Validation of the Korean Version of the Talent Development Environment Questionnaire for Sport (한국판 스포츠영재육성환경질문지(TDEQ) 타당성 검증)

  • The purpose of this study was to test the validation of the Korean version of the Talent Development Environment Questionnaire for sport(TDEQ; Martindale et al., 2010), developed through the conceptual and statistical verification stages(substantive stage-structural stage-external stage). In accordance with the procedure of translation, the substantive concepts of the items were reviewed. The data were collected from a sample of 244 ; 117 high school student-athletes and 127 university student-athletes. In order to test the internal structure of TDEQ, EFA/CFA, and internal consistency were performed. As a result, Korean version of the TDEQ had 5 factors with 38 items. External relationship by correlation analysis and group differentiation analysis were obtained to enhance the validity of the test. Overall, the Korean TDEQ will be used as a diagnostic and evaluation tool at the stage of detection, identification, selection, and development of Sport Talent.

  • This study is about how functional conflict, hierarchical conflict in child-care centers and the sociology population of teachers influence organizational effectiveness. The questionnaire listed about the organizational conflict and the organizational effectiveness were used in this study. For the analysis of the questionnaire, frequency, percentage, reliability, and regression were used as statistical tools. In the results, the teacher's academic backgrounds, career, and marital status seem to have an influence on the organizational conflict. The hierarchical conflict in child-care centers has a more negative influence on organizational effectiveness than the functional conflict.

  • This study aimed to examine the mediating effects of emotion dysregulation on the relationships between shame and aggression. All data was measured on Experience of Shame Scale, Aggression Questionnaire, and Difficulties in Emotional Regulation Scale. Total 287 responses were analysed. The findings of this study were as follows. Shame affected not only directly aggression but also influenced through emotion dysregulation. Impuse control difficulties and nonacceptances of emotional responses showed the significant partial mediation effects. The results showed the necessity of adaptive emotional regulation in dealing with aggression elicited by shame.

  • The purpose of this study is to compare the job satisfaction of school library employees with independent variables. and to discern the variables that cause the greatest impact on job satisfaction. The study's 254 questionaries were collected from December 1, 2006 to December 31, 2006 from 327 school library employees. In this study, it is proved that there are differences between the job satisfaction of school library employees and independent variables: gender, the level of school library, length of service. and employment style. Tips for the inherent roles of school library media center were Provided based on inadequacies and other findings revealed through this study.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 1. 방염 가공된 의류에 대한 소비자들의 인식도를 측정하고 2. 방염 관계 법규를 확대하여 12세 이상의 어린이나 기타 연령층에서도 방염 가공된 의류를 원하는지를 알아보고 3. 인산염계 방염 가공제 사용 금지 조치가 방염 가공 의류에 대한 소비자들의 기호도에 영향을 미쳤는지 알아보기로 하였다. Alabama, Tuscaloosa 시에 있는 국민학교와 유아원에 다니는 어린이의 학부모 230명에게 1979년 9월 26일 질문지를 배부하여 그 후 3일부터 10일까지 질문지를 회수여하 83장의 유효한 자료를 얻었다. 83명의 학부모를 Group 1: 유아원에 다니는 어린이의 부모 45명 Group 2: 국민학교에 다니는 어린이의 부모 38명으로 나누고, 두 Group의 각 목적에 대한 유의도를 알아보기 위하여 Cattell,s Profile Analysis를 하였다. 목적 1과 2에 대하여서는 Group 간의 유의도가 발견되지 않았으며 목적3에 대하여서는 Group 간의 유의도가 발견되었다. 목적 3의 각 항목에 대하여 t-tests를 행하였다. 결과에 의하면 응답자들은 1. 방염 가공된 잠옷이 시장에서 널리 팔리고 있음은 알고 있으나 방염가공에 관련된 관계법규에 대하여 완전히 이해하지 못하고 있었으며 2. 방염 가공에 관련된 법규를 확대하여 어린이나 노인층의 의복이 방염 가공되기를 원하고 있으며, 3. 시장에서 방염 가공된 의류와 방염 가공되지 않은 의류가 함께 진열되어서 선택할 수 있는 계기를 원하고 있으며, 4. 유아의 부모들이 국민학생의 부모보다 방염 가공의 해독성에 대한 정확한 지식을 갖고 있었다. 그러나 이들 모두가 인산염계 방염 가공제의 독성에 대한 정확한 지식은 없었다.

