Dielectric Properties of SBT capacitor with annealing temperatures (열처리 온도에 따른 Pt/SBT/Pt 캐패시터의 유전특성)

  • The $Sr_{0.8}Bi_{2.4}Ta_2O_9$(SBT) thin films are deposited on Pt-coated electrode(Pt/$TiO_2$/ $SiO_2$/Si) using RF magnetron sputtering method. With increasing annealing temperature from 600[$^{\circ}C$] to 850[$^{\circ}C$], Bi-layered perovskite phase was crystallized above 650[$^{\circ}C$]. The dielectric constant is 213 at annealing temperature of 750[$^{\circ}C$] and dielectric loss have a stable value within 0.1. Leakage current density is $1.01{\times}10^{-8}A/cm^2$ at annealing temperature of 750[$^{\circ}C$].

  • The $(Sr_{1-x}Ca_x)TiO_3(SCT)$ thin films were deposited at various substrate temperature using rf magnetron sputtering method on optimized Pt-coated electrodes ($Pt/TiN/SiO_2/Si$). The dielectric constant changes almost linearly in the temperature region of $-80{\sim}+90[^{\circ}C]$, the temperature characteristics of the dielectric loss exhibited a stable value within 0.1. The capacitance characteristics appears a stable value within ${\pm}5$[%]. The drastic decrease of dielectric constant and increase of dielectric loss in SCT thin films is observed above 200[kHz]. Dielectric constant of SCT thin films deposited on Si wafer substrate are larger with the increase of deposition temperature.

  • Objective : I tried to turn out the fact that acupuncture treatment was originated from the sentences in "Yihapjinsaron of Somun(素問 離合眞邪論)". Method : I analyze the sentences in "Yihapjinsaron of Somun(素問 離合眞邪論)" by comparing the ponies on it and acupuncture books, Yi Ceon(李梴)'s "Medical beginner's book(醫學入門)". Conclusion : Making this research, I discovered Du Taesa(竇太師) primarily called it '14 finger strengthing-eliminating treatment methods(手指補瀉法)' in his book, "Acupuncture Guidance(鍼灸指南)" and he made full use of it in acupuncture clinic. Seo Bong(徐鳳) & Go Mu(高武) cited the 14 methods in their works, "Acupuncture Completement(鍼灸大全)" & "Acupuncture Essence(鍼灸節要聚英)", but they did not state their own views that this 14 methods ware derived from "Somun(素問)". Conclusion : I knew great acupuncture specialists and Yi Ceon(李梴) finally regarded the sentences in "Somun(素問)" as basic & complementary acupuncture techniques of "Acupuncture Guidance(鍼灸指南)" in their works. They hoped to let many acupuncture clinicians use the finger strengthing-eliminating treatment methods more often.

  • "황제내경(黃帝內經)"(간칭(簡稱)"내경(內經)")의 내용을 임상치료와 진단에서 사용하면서 얻은 체험을 종합해보면 다음과 같다. 1. "내경(內經)"에서는 병을 치료하는 방법과 기술에 있어서는 대부분 직접 어느 한 가지 질병에 어떠한 치료방법을 사용할 것과 그 치료방법의 구체적인 조작방법과 사용에 대하여 기록하고 있다. 이러한 기록은 저자가 진실로 보고 들은 것으로서 거짓됨이 없다. "내경(內經)"에는 치료 방법만으로도 침구(鍼灸), 약물요법(藥物療法)뿐만이 아니라 또한 방복수법(放腹水法)이 있으며, 물리강온법(物理降溫法), 단식요법(斷食療法), 수술절제법(手術切除法), 압추경동맥강온법(壓推頸動脈降溫法)(자절진사(刺節眞邪)), 견인(牽引), 자료(磁療) 및 "딸꾹질을 치료하는 세 가지 방법" 등 거의 30가지에 가까운 치료방법들이 기재되어 있다. 2. "내경('內經)"의 이론은 어느 한 사랑의 손에서 만들어진 것이 아니며 또한 어느 한 시기에 저술 된 것도 아니다. "각가학설(各家學說)"의 성격을 띠고 있다. 3. "내경('內經)"에서는 글귀가 간결하고 함축성이 아주 강하므로 한마디에 많은 뜻을 내포하고 있다. 그러므로 임상에서 사용할 때 그 뜻을 잘 이해하면서 사용해야 한다. 4. "내경(內經)"을 연구하는 사람들이 "내경(內經)"의 이론을 임상에서 사용할 때 가장 먼저 장중경선사(張仲景先師)를 본받아 여러 의학자들의 장점을 취해야 한다. "상한잡병론(傷寒雜病論)"에서는 곳곳에 내경(內經)"의 취지를 나타내고 있으며 내경(內經)" 에 나오는 방법을 치료의 원칙으로 삼고 있다. 치료원칙은 대부분 "음양응상대론(陰陽應象大論)의 기준으로 삼고 있다.

