최근 중국에서는 어린이 전문병원을 통해 어린이에 특화된 진료서비스를 진행하고 있으나, 어린이병원의 치유환경을 개선하기 위한 디자인적 고려는 매우 미흡한 상황이다. 특히, 어린이병원의 진료대기공간은 병원에 대한 인상을 형성할 뿐 아니라, 환아(患兒)의 심리를 안정시킬 수 있는 가장 중요한 치유공간이므로 진료대기공간의 환경디자인은 매우 중요하다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 중국 대도시에서 현재 운영되고 있는 어린이병원의 진료대기공간을 치유효과를 높이는 환경디자인으로 개선할 수 있도록, 북경 소재 어린이 병원들에 대한 현장조사와 치유환경디자인 평가를 진행하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 진료대기공간 환경디자인에 대한 개선방향을 도출하고자 하였다. 선행연구들을 바탕으로 병원의 치유환경 요인으로 물리적 환경, 심리적 환경, 행위적 환경 측면에서 8가지 세부요인들을 정의하였고, 북경에 위치한 어린이병원 6 곳을 방문하여 관찰 평가를 진행하였다. 평가결과, 중국 어린이병원의 경우 쾌적성, 개방감이 상대적으로 우수하였다. 반면, 물리적 환경 측면에서, 안전성, 접근성, 자연 친화성이 낮았다. 심리적 환경 측면에서, 프라이버시, 사인시스템의 심미성이 낮았다. 행위적 환경 측면에서는 활동성을 촉진할 수 있는 환경이 제공되지 않았다. 결론에서는 이러한 평가결과를 바탕으로 현재 북경에서 운영되고 있는 어린이병원의 진료대기공간의 환경디자인 개선방향을 제안하였다.

최근 의료계에서는 환자관점에서 진료 및 행정체계를 재구축하는 시도들이 진행되고 있다. 그러나 이러한 시도들의 성공적인 시행을 위해서는 팀을 이루는 다양한 직종들의 이해조정과 투입된 자원에 대한 효과성 검토가 요구된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 시뮬레이션 기법을 적용하여 새로 만들어질 환자중심적 진료센터의 시설 및 업무체계에 대한 분석을 실시하였다. 다양한 시나리오를 적용하여 환자대기공간의 적정성을 분석하였고 진료프로세스별 대기시간 분석을 통해 병목구간을 찾아 해결방안을 제시하였다. 또한 시나리오별 개선안 적용을 통해 향후 진료스케줄 운영의 적절한 대안을 모색해보았다.

현대사회의 복잡다기한 문제파악과 분석을 위해 최근들어 다양한 변수를 바탕으로 하는 복잡계 분석의 도입이 활발해 지고 있다. 외래부의 공간배치에 따른 환자들의 공간인지와 사용성을 미리 예측하는 것은 질 높은 병원서비스 제공을 위해 매우 중요한 요소라 할 수 있다. 객관적 분석을 위해 노인의 질환별 표준프로그램 절차 및 분석을 위한 지표를 마련하고 히트맵 분석과 정량적 분석을 통해 대기공간의 균일성을 평가하였다. 이에 본 연구에서는 요양병원을 대상으로 복잡계 분석 방법을 이용하여 진료공간 접수공간 상담공간의 배치변화에 따른 4개 대안의 대기공간 균일성을 분석하기 위해 73개의 셀을 설치하여 시뮬레이션을 구축하고 그에 따른 밀도를 도출하였다. 연구를 통하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻을 수 있었다. 1)대기공간의 전체 공간밀도는 접수공간의 배치가 가장 큰 영향을 미친다. 2)검사공간과 진료공간의 확실한 분리배치가 대기공간의 균일성을 높여주는 방안이다. 3)접수공간의 위치가 입구에서 가까울수록 대기공간의 밀도균일이 커진다. 마지막으로 본 연구는 대기공간 균일성 평가에 이산사건 시뮬레이션의 적용방안에 관한 연구로서, 행위자기반모델이 공간분석 방법론으로서의 활용과 평가에 활용도를 가질 수 있음을 입증하였다.

