Observations on the Genetic Structure of Pinus densiflora Sieb. et Zucc(I) : The Young-il Population (소나무의 유전적(遺傳的) 구조(構造)에 관한 연구(硏究) (I) : 영일(迎日) 집단(集團)의 유전적(遺傳的) 구조(構造))

  • Genetic structure of a Pinus densiflora population consisting of two subpopulations on the north-and south-facing slopes of a mountain was studied by allozyme analysis. Allozyme variants in aspartate aminotransferase(AAT), glutmate dehydrogenase(GDH) and leucine aminopeptidase(LAP) systems are encoded, at least, by eight loci ; five for AAT, one for GDH and two for LAP. Average number of alleles examined over six loci was 3.33. Average heterozygosity and genetic diversity computed over six loci were, respectively, 0.19 and 2.76 for parental population, 0.17 and 2.22 for progeny population. Differences in allelic frequencies between maternal sources at many of the investigated loci were found and between subpopulations on the north- and south-facing slopes. Allele frequencies of maternal origin at some of the loci were significantly different from each other between the two subpopulations. Thus it appears that the matings within and between subpopulations were not random and the mountain ridge that divides the north-and south-facing slopes isolate the two suhpopulations reproductively to a great extent. Some of the genotypes both in parental and progeny(embryo) groups deviate significantly from the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium state. It appears from the result that the pine population is originated from a few limited ancestral trees and thus consanguineous matings are prevalent in this pine population.

Genetic Diversity and Population Structure of Codium fragile (SURINGAR) HARlOT in Korea Using Allozymes (알로자임을 이용한 청각의 유전적 다양성과 집단구조)

  • The study of genetic diversity and population structure was carried out in the Codium fragile using allozyme analysis. Although this species has been regarded as a ecologically and economically important source, there is no report on population structure in Korea. Starch gel electrophoresis was used to investigate the allozyme variation and genetic structure of four Korean populations of this species. Of the 15 genetic loci surveyed, nine (60.0%) was polymorphic in at least one population. Genetic diversity was high at the species level ($H_{ES}$=0.144), and, that of the population level was relatively low ($H_{EP}$=0.128). Nearly 87% of the total genetic diversity in C. fragile was apportioned within populations. The predominant asexual reproduction, population fragmentation, low fecundity, geographic isolation and colonization process are proposed as possible factors contributing to low genetic diversity in this species. The indirect estimated of gene flow based on $G_{ST}$ was 1.69. The moderate level of gene flow in C. fragile populations is mainly caused by thallus developed from isolated utricles dispersal via sea current.

  • Twelve Camellia sinensis populations were studied to investigate the biomass distribution related to stand structure. With increasing mean age of the population, mean root collar diameter increased, while mean height, density and root collar area had no correlation with the age. The result of dimension analysis after cutting the sample trees showed that dry weights of stems +branches and root were exponentially increased and dry weights of current leaves and twigs were linearly increased with increasing root collar diameter. However, the dry weight of older leaves was not related to the root collar diameter. The range of total biomass was 1,162~11,474kg/ha and the range of current leaf biomass was 165~1,341kg/ha. The range of T/R ratio was 1.5~2.8. The biomass of stems+branches and root were significantly correlated with the root collar area of the population and were not significantly correlated with the mean age, mean root collar diameter and density of the population. The biomass of current leaves and twigs were significantly correlated with the root collar area and density of the population.

  • This study examined the effect of middle school students' perceived marital conflict on the middle school students' aggression. Also it examined the differences of male and female middle school students. The researcher surveyed 500 questionnaires for middle school students and was using 444 questionnaires in the final analysis. To analysis the data, t-test, Pearson correlation and the multiple group Structural Equation Modeling approach was used. It was sown that in the middle school students who highly perceived their interparental conflict, the higher the aggression. Interpartental conflicts significantly affected on middle school students' aggression in male and female students. It was sown, also that in the male middle school students who highly perceived their interparental conflict than girl students who highly perceived, the higher the aggression. In conclusion, this study demonstrates the importance of parental roles have effects on middle school students' problem behavior. Especially it was found that male middle school students aggression are influences by interparental conflict. Accordingly, this study has significances by proposing methods of efficient parental consultation and education to resolve parental conflicts.

  • The purpose of this study aimed to analyze the difference of the Sasang constitution type in the relationship between university life stress and mental stress. The data were collected by a self-reported questionnaire from 389 university students and 389 students were classified by QSCC II.(136 So-Eum, 139 So-Yang, 114 Tae-Eum). Multi-group analysis was performed to analyze the differences in the effects of university life stress on mental health according to the type of sasang constitution. According to multi-group analysis, there were statistically significant differences in the effects of university life stress on mental health across So-Eum-So-Yang, Tae-Eum-So-Yang. Based on these results, a differentiated intervention plan suitable for sasang constitution was proposed.