Validity Analysis of the Korean Version of the Moral Judgment Test (MJT) (도덕적 판단력 도구 MJT의 한국적 표준화 연구)

  • This study aims to standardize Moral Judgment Test (MJT) for measure the level of moral judgment to apply to Korean society. The questionnaire of MJT was composed of two stories: Worker's Dilemma; Doctor's Dilemma. The procedure of this study was started with translation, making final questionnaire through several times pre-test, survey, then did analyze. The degree of reliability was .669. To verify validity, this study carried 3 kinds of tests as follows: the Order of Preferences, Quasi-simplex Structure, Cognitive-Affective Parallelism. Through these tests, this study showed that Korean-translated version questionnaire of MJT is significant and good base to measure moral judgment.

Development and Practical Application of a Psychological Skill Training Program for National Wheelchair Curling Players -Frontal EEG Asymmetry (휠체어컬링 국가대표선수의 경기력 향상을 위한 심리기술훈련 프로그램의 개발 및 적용 -EEG 뇌파활용 연구)

  • The present study aimed to develop a sports psychological skill training program and to test its applicability to improve the performance of national wheelchair curling players. A total of 4 participants completed the study. Subjects have been to 12 sessions of 6 different psychological skills training programs (routine training, attentional focus training, writing practice training in diary, relation training, self-control training, and positive self-talk training). The effectiveness of psychological skills training has been evaluated with 6 questionnaires and EEG measurement. The result was that psychological skills training had improved coping with adversity, peaking under pressure, and concentration, self-management and reduced anxiety of Korean national wheelchair curling player. The result was that the EEG inter-hemispheric asymmetry index showed negative emotional states before psychological skill training but positive emotional states after. The result implies that psychological skill training plays an important mediating role in bringing about positive effects in the psychological elements and competitiveness in national wheelchair curling players.

Detection of Similar Answers to Avoid Duplicate Question in Retrieval-based Automatic Question Generation (검색 기반의 질문생성에서 중복 방지를 위한 유사 응답 검출)

  • In this paper, we propose a method to find the most similar answer to the user's response from the question-answer database in order to avoid generating a redundant question in retrieval-based automatic question generation system. As a question of the most similar answer to user's response may already be known to the user, the question should be removed from a set of question candidates. A similarity detector calculates a similarity between two answers by utilizing the same words, paraphrases, and sentential meanings. Paraphrases can be acquired by building a phrase table used in a statistical machine translation. A sentential meaning's similarity of two answers is calculated by an attention-based convolutional neural network. We evaluate the accuracy of the similarity detector on an evaluation set with 100 answers, and can get the 71% Mean Reciprocal Rank (MRR) score.

The Eating-Related Characteristics Questionnaire and Its Correlations with Anthropometry, Nutrient Intakes, Depression, and Personality Dimensions : the Validity of Its Use on Korean College Students (대학생을 대상으로 한 섭식특성 질문지의 타당성 연구 - 체격, 영양소 섭취, 우울 및 성격차원과의 상관성에 의한 -)

  • This study was conducted to determine if Mehrabian's eating-related characteristics questionnaire could be effectively applied in predicting obesity and eating disorders among Korean college students by examining the correlations between eating-related characteristics and anthropometry, nutrient intakes, psychological aspects of depression, and personality dimensions. The data were collected from 151 female students in classes of nutrition or psychology in Kyungnam University. Measurements of height, weight and triceps skinfold thickness (TSf) were made by well-trained interviewers, and BMI was calculated. Daily nutrient intakes were obtained from the self-reported three-day dietary records for the kinds and the amounts of foods consumed by the student subjects. The students were also asked to complete three questionnaires : Mehrabian's eating-related characteristics questionnaire, Eysenck Personality Questionnaire, and the Berk Depression Inventory. The results of the study were as follows : 1) Reliability of factored homogeneous item dimensions (FHIDS) of the translated version of the eating-related characteristics questionnaire showed a similar profile compared with the original. Moreover, the loading values of Cronbach-$\alpha$ for some FHIDs, which were excluded in order to constitute primary-level factors (for example, 'predisposition to obesity' etc) with a high reliability, were much lower than Mehrabian's. Therefore the eating-related characteristics questionnaire could be effectively used for Korean students for predicting predisposition to obesity and eating disorders. 2) With regard to the relationship between anthropometric indices and eating-related characteristics, BMI measurements showed a high and a positive correlation with 'predisposition to obesity' and 'uncontrollable urges to eat', and a negative correlation with a 'predisposition to anorexia'. The heavier body weight and the more fat mass that the subjects had, the higher the probability that the subjects were overeating. 3) The intakes of some minerals (Fe, K, Na) and Vitamin C showed significantly negative correlations with a 'predisposition to obesity' and a 'predisposition to anorexia'. But the intakes of vitamin B$_2$, niacin, and retinol were positively correlated with'uncontrollable urges to eat'. 4) Among personality dimensions, neuroticism had a positive correlation with a 'predisposition to obesity', 'uncontrollable urges to eat', and 'predisposition to anorexia'. 5) Neuroticism was negatively correlated with intakes of calories, carbohydrates, K, Fe, Vitamin C, etc. On the contrary, all personality dimensions were positively correlated with intakes of retinol. In conclusion, the translated version of Mehrabian's eating-related characteristics questionnaire appears to be effective for nutritional or psychological assessments of any predisposition to eating disorders among Korean college students.

