일반화된 excursion set 이론과 자기 유사 구형 유입(Self-similar spherical infall) 모형에 기반하여 Splashback 질량함수에 대한 해석적 단일 매개변수 모델을 착안하였다. Planck/WMAP7 관측결과를 토대로 구축된 EREBOS N-Body 시뮬레이션의 수치적 결과의 해석적 모델을 이용한 회귀분석을 통해 단일 매개변수이자 Splashback 경계의 확산적 특성을 수치화하는 확산계수(Diffusion Coefficient)의 추정치를 계산하였다. 계산된 확산계수를 적용한 해석적 모델과 수치적 결과가 5 ≤ M/(10¹²h^-1 M_⊙) < 10³의 질량범위에서 매우 근접히 일치하는 것을 보였으며 Baysian and Akaike Information Criterion 검정을 통해 0.3 ≤ z ≤ 3의 범위에서 기존의 모델들보다 본 모델이 선호 돼야함을 확인하였다. 또한 확산계수가 적색편이에 대하여 선형진화에 근접한 변화를 보임을 발견하였으며, 특정 임계 적색편이(z_c)를 기준으로 확산계수가 0에 수렴함을 발견하였다. 더 나아가 두 Planck모델과 WMAP7모델에서 도출된 확산계수는 서로 상당한 차이를 보였다. 이 결과는 암흑물질 헤일로의 splashback 질량함수가 z ≥ z_c에서 매개변수가 없는 온전한 해석적 모델로 설명되고 z_c가 독립적으로 우주의 초기조건을 독립적으로 특정지을 수 있는 가능성을 지님을 시사한다. 이 초록은 The Astrophysical Journal의 Ryu & Lee 2021, ApJ, 917, 98 (arxiv:2103.00730) 논문을 바탕으로 작성되었다.

One of the characteristics of the last four decades after 'World War II', was the 'discovery of famine' in the underdeveloped country, like Korea. A flurry of activities followed this sad discovery. Countless organizations and programs were set up to fight poverty and to combat famine in rural sector. In these days, the dominant development theory was 'modernization theory' which have gratuitously assumed that third world countries are like western countries are, and respond to the same stimuli as western countries do, although third world countries have completely different cultures, traditions, and mentality from western countries. Among the many problems caused by 'modernization theory', this research focused on the noel environmental problems. In the West the discovery of nature and its progressive control by means of science and technology are phenomena. Modem progress born in the West and carried to the rest of the world is not integrally positive and therefore can't be identified with the internal development of man and nature. As a result, the so-called modernization of Korea and other countries is contributing to the degradation of the nature and environment. It is important to give up the illusion that the fight against famine is a simple matter that could be solved through the imitation of western countries. It is also necessary to abandon the belief that the earth as a reservoir of unlimited resources, there to be exploited ad hoc for mankind's survival. Man-environment relationship must, essentially, be one of mutualism and not a case of survival of the fittest: In other words, man's survival is directly related to the survival of the earth and its resources.

인터넷 등의 컴퓨터 통신 네트워크의 발달로 인하여 분산된 정보자원의 공유를 통한 자원에 대한 재사용성의 필요성이 대두되었다. IRD(Information Resource Dictionary)는 조직 내에서 관련된 모든 정보에 대한 데이터가 논리적으로 중앙화된 정보저장소(repository)이다. IRD 내의 데이터는 다른 데이터를 기술하므로 이른바 메타 데이터라고 하기도 한다. IRD의 사전(dictionary) 요소는 정보자원의 종류, 정보자원의 의미, 정보자원의 논리적 구조, 정보자원의 위치, 그리고 정보자원의 접근방법 등을 기술한다. FIPS ANSI의 IRDS는 이항 관계를 이용하여 무결성 제약조건을 표현하므로 제약조건 규칙의 표현과 일반적인 추론 규칙의 표현이 제한되어 있으며, 다양한 형태의 무결성 제약조건의 표현과 IRD와 관련된 여러 정보의 도출 또는 추론 및 관리에 관한 사항은 IRD 응용 고유의 문제로 간주하여 언급하고 있지 않다. 한편, FIPS IRDS는 사용자가 SQL 및 IRD에 대한 전문적 지식이 없이는 사용자 질의 작성이 어려운 점등에 대한 문제점을 안고 있다. 본 논문은 FIPS IRDS의 기본모델에서 정보자원 표현, 정보자원들간의 관계, 정보자원의 관리 정보 구분을 명확히 하기 위해 정보자원 모델을 정보자원 표현요소와 정보자원 관리요소의 두 부류로 나누어 구분하고, 각 부류에 대한 자격 질의(competency question)를 통하여 유추된 요소들을 FIPS ANSI IRDS 기본 모델의 스키마 기술 레벨과 스키마 레벨에 첨가함으로써 그 기본 모델을 확장한다. 그리고, FIPS ANSI IRDS가 제공하는 IRD 기술과 관리 기능을 그대로 포함하면서 앞에서 문제점으로 지적된 제약조건 표현과 추론규칙 표현을 위하여 확장된 기본 모델을 중심으로 각 레벨의 구성 요소들의 형식적 의미(formal semantics)와 레벨 내 혹은 레벨 구성요소들간의 관계성(relationship), 그리고 제약조건의 표현과 질의 추론 규칙들을 식별하여 FOPL(First Order Predicate Logic)로 표현한다. 또한, 본 논문은 FOPL로 표현된 predicate들과 규칙들을 구현하기 위하여 Prolog로 변환하기 위한 이론적 방법론을 제시하고 정보자원 관리를 위한 기본 함수들과 스키마 진화(schema evolution)를 위한 방법론을 제안한다.