Recently, it is not too much to say that the world of hospital architecture in Korea is in a time of transition that undergo big changes. Each hospital .pursues their transformation not only for patiences' changing demands on medical services but to cope with rapid environmental changes that pouring like boundless competition, opening tendency and to get an advantage of competition to attract patiences with other hospitals. It is because national expectations and standards on medical services have risen and they are not satisfied with hospitals that run for doctors and medical care that served technically any more. With rising interests in health, it is emphasized not the functions of hospitals to prevent diseases but the purpose of treatment and securing other facilities according to rising economical incomes except medical facilities.

The objective of this study is to introduce the spatial characteristics and the better arrangement of waiting areas in general hospital on comprehensing the patient's behavior as patient call-system and spatial characteristics is characteristics is changed. That is for improvement in the circumstance of waiting area more important than before, and for the patient satisfaction and patient's affirmative judgement of hospital quality by offering the convenience. Through this study, the way of improvement for waiting area can be suggested such as the beeper system, the restructuring of program information, the multiple aim space without hospital program, the reform of the seat's arrayal, the waiting area with conveniency.

2019년 발생한 코로나는 전파력이 강하고 감염 증상, 후유증 등이 심각하며 기저질환 및 증상에 따라 심한 경우 사망한다. 코로나는 전파력이 강한 만큼 국내에서는 코로나 확산세를 막기 위해 코로나 양성 여부를 판별하고 감염자를 격리하기 위해 전국에 선별 진료소를 설치했다. 그러나 코로나 검사 희망자들이 선별 진료소로 몰려 검사 대기시간이 길어져 검사를 받지 못하는 경우가 발생했으며 대기 중에 2차 감염이 발생할 수 있는 위험성이 있다. 본 연구에서는 기존 선별 진료 시스템에 예약 및 알림 시스템을 적용하여 공간적 제약 문제를 해결하여 선별 진료 예약으로 대기시간을 줄일 수 있으며 선별 진료소로의 인구 병목 현상을 해소할 수 있다. 코로나 팬데믹 사태를 삼아 향후 발생할 수 있는 또 다른 팬데믹 사태에서 방향성을 제시할 수 있는 시스템을 제안한다. 실시간 데이터를 처리하기 위해 Google의 Firebase를 활용하여 클라우드 환경의 Realtime Database를 사용한다. 실시간 Database를 사용하기 때문에 사용자는 앱을 통해서 선별 진료소의 현황을 실시간으로 파악 및 예약을 할 수 있고 검사 예약에 대한 알림을 받을 수 있다.

This study analyzes the present condition of the elements of a healing environment of the waiting rooms in outpatient clinics of children' hospitals (3 hospitals in Seoul) so as to propose a design to build a healing environment within the children' hospital. And analyzing the importance, satisfaction and preference of the healing environment in the waiting rooms, this paper has come to the following conclusions: 1)The study shows that the space structure of outpatient clinics in children' hospitals are composed of 1 story or 2 stories and designed in a duplication design or a dispersed alcove design. 2)The waiting room of the SC Hospital, with an area of 66.56$m^2$, and the waiting room of the SU Hospital, with an area of 38.78$m^2$ received the highest score for its space. 3)As most patients visit the hospital with their guardian, the waiting room should also be someplace families can rest and share information with others. 4)It is essential to build an environment that eliminates stress elements that patients may come to face by minimizing noise and elements that obstruct the view for mental stability. 5)The results show that those who took part in the survey preferred the following, respectively, healing environment design for the waiting room in the outpatient clinic at children' hospital: Pleasantness>Easiness in finding one' destination>Artificial materials>Natural materials>Environment like that at home>Co-promotion spaces>Space that supports the patients'activities>Openness>Sociality>Safety/Security>Approachability and Privacy. The results also show that healing conditions respect these preferences.

The patient characters in medical emergency facilities is in emergent situation and very wide medical area. So, the spatial composition of this facilities should be more efficient than general medical ones. For this reason, patient who visit medical emergency center should be triaged by each property of patient. And then the clinical space is to be composed in response to flow of each patient group that triaged. Therefore this study aims to find method of the spatial composition and architectural details of medical emergency center.