의류업체의 시장지향성, 판매원의 직무능력이 판매원 만족에 미치는 영향

  • 고객의 가치를 창조해나가기 위해 고객을 중시하 는 시장지향적인 기업문화가 확산되며, 이와 함께 판 매현장 최일선에서 고객을 직접 응대하며 기업의 시 장지향성을 실현하고 고객을 관리하는 패션판매원의 중요성이 높아지고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 시장지향 적인 기업문화와 판매원의 중요성이 높아짐에 따라 본 연구는 의류업체의 시장 지향성의 유형을 밝히고, 이러한 시장지향적 노력이 판매원의 능력과 함께 의류업체의 판매원의 만족에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 알아보고자 하였다. 이들의 규명을 통해 궁극적으 로 기업의 성과에 기여하는 판매원 만족에 영향을 미치는 시장지향성의 유형과 판매원의 능력 유형을 밝혀 의류업체의 시장지향적 기업문화 실현에 기여 하고자 하였다. 설문지를 이용한 실증적인 조사연구방법이 사용 되었고, 연구대상은 서울과 분당에 위치한 L백화점의 여성복 의류매장에 근무하고 있는 삽마스터 600 명을 대상으로 하였다. 선행연구를 근거로 하고 의류 업체에 맞게 수정 보완한 질문지를 사용하여, 최종 분석된 설문지는 547부이다. 자료분석은 SPSS pc + 8.0올 이용하여 빈도분석, 백분율, 요인분석, 중다회 귀분석을 사용하였다. 수거된 질문지를 통계처리 한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 의류업체의 시장지향성을 요인분석한 결과 '시장정보의 획득'시장정보의 확산', '시장정보에 대 한 반응'의 세 요인으로 나눌 수 있었다. 시장정보를 획득하는 활동에는 매장의 소비자조사. POS시스템 의 활용. 삽마스터 회의에의 관심, 경쟁 브랜드 조사 그리고 판매사원을 통한 고객의 반응 조사 등의 내 용이 포함된다. 시장정보를 확산시키고자하는 활동 에는 매장에서 본사로 상황을 보고하고, 고껴의 시정 요구를 해결하고자 하는 노력. 판매원이 제시하는 소 비자동향의 반영, 그리고 삽마스터 회의 등씩 내용이 포함되며, 시장정보에 대한 반응은 풍부한 물량공급 과 히트상품의 지속적인 공급을 활동 내용으로 한다' 둘째, 의류업체의 시장지향성은 판매원의 만족도 에 정적인 영향을 나타냈다. 이는 의류업체가 시장정 보 수집에 적극적이고, 매장과 긴밀한 정보교류를 하 며, 수집된 정보를 적극 활용하여 상품개발이나 공급 등의 노력을 보일 때 판매원이 회사에 대해 강한 신 뢰감을 느껴 만족감을 느끼게 되고 이것이 바로 성 과로 이어질 수 있는 것을 의미한다. 셋째, 판매원의 회사전략 인지능력, 의류제조과정 인지능력. 고객서버스 능력, 자율적인 목표설정 능력. 고정고객관리능력이 클수록 직무자체와 인간관계에 대한 만족도가 높게 나타나 판매원의 직무한력은 판 매원의 만족에 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이 는 의류업체에서 능력 있는 판매원을 육성하거나 영 입하는데 힘써야 함을 시사하는 결과이다.