자본주의가 인류사회의 행복과 공동번영에 기여하는 경제체제로서 역할을 다하려면, 자본주의 역시 시대의 변화에 맞추어 진화해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 새 시대에 걸 맞는 자본주의의 대안을 논의하고자, 저자 이재윤이 창시한 깨달음경영학(MOSEE; Management Of allSelves' Enlightenment and Empowerment)의 새로운 과학적 학문연구를 통해 새로운 실현성 영역을 추구하는 동시에, 깨달음경영의 새로운 5차원 요소인 영적 자원 및 자산(SRA: Spirit Resource and Asset)과 본질적으로 무(無)에서 유(有)를 창조하는 창조경영(MOC: Management Of Creation)에 대한 연구 및 인간의식 성장 방법론에 대하여 발표 하고자 한다. 따라서 깨달음경영학(MOSEE)에 관한 고유한 철학, 고유한 탐구 영역, 이론, 방법, 기법, 도구, 운영 원리 및 활용 분야 등을 체계적으로 설명하는 것이 목적이다. 이로써 현대의 주요한 여러 경영철학들 예컨대 CSV(마이클 포터) SI(개리 함멜) 복잡계 철학 미덕(美德)경영 등의 내재된 구조적 제약들을 분석 평가하고 한계를 극복하는 방안들을 제시함으로써 이들을 5차원의 깨달음경영학(MOSEE)의 의식(영성)경영철학으로써 통섭을 고찰하고 21세기 우주 인류 신문명 창달을 위한 5차원의 깨달음경영 혁명을 성취하고자 한다. 즉 2040년 전에 지구 인류의 고도 영성 초 과학기술 문명을 넘어서 우주 인류의 초 영성 초 과학기술 문명 창달을 선도하는 학문연구 교육 인류 사회활동을 지속적으로 해갈 것이다. 위와 같이 21세기 우주 인류의 영원한 평화 자유 지속적 번영을 이루고자 한다. 본 연구는 통섭 고찰 제1회로 마이클 포토의 공유가치(CSV: Creating Shared Value)의 통섭을 고찰한다.

The purpose of this paper is to explain the recipient's psychology, which results from the operation of media, from the perspective of the fluctuation between immersion and contemplation. Media allow to perceive and speculate about specific objects or meanings. In addition, the media perform the function of expanding or changing the objects of perception and thought. McLuhan or Luhmann's media theory emphasized this function of changing the state of perception by inducing a contemplative attitude. This notion is exemplified by interpretation of the visual media history. In this paper, the cases of film and computer game are discussed. In particular, it is considered that VR media causing strong immersion have also developed in a way that allows recipients to contemplate an virtually constructed reality. The commercialization of Tilt Brush and the experimentation of VR painting artwork are the examples for this dual development.

This study is an integrated literature review of concept analysis research published in the Journal of the Korean Nursing Society and the journal of branch science for the last 10 years from 2009 to 2018. A total of 30 papers were analyzed, including the metaparadigm of nursing, the type of concept, the method of concept analysis, the degree of utilization, etc. As a result, the metaparadgim of nursing was the most common human being, with 23 human beings, 5 nursing, 1 health, and 1 environment, and all kinds of concepts were identified as abstract concepts. As for concept analysis methods, Walker & Avent had the most number of workers and events with 13 workers, 10 hybrids, and 7 evolutionary methods, but all of them were hybrid methods after 2018. The progress toward tool development has not been confirmed. The diversity of nursing paradigm based on research results and the development of tools based on it are also necessary.

Cyanobacteria have been identified as one of the most promising group producing novel biochemically active natural products. Cyanobacteria are a very old group of prokaryotic organisms that produce very diverse secondary metabolites, especially non-ribosomal peptide and polyketide structures. Large multienzyme complexes which are responsible for the non-ribosomal biosynthesis of peptides are modular for the addition of a single amino acid. An activation of amino acid substrates results in an amino adenylate occuring via an adenylation domain (A-domain). A-domains are responsible for the recognition of amino acids as substrates within NP synthesis. The A-domain contains ten conserved motifs, A1 to A10. In this study, ten conserved motifs from A1 to A10 were checked regarding their amino acid sequence of the NRPS-module of Microcystis aeruginosa PCC 7806. The part of the amino acid sequence chosen was that which contained as many conserved motives as possible, and then these amino sequence were compared between other cyanobacteria to design a new degenerate primer. A new degenerate primer (A3/A7 primer) was designed to detect any putative NP synthetase region in unkwon cyanobacteria by a reverse translation of the conserved amino acid sequence and a search for cyanobacterial DNA bank.