Capacitive-Voltage properties of$(Sr{\cdot}Ca)TiO_{3}$ Ceramics ($(Sr{\cdot}Ca)TiO_{3}$ 세라믹스의 용량-전압 특성)

  • In this study, the capacitance-voltage properties of $(Sr_{1-x}\cdot Ca_x)TiO_3(0.05{\leq}x{\leq}0.20)$-based grain boundary layer ceramics were investigated. The ceramics were fabricated by the conventional mixed oxide method. The sintering temperature and time were $1480\sim1500^{\circ}C$ and 4 hours. respectively. The 2nd phase formed by the thermal diffusion of CuO from the surface leads to very excellent dielectric properties, that is, ${\varepsilon}_r$ >50000, tan$\delta$ <0.05, ${\Delta}C$ < ${\pm}10%.$ The capacitance is almost unchanged below about 20[V] but it decreases slowly about 20[V]. The results of the capacitance-voltage properties indicated that the grain boundary was composed of the continuous insulating layers.

  • The (S $r_{0.85}$C $a_{0.15}$) Ti $O_3$(SCT) thin films are deposited on Pt-coated electrode (Pt/TiN/ $SiO_2$/Si) using RF sputtering method at various deposition temperature. The crystallinity of SCT thin films were increased with increase of deposition temperature in the temperature range of 200~500[$^{\circ}C$]. Also, the composition of SCT thin films were closed to stoichiometry (1.080~1.111 in A/B ratio). V-I characteristics of SCT thin films show the increasing leakage current with the increases of deposition temperature. The conduction mechanism of the SCT thin films observed in the temperature range of 25~100[$^{\circ}C$] can be divided into four regions with different mechanism by the increasing current. The region I below 0.8[MV/cm]shows the ohmic conduction. The region II between 0.9~2[MV/cm] is in proportion to J∝ $E^{1.5}$ , the region III between 2~4[MV/cm] can be explained by the Child’s law, and the region IV above 4[MV/cm]is dominated by the tunneling effect.ect.

  • The analysis of danchung pigments at the Geunjeongjeon Hall in the Gyeongbokgung Palace were carried out by EXRF and MXRD. The analytical results showed that mineral pigments were employed for the inside of the Geunjeongjeon Hall. The main ingredients of green pigments were chalcanthite and celadonite. Red pigment was cinnnabar. It was also revealed that synthetic pigments were applied for the outside of the Hall. Yellow pigment was chrome yellow. The main ingredients of red pigments were red lead and hematite. Green pigments were emeral green and chrome green. Lazurite was employed for blue pigment and titanium dioxide for white one.

  • In this paper, the (S $r_{0.85}$.C $a_{0.15}$)Ti $O_{3}$ of paraelectric grain boundary layer (GBL) ceramics were fabricated, and the analysis of microstructuye and the thermally stimulated current(TSC) were investigated for understanding effects of GBL's interfacial phenomenon on variations of electrical properties. As a result, the three peaks of .alpha., .alpha. and .betha. were obtained at the temperature of -20 [.deg. C], 20[.deg. C] and 80[.deg. C], respectively. The origins of these peaks are that the .alpha. peak observed at -20[.deg. C] looks like to be ascribed to the ionization excitation from donor level in the grain, and the .alpha.' peak observed at 20[.deg. C] appears to show up by detrap of the trapped carrier of border between the oxidation layer and the grain, and the .betha. peak observed at 80[.deg. C] seems to be resulted from hopping conduction of existing carrier in the trap site of the border between the oxidation and second phase. and second phase.

  • The $(Sr_{1-x}Ca_x)TiO_3$(SCT) thin films are deposited on Pt-coated electrode (Pt/TiN/$SiO_2$/Si) using RF sputtering method with substitutional contents of Ca. The optimum conditions of RF power and Ar/$O_2$ ratio were 140[W] and 80/20, respectively. Deposition rate of SCT thin film was about 18.75[$\AA$/min]. The dielectric constant was increased with increasing the substitutional contents of Ca, while it was decreased if the substitutional contents of Ca exceeded over 15[mol%]. The capacitance characteristics had a stable value within ${\pm}4$[%] in temperature ranges of -80~+90[$^{\circ}C$].

  • We develop the 60 W class hybrid solar LED street lamp controller. The controller is providing power via an inverter in the day with the least solar cell and battery and charging the battery for the ESS, acts as a power failure, the built-in battery. Rated output of the fabricated LED street lamp is 300 W or greater battery capacity 300 Wh, discharge time 10 hr, LED street lamp efficiency showed a very high level of light efficiency by about 127 lm/W. In addition, as a result of light distribution pattern according to the distance and the light intensity measurement will be able to ensure a very high quality, show the constant brightness in the distance from the road lights 6 m is about 35~40 lux in uniformity ratio. The proposed hybrid solar LED street lamp system showed a high energy capacity of approximately 1.5 to 152.7% power generation efficiency than typical conventional solar street lamp.
