The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of a employment career counseling program on university student' by analyzing whether it would bring any changes to the selected. The subjects in this study were 60 university student who were users of A university in the city of A. An experimental group and a control group were organized with 60 university student' each, and a employment career counseling program was conducted in eight sessions, once a biweekly. The major findings of the study were as follows: First, the university student' who participated in the employment career counseling program showed improvement in career maturity. Second, the university student' who participated in the employment career counseling program expressed better career self-efficacy. Third, the university student' who participated in the employment career counseling program felt less career barriers.

In this study, career counseling collegiate career maturity differences before and after program implementation through proven collegiate career counseling program development and future of the University Career guidance and on the basis of the direction is set. This study was conducted to examine the policies and current status of career education at universities and to compile foundational data for improving career education through an analysis of undergraduate's career awareness and career education programs. The data was collected by restructuring career education-related items from a career awareness survey conducted on 1,322 enrolled students at G University. Analyzing students' career awareness based on their year and major, a cross-analysis was conducted, while the preference for career education programs was analyzed using descriptive statistics. Based on the research findings, the proposal was made to strengthen career exploration programs through self-understanding, expedite the timing of career decision-making, and highlight the necessity of developing career education programs tailored to individual career readiness levels.

This study aims to examine what influence a career exploration group counselling program has on career decision-making self-efficacy and career maturity of female college students. As a result of the study, it was discovered that the career exploration group counselling program had statistically significant influence on goal choice, job information and future plan which are sub-variables of career decision-making self-efficacy while it had no significant influence on problem solving. Also the program had a statistically significant influence on decision, independency, and involvement which are sub-variables of career maturity while it had no significant influence on compromise. Such results show that the career exploration group counselling program had a significant influence on career decision-making self-efficacy and career maturity of the subjects. Therefore, it is suggested that the career exploration group counselling program should be properly developed and provided so that students can choose career which fit for their aptitude and ability. Further, courses for career exploration group counselling program should be provided at universities to help them with career.

In this study, university students career decision efficacy through group counseling program to verify the effectiveness of group counseling program in the future career development of students and the university's career guidance aims to be the basis of the direction of the setting. The purpose of this study is to find out the effects of career education program using a career camp on elementary school students' career maturity, career self-efficacy, and career barriers. This study was conducted on 50 elementary school students in Busan, who are divided into two groups; one is an experimental group of 25 students and the other is a control group. The result is analyzed by Analysis of Covariance(ANCOVA) for the career maturity, career self-efficacy, and career barriers. The conclusions are as follows: First, the experimental group participated in the career education program using a career camp showed higher level in career maturity as a whole opposed to the control group. Second, the experimental group participated in the career education program using a career camp showed higher level in career self-efficacy. Third, the experimental group participated in the career education program using a career camp showed lower level in career barriers as a whole opposed to the control group. Thus, the results of this study show the importance of developing a model for career education program using a career camp of department of education.

Purpose: This study was to investigate the effects of career education program on career self-efficacy, career adaptability and career stress among nursing student. Methods: A one-group, pre-post design was utilized with 95 nursing students as subjects. The career education program was consisted of four domains((1) Career exploration, (2) Self understanding, (3) Establishment of career planning (4) Practice of career planning) and included counselling, special lectures, simulated job interview, and feedback of interview. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, paired t-tests, ANCOVA(SPSS 20.0). Results: The scores on the factors of career self-efficacy(t=4.48, p<.011) and career adaptability(t=3.02, p=.003) increased significantly after the education intervention. The score of career stress(t=-2.45, p=.015) decreased significantly. Career education program is useful in improving career self-efficacy, career adaptability and career stress in nursing students. Conclusions: The results of study suggest that there needs more development and application of career education program.

This study aims to show what influence a career group counseling program has on the career attitude maturity in female college students and their career preparation behavior. As a result of the study, it was discovered that there was a statistically significant difference in determinacy and readiness in the sub-areas of career attitude maturity while there was no significant difference in reality. Also, there was a statistically significant difference in exploration and preparatory behavior in sub-areas of the career preparation behavior. Such results indicate that the career group counseling program had a significant influence in the career attitude maturity and their career preparation behavior. Therefore, this study suggests that to enhance the career attitude maturity in female college students and their career preparation behavior, further organized research on career group counseling programs is needed and its utilization should be increased.

As a result, it was discovered that the career group counselling program had statistically significant differences in reality and preparedness among the sub-areas of career attitude maturity while there were no significant differences in determinacy. Also, the career group counselling program had statistically significant differences in goal selection, job information and future plans among the sub-area of career decision self-efficacy while there were no significant differences in problem solution. These results suggest that the career group counselling program had significant effects on career attitude maturity and career decision self-efficacy. For better career attitude maturity and career decision self-efficacy in adolescents under probation, more organized studies on career group counselling programs are needed and their usability should be reinforced.

In this paper, we would like to propose how the career value clarification program effects the maturity of career consciousness and career decision-making of female college students. The subjects were 70 attending to K Women's College and pre-and post tests of the program were conducted to them. The results were presented: The career value clarification program had a significant effect on career determination, career involvement, career independence, and career dispositionality and in particular, was significant in reasonable type as one of career decision making variables. The results mentioned above indicate that the career value clarification program had a statistically significant effect on career maturity and career decision-making. To positively enhance career maturity and career decision-making in the subjects, the career value clarification program should encourage college women students to visit diverse institutes and organizations in their community to identify licenses and activities needed for career and be prepared for actual career. Colleges should actively invite related experts and give students opportunities to understand the definition of and values pursued in their career.
