Excel is a commercially available computer program that is used worldwide. Excel is widely utilized; it is helpful in household ledgers, corporate tax calculations, management of academic grades or reports, etc. However from the beginning, inaccuracies and errors in calculations have constantly been identified, so the program is updated regularly. Decimal-to-binary conversion is a simple and repetitive task. So, use of a computer program to do this calculation is suitable. Errors in decimal-to-binary conversion are surprising and are not easily understood. Therefore, it is important to identify the flaws in Excel, which unfortunately still exist today. It is necessary to determine the cause of this type of error, and I hope for a fix to be implemented quickly.

This study analyses and discusses on the characteristic and the origin of the exhaustion method caused by the controversy over whether that method succeeded to the Antiphone's complete exhaustion idea and whether that method is similar to the method of limits. First, this study analyses 'principle of exhaustion method' which play an important role in that method in order to grasp the local characteristic of it. And this study speculates the origin of the exhaustion method by considering the time and situation of appearance and looking through the local characteristic of it. Also, this study takes a view of the overall characteristic of the exhaustion method by inquiring into the process of actual application of 'principle of exhaustion method' in a proof. As these results, this study reveals that the exhaustion method uprose not as a succession of Antiphone's idea but as a reaction to its idea, and that the exhaustion method has the recognized character of 'finitude' as distinct from the method of limits.

The study attempted to systematically and comprehensively analyze individual studies in which proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) was performed with chronic stroke patients. Selection criteria included type of participants (stroke patients), intervention (PNF), comparison (intervention group or non-intervention group), outcomes (effect on dynamic balance), and study design (randomized controlled trial). We searched seven literature databases, and selected 17 papers that met our selection criteria. For meta-analysis, effect size of each individual study was extracted using the R project for Statistical computing version 4.0.3. Rob 2.0 tool, developed by the Cochrane group, was used to evaluate the quality of each individual study. The overall effect size PNF with dynamic balance was 0.59 (95% CI=0.41-1.77), which was significantly different than the median effect size (p<0.05). The sub-group for dynamic balance was analyzed, for effect sizes of BBS (0.50), TUG (0.78), and FRT (0.51). Thus, PNF intervention has a positive impact on improve of dynamic balance by chronic stroke patients.

본 논문은 과거 신라시대에 사용하여 경주 안압지에서 출토되었던 6, 8면체 주사위를 오늘날 우리 교육과정에서 활용할 수 있는 방안을 모색하였다. 첫째, 6, 8 면체는 6개의 사각면과 8개의 삼각면으로 구성되어있는데 이를 6진법과 8진법에 이용하여 그 개념과 자리수를 익히고 덧셈, 뺄셈에 활용되는 방법을 연구하였고, 둘째, 14면체의 면의 모양과 면의 개수가 갖는 성질을 이용하여 문자와 식의 개념을 도입하고 이 개념을 확장시켜 다항식의 연산을 적용하여 보았으며, 셋째, 동 ${\cdot}$ 서양의 철학에서 살펴본 수의 의미로서 주사위가 지닌 의미를 재해석해보았다.
