대학의 경쟁력이 곧 국가의 경쟁력으로 이어질 만큼 핵심 지식인프라인 대학은 국가경쟁력의 원천으로서 중요시되고 있다. 이에 세계 각국은 대학의 경쟁력 강화와 대학교육의 질 향상을 위한 다양한 정책들을 추진하고 있다. 국제사회에서 대학평가는 대학교육의 질 보증 및 경쟁력 강화를 위한 필수 기제로 인식되고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 현재 대학교육협의회에서 실시해 오고 있는 대학평가의 의의와 그 추진실적에 대해 살펴보고자 한다.

Outsourcing databases is to offload storage and computationally intensive tasks to the third party server. Therefore, data owners can manage big data, and handle queries from clients, without building a costly infrastructure. However, because of the insecurity of network systems, the third-party server may be untrusted, thus the query results from the server may be tampered with. This problem has motivated significant research efforts on authenticating various queries such as range query, kNN query, function query, etc. Although aggregation queries play a key role in analyzing big data, authenticating aggregation queries has not been extensively studied, and the previous works are not efficient for data with high dimension or a large number of distinct values. In this paper, we propose the AMR-tree that is a data structure, applied to authenticate aggregation queries. We also propose an efficient proof construction method and a verification method with the AMR-tree. Furthermore, we validate the performance of the proposed algorithm by conducting various experiments through changing parameters such as the number of distinct values, the number of records, and the dimension of data.

SIMS는 공간 정보 관리 환경을 지원하기 위한 통합 관리 시스템으로서 다양한 공간 및 비공간 자료를 관리하고 여러 응용작업을 지원한다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 공간 데이터 마이닝 질의 언어가 처리하는 공간자료에 한정되지 않고, 자동 데이터 수집, 인공위성 측위 서비스, 원격탐사, GPS, 모바일 컴퓨팅 등의 다양한 자료라 시공간(Spatio-Temporal) 자료로부터 유용한 정보를 발견 할 수 있도록 SIMS를 기반으로 한 공간 데이터 마이닝 전용 시스템을 지원하는 공간 데이터 마이닝 질의 언어를 설계하였다.

Recently, VOD market is getting increased and most of public, educational organization, enterprises are providing service as content managing system of WMV standard subordinated to Window OS of Microsoft company. VOD CMS of WMV standard have problem that frequent cut-off, small-size of screen, and image quality which is also chronic problem. In order to solve this problem, technology solving the problem has developed through minimization of buffering time, screen size, high quality sound, and high quality image by image codec and streaming engine which is H. 264. But there are still a problem that systematic management of contents or distribution is difficult. This study expected that there would be a effect preoccupying significant stand of world wide H.264 high quality image mobile VOD managing market by securing domestic on-line VOD contents integrated managing technology by designing system for image VOD contents management having a limit in wmv market and combining H.264 which is new technology.

Query logs are online records that capture user interactions with information retrieval systems and all the search processes. Query log analysis offers ad advantage of providing reasonable and unobtrusive means of collecting search information from a large number of users. In this paper, query logs of NAVER, a major Korean Internet search service, were analyzed to investigate the information seeking behabior of NAVER users. The query logs were collected over one week from various collecions such as comprehensive search, directory search and web ducument searc. It is expected that this study could contribute to the development and implementation of more effective web search systems and services.

For the users of information retrieval systems, natural language query is the more ideal interface, compared with keyword and boolean expressions. This paper proposes a retrieval technique with expanded keyword from syntactically-analyzed structures of natural language query as user input. Through the steps combining or splitting the compound nouns based on syntactic tree traversal of the query, and expanding the other-formed or shorten-formed into multiple keyword, it can enhance the precision and correctness of the retrieval system.

BPM 시스템의 활용이 확대되고 BPM 표준의 채택이 일반화되어가면서, 차츰 BPM 시스템의 관리와 유지보수 및 활용을 극대화할 수 있는 방안에 대한 요구가 높아지고 있다. 여기에는 비즈니스 프로세스 질의 언어의 표준화가 중요한 역할을 할 것으로 기대되고 있다. 비즈니스 프로세스 질의 언어는 마치 데이터베이스 관리 시스템의 SQL처럼 BPM 시스템에 대한 표준적인 접근 및 개발이 가능하게 해주며, 궁극적으로는 BPM 어플리케이션의 개발 생산성과 유지보수성을 향상시켜 줄 수 있을 것이다. 본 논문에서는 아직까지 표준화에 대한 명시적인 결과물이 제시되지 않고 있는 비즈니스 프로세스 질의 언어에 대한 기존의 연구 결과를 살펴보고, 어떠한 설계 요소들이 포함되어야 할지를 제시하고, 이를 BPM 시스템에 도입하기 위해 필요한 참조 아키텍처를 제안하고자 한다.

이 논문에서는 메타데이터 레지스트리간의 메타데이터 교환을 위해 제안된 교환 프로토콜의 장점을 명시적으로 보이기 위한 시뮬레이션 결과에 대하여 기술한다. 기존 접근 방법들은 교환 메커니즘의 높은 복잡도, 지역 메타데이터 관리 시스템으로의 종속성, 새로운 메타데이터 관리 시스템의 추가를 위한 높은 비용 등의 문제점을 지닌다. 이를 해결하기 메타데이터 교환 프로토콜이 제안되었다. 그러나 지금까지의 연구에서는 정성적으로만 그 장점을 보였다. 이 논문의 목적은 정략적 관점에서 제안된 프로토콜의 장점을 기술하고자 함에 있다. 특히 이 논문에서는 질의 효율이 가장 중요한 문제로서 다른 요인에 의한 결과에도 영향을 주기 때문에 질의 효율성 문제에 초점을 둔다. 이를 위해 평가 항목과 평가 모델에 대해 정의한다. 질의 효율성 평가를 위한 요인 중에서 대상 메타데이터의 개수, 각 메타데이터를 구성하는 컴포넌트의 개수 및 각 컴포넌트들을 구성하는 속성들의 개수를 주 파라미터로 이용하였다. 이에 따라 시뮬레이션은 크게 세 가지 유형을 지니게 된다 정량적 평가를 통해 교환 프로토콜이 요구되는 이유와 그 정당성을 명시적으로 보인다.

Objective : The purpose of this study is to identify time management among college students and provide them with a basic resource for planning and educating them on efficient time management methods for improving the quality of life of all clients who receive occupational therapy services, including non-disabled people. Methods : This study is a survey of four-year university students using the questionnaire to know the relationship between structured time usage and quality of life. A total of 142 questions, excluding eight missing questionnaires, was compared and analyzed with using the general characteristics, time structure questionnaires (time structure questionnaires) and World Health Organization (WHOQOL-BREF). Results : The results of this study showed that there was a significant correlation between quality of life and structured time management, and between the sub-items of structured time management; sense of purpose, structured daily life, persistence, past direction and sleep intensity. Also, factors that affect the quality of life were sleep (β=.214), structured daily life (β=.203), a sense of purpose(β=.343), and past direction(β=.244) appeared in order. Conclusion : In the case of university student who is working within structured time, there were difficulties in showing satisfactory quality of life. These factors of poor quality of life were analyzed to affect structured daily life, sense of purpose, past direction, and sleep level.
