drivers decreased when more stimuli alternatives were presented and temporary retention for stimuli was required. Altogether, memory demand in reaction time task can be sensitive to evaluate performance for different age groups, whereas size of useful field of view for brain stroke.

  • The purpose of this study is to develop a teacher's encouragement response and to prove its effect. In order to do so, this study includes three sub-studies. First study is to identify the categories of teacher's encouraging verbal response. second study is to examine whether a teacher's encouraging verbal response can be developed, and third study is to identify how a teacher's encouragement has an effect on school adjustment of elementary children. The results of the study are followings: First, listening, asking, supporting, accepting, and describing are established as teacher's encouraging verbal responses. Second, a teacher can develope his encouraging response through self-discipline. Third, teacher's encouragement is effective on the enhancing of children's school adjustment.

  • 본 연구는 사건관련전위를 이용하여 정신병질자들이 정서인식에 따른 반응억제의 어려움이 있는지를 알아보기 위해 수행되었다. 교도소에 수용 중인 수형자들을 대상으로 PCL-R(Psychopathy Checklist-Revised)의 점수에 따라 6명의 정신병질 수형자집단과 4명의 정상 수형자집단을 선별하고, 얼굴자극을 이용한 시각 Go/NoGo 과제를 실시하였다. 모든 피험자들은 Go 자극에 버튼을 누르고 NoGo 자극에 버튼을 누르지 않도록 지시를 받았으며, 과제를 실시하는 동안 사건관련전위를 측정하였다. 과제 1에서는 공포표정을 NoGo자극으로 사용하고 중성표정을 Go자극으로 사용하였으며, 과제 2에서는 슬픈 표정을 NoGo자극으로 사용하고 중성표정을 Go자극으로 사용하였다. 정신병질 수형자집단은 공포표정의 NoGo P3 진폭이 중성표정의 Go P3 진폭보다 크게 나타난 반면에 정상 수형자집단은 공포표정과 중성표정 간의 P3 요인의 진폭이 유사하거나 공포표정의 NoGo P3 진폭보다 중성표정의 Go P3 진폭이 더 크게 나타났다. P3 잠재기를 분석한 결과, 정신병질 수형자집단은 슬픔 표정자극의 NoGo조건에서 중성표정자극의 Go조건보다 느린 P3 잠재기를 나타낸 반면, 정상 수형자집단은 NoGo조건에서 Go조건보다 빠른 P3 잠재기를 나타냈다. 정서인식검사결과, 정신병질 수형자집단은 정상 수형자 집단보다 유의미하게 낮은 정확도를 나타냈다. 이러한 결과는 정신병질자들이 공포, 슬픔과 같은 부정적인 정서를 인식한 후에 반응을 억제하는데 인지적인 어려움을 겪는다는 것을 보여준다.

Effect of Meditation Program on Stress Response Reduction of the Elderly (명상프로그램이 노인의 스트레스반응 감소에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effectiveness of meditation programs for stress reduction in the elderly. Meditation program for elderly stress reduction were made based on K-MBSR program and kriya yoga. Study was to examined the effectiveness of meditation on stress reduction in the elderly. The program measured the effectiveness of the stress reduction techniques on stress response, depression, anxiety, and quality of life throughout pre-post testing in both the meditation group and the control group. The result indicated that. Stress, depression and anxiety decreased and QOL increased in meditation group. The results of study 1 indicate that meditation program for elderly stress reduction effects on reducing stress and increasing quality of life. These results discussed in connection with cure mechanism for further research.

Predicting the Response of Segmented Customers for the Promotion Using Data Mining (데이터마이닝을 이용한 세분화된 고객집단의 프로모션 고객반응 예측)

  • This paper proposed a method that segmented customers utilizing SOM(Self-organizing Map) and predicted the customers' response of a marketing promotion for each customer's segments. Our proposed method focused on predicting the response of customers dividing into customers' segment whereas most studies have predicted the response of customers all at once. We deployed logistic regression, neural networks, and support vector machines to predict customers' response that is a kind of dichotomous classification while the integrated approach was utilized to improve the performance of the prediction model. Sample data including 45 variables regarding demographic data about 600 customers, transaction data, and promotion activities were applied to the proposed method presenting classification matrix and the comparative analyses of each data mining techniques. We could draw some significant promotion strategies for segmented customers applying our proposed method to sample data.

A Comparative Study of Self Esteem and Reactions on Landscape Montage Test between Scientifically Gifted High School Students and General High School Students (과학영재 고등학생과 일반계 고등학생의 자아존중감과 풍경구성법 반응특성에 관한 비교 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine self esteem and reactions on LMT projective technique to a group of scientifically gifted high school students and general high school students. For that purpose, 113 participants from scientifically gifted high school and general high school were asked to fill out self esteem questionnaire and draw a LMT. The results were analyzed by using SPSS.PASW18. The results are as follows: First, overall self esteem of gifted students were higher than general students. Second, reactions on LMT of gifted students and general students were examined. As a result, there were statistically significant differences in four items; integration of landscape composition, expression of distance and space, number of additional items, existence of doors and windows. The result of this study showed significant differences between the two groups in self esteem and LMT scores.

An Influence of Using Open-ended Problems in Ability-Level Activities on Academic Achievement of Mathematics (개방형 문제를 활용한 수준별 학습이 학업성취도에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of using open-ended problems in ability-level activities in mathematics instruction and to draw some informative conclusions in order to improve the practice of teaching and learning mathematics in the elementary school. To fulfill the purpose, the research questions were established as follows: 1. Is there any difference between the academic achievements of the experimental group(doing ability-level activities using open-ended problems) and the control group(doing general ability-level activities)? 2. Which sub-group(grouped by achievement score in pretest) get affected most by ability-level activities using open-ended problem in the experimental group? 3. What kinds of responses do students show in their ability-level activities using open-ended problems? By applying t-test and analysing the response, the conclusions were drawn as follows: First, using open-ended problems in ability-level activities has positive effects on the academic achievement of the experiment group. The mean of posttest scores of the experiment group was statistically meaningfully higher(p<.05). Second, using open-ended problems in ability-level activities affect most to the achievement of lower sub-group in the experiment group. The mean of posttest scores of lower sub-group in the experiment group was statistically meaningfully higher than that of control group(p<.05). Third, students showed various and creative response in their ability-level activities using open-ended problems.

  • Objectives : Present study compared the characteristics in Rorschach responses and Sandplay between ADHD and normal children group. Method : ADHD (excluded inattention type & emotional problem) group and normal group was composed of 10 children respectively. All of them were controlled by Intelligence Quotation. Rorschach responses were scored by Exner system and compared by t-test. For sandplay work, the time was measured and photo was taken. Results : 1) ADHD group showed that the reaction time in Rorschach was significantly fast and they easily failed to recall the responses. The statical significances are 3r+ (2)/R, X-%, Xu%, (2), AG, Afr, SCZI, Wsum 6, FD, Zd, Blends, a. 2) ADHD group showed that the reaction time in Sandplay was significantly fast, they used low materials (total numbers of toy, vehicles) and the work was less coordinated. Conclusion : This results suggest that ADHD children are apt to react, think and coordinate impulsively. Also, Sandplay could be used fur diagnostic method as Rorschach test.