In many geological fields, including hydrogeology, it is of great importance to determine the heterogeneity of the subsurface media. This study briefly introduces the concept and theory of the method that can estimate the hydraulic properties of the media constituting the aquifer, which was recently introduced by Park (2020). After the introduction, the method was applied to the synthetic aquifer to demonstrate the practicality, from which various implications were drawn. The introduced technique uses a global optimization technique called the covariance matrix adaptation evolution strategy (CMA-ES). Conceptually, it is a methodology to characterize the aquifer heterogeneity by assimilating the groundwater level time-series data due to the imposed hydraulic stress. As a result of applying the developed technique to estimate the hydraulic conductivity of a hypothetical aquifer, it was confirmed that a total of 40000 unknown values were estimated in an affordable computational time. In addition, the results of the estimates showed a close numerical and structural similarity to the reference hydraulic conductivity field, confirming that the quality of the estimation by the proposed method is high. In this study, the developed method was applied to a limited case, but it is expected that it can be applied to a wider variety of cases through additional development of the method. The development technique has the potential to be applied not only to the field of hydrogeology, but also to various fields of geology and geophysics. Further development of the method is currently underway.

The subject is connected with a structure named "The Symbolic" to Lacan, but he denied that the subject is explained simply as a fruit of language and "Other". From his point of view, passing through Subject, De-formation and Crack over it is designated as foundation of generation and creation rather than our destined defect. It should not be understood that subject of "The Real" is a concept of the subject free itself from restraint of "The Symbolic". However, this does not mean he asserts "Subject" is something incapable of being controlled by the unknown power. The problem is that this autonomous existence meets inside of it with something "more than one's own self" by "circulating around itself" like a permanent star. This is the indication of a "stranger in the middle of my privacy", or "extimit$\'{e}$", a coined-word by Lacan. Perhaps "Subject" is nothing more than the name of distance of object which is "too hot" to come close, and of this circulating movement. It's because of this object that the real subject stands against generalization and the subject can't be restored to any place in symbolic order-even though it is empty. The part which is told from Lacan's structural theory, that is to say, an importance to Lacan is that his Subject theory is not suggested or denied as a manual structure. On the contrary, it is a study of the relationship between the settled symbol that included in "real subject which is a unconscious one" and the symbolic subject hold- that is a metaphysical subject in general meaning. In Lacan's enlarged concept of subject beyond symbolic reality, it is noticeable that it gives justifiability to the union of a medium of different nature in artistic expression. We can recognize that the unconscious world is a living space which enables it to be a "condition of human being", not something dark under the surface of water through Magritte's(Rene Magritte, 1898~1967) surrealistic works. In other words, Magritte's art secures a core dimension of human nature through a mysterious gap of conscious and settled space. Magritte's drawings often evokes strange and unsettling feelings in people who view his paintings. This is because routine objects are found in "unsuitable" places from which we usually find them in our everyday lives. "Reality" in Magritte's paintings makes it aware that it is a strained field of concealment and disclosure basically between truths, and we can learn that his behavior to overturn to paint in-visible things is finally an effort to restore the "real subject" to the viewer's reality. In other words, such reversion arouses a nostalgic desire for the objects existing in their original appearance as they are - natural condition that our gaze had not been distorted yet by anamorphic stains. - and the state when we are conscious of them normally. Such desire offers an opportunity for us to get out of mental depression rather than operates to us as an abnormal crack. It's a successive process of effort to search for lost subject and Paradise Lost facing up to reality of subject human that is to be a subject of world and life are ousted from their place by structure and authority of culture.

This study aims to classify broadscale anti-religious movements in Korea based on critical public sentiment and analyze the meanings of these movements. To carry out the research, global religious changes that have occurred in modern times were closely looked into first. The world religions have had an influence on the world's religious awareness. As a result, they intend to acquire universality on their own individual grounds while keeping consistency with the past. This phenomenon used to appear to retain the identity, recreate tradition, transform itself to fit in the present times, pursue innovation, or even become overshadowed by other forms of thought such as when religions have collided with nationalism. How does Korean society perceive the changes that emerged in world religions? In general, the circumstances that Korea faces in this era tend to manifest themselves via the Internet, multimedia, and Youtube wherein they sound off on religion and this includes criticism of Christianity, demand for reformation, attack on minor religions, pro-reform academic circles and media, and the propagation of anti-theism. Criticism of religion is interpreted as an anti-religious movement. The secularism and anti-theism brought up by some Western scholars and critical theories of religion from scientific or historical perspectives are being spread through bookstores. Christianity is prone to reflecting on itself and trying to emphasizing a meta-religious spirituality. This in short, characterizes anti-religious movements in Korea. Indeed, criticism against particular religions has also emerged in the past. However, anti-religious movements that have recently come into existence in Korea are in some regards unprecedented when compared to that of the past in terms of their patterns and context. Especially, the active anti-Christianity movement in general is definitely a new phenomenon. This research mainly focused on Christianity, but on-going anti-religious movements will be a major topic for further research that aims to understand the religious changes unfolding in Korea.