  • 최근 정부의 공기업 경영혁신계획에 따라서 민영화와 경영혁신 대상 공기업이 확장되었다. 이에 따라서, 한국지역 난방공사(이하 '한난')는 1차 민영화 대상 공기업으로서 단계적 민영화를 위하여 안양 및 부천 사업소를 한국전력공사(이하 '한전')의 열병합발전소와 통합매각하여 2001년 51%이상 지분을 매각함으로써 민영화를 완료하도록 추진방안이 수립된 상태이다. 이렇듯 가시화된 정부의 에너지산업에 대한 경쟁 촉진 및 규제완화는 정부주도의 하향식 계획을 지양하고 에너지 구성(energy mix)을 시장에서 결정되게 하자는 것이다. 이는 관련업체간에 해당에너지의 사업주체에 대한 경쟁이 아니라 개별기업이 다양한 에너지사업을 운영하면서 한 기업의 최적 에너지 구성을 시장원리에 따라서 자체적으로 결정한다는 것이 핵심사항이다. 따라서, 현재 한난과 에너지관리공단이 운영 및 소유주체로 되어 있는 국내 집단에너지사업은 정부방안에 능동적으로 대처하고, 특히 에너지산업 변화에서 제기능을 담당할 수 있도록 합리적이고 효율적인 발전계획 및 민영화 방안을 수립할 필요가 있다. 본고에서는 현재 추진중인 국내 에너지 산업 구조개편에 따른 집단에너지사업의 발전방향을 정책적인 측면에서 제시하고자 한다. 논의의 대상은 국내 집단에너지 사업으로, 공업단지 집단에너지사업을 제외한 지역냉난방 사업을 중심으로 하여 전력 및 가스사업고의 연계방안 등이 주요 사항이다.

  • Strategic alliances developed as formalized inter-organizational relationships are core vehicles to share information, resources and knowledge. The structural characteristics of strategic network constructed by strategic alliances have been important agenda in strategic management discipline. This paper has two folds in analysing the strategic network formulated by project level alliances in Korean construction industry. First, we investigate the strategic network using the tools and methods of social network analysis, such as centrality, cohesion, structural equivalence, and power law. Second, the performance of firms within networks are analysed longitudinally with panel data analysis. We have found that the strategic networks in this industry has scale-free characteristics, where the degree distribution fits the power law, and the vertically equivalent structure is clear. We also present that the performance of firms are continuously affected by the degree centrality of firms in this network for the last 10 years.

Effects of categorization training and expertise on cognitive problem solving (범주화 훈련과 전문성이 인지 문제 해결에 미치는 영향)

  • Present study identified categorization pattern differences between experts and novices and examined whether categorization training has positive effects on problem solving. In experiment I, we examined categorization differences between groups according to expertise using mathematical equation problems. Experts classified problems based on deep structure related to problem solution methods whereas novices classified problems based on surface features. However, in the labeled categorization condition, novices' categorization pattern was not different from experts'. These results suggest that novices have difficulty identifying deep structure of problems. In experiment 2, we examined whether categorization training showing subjects deep structure of problems explicitly increases transfer performance. The results showed that solution training was more effective to expert group whereas categorization training was more effective to novice group. We have discussed that different training methods should be applied according to expertise.

Status and Role of Technological Knowledge Exchange Network in Regional Cluster: Performance Differences in Structural Equivalent Groups (지역 클러스터 내 기술지식 교류 네트워크의 지위와 역할: 구조적 등위성 집단의 성과 차이)

  • This study empirically conduct structural equivalence analysis based on social network analysis in picking up on overall structural characteristics of technological knowledge exchange in a regional cluster. Previous conceptual studies so far have argued that performance differences among structurally equivalent groups exist. However, because little research has been done to empirically investigate this conceptual hypothesis, this study is conducted as complementary to fill this void. For analysis, we utilize two-mode network data consisted of 2,550 firms by investigating 53 technological knowledge exchange-related associations within Gumi national industrial cluster. The results show that some structurally equivalent groups can be defined appropriately and its role can be conditioned by firms' salient characteristics attached to each structural equivalent groups. In addition, it is presented through the present study that performance difference in structural equivalent groups can be distinct by some selected performance indicators. Finally, this study suggests the need to advance the study of performance differences in structurally equivalent groups in the future.

  • 최근 들어 WWW(World WideWeb) 환경은 데이터의 소유자나 독점자 없이 누구나 손쉽게 데이터를 생산하고 인터넷에서 공유할 수 있도록 한 사용자 참여 중심의 인터넷 환경인 Web 2.0 시대를 맞이하고 있다.Web 2.0 관련 기술이 발달함에 따라 UCC(User Created Contents) 웹사이트의 사용자 수는 폭발적으로 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라 여럿의 중지를 모아 만들어지는 집단지성의 중요성이 부각되고 있고, UCC 웹사이트는 고품질의 집단지성을 제공하려고 다양한 서비스 및 상품의 개발을 하고 있다. 또한, UCC 웹사이트들은 자신들이 제공하는 집단지성을 사용자들이 채택하도록 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 본 연구는 대표적인 UCC 웹사이트인 위키피디아(www.wikipedia.org), 네이버 지식인 (kin.naver.com), 윙버스 (www.wingbus.com) 를 비롯한 실용적 특성 UCC 웹사이트를 대상으로 집단지성에 대한 신뢰가 실용적 특성 UCC 웹사이트의 지속사용에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 구조방정식 모형을 개발하여 실증분석을 한 결과 집단지성에 대한 신뢰가 사용자 만족을 통해 지속사용에 영향을 주는 것으로 분석되다.
