The purpose of this study was to develop a standardized Nursing Diagnosis/ Intervention Protocol through a literature review and validity testing. Seven nursing diagnoses were selected as major nursing diagnosis in the field of Nutritional and Eliminative problem. The nursing intervention list was made by an expert group's review of Nursing Intervention Classification(NIC) suggested nursing interventions. Nursing activities which were included in each nursing intervention were sorted to follow the nursing intervention process after review and revision. The expert group's validity testing was done twice using the Likert scale. As a result the Nursing Diagnosis/ Intervention Protocol for Nutritional and Eliminative Problems was made to include 7 Nursing Diagnoses, 51 Nursing Interventions and 631 Nursing Activities.

컴퓨터지원진단(Computer Aided Diagnosis; CAD) 시스템은 방사선 의사들이 흉부 X-ray 영상에서 결절을 탐지하는데 있어 실제적으로 발생할 수 있는 오진율을 줄이고, 폐 결절이 존재하는 폐야에서 결절의 존재 유무를 판단하여 검출을 표시함으로써 진단율을 개선시킬 수 있도록 하였다. 본 논문은 흉부 X-ray 영상에서의 폐 결절을 추출하는데 유전자 알고리즘(Genetic Algorithm)을 이용한 템플릿 매칭(Template Matching) 방법을 제안한다. 제안한 방법은 흉부 X-ray 영상에 존재하는 결절과 레퍼런스 이미지를 매칭시켜 적합도를 계산한 후, 그 값을 통하여 수치가 낮은 개체를 선택하여 높은 개체와 교차시킨다. 그리고 레퍼런스 이미지는 결절이 존재하는 환자 X-ray 영상에서 샘플 노듈을 추출한 후 가우시안 분포를 갖는 512개의 레퍼런스 이미지를 생성하였다. 본 논문에서 사용된 영상은 결절 50개, 비결절 30개와 흉부 X-ray 영상에서 육안으로 판별이 가능한 결절 영상을 20개를 포함하여 총 100개 영상을 사용하였다. 실험 결과 83%의 결절을 자동 추출 하였으며, 가장 적절한 레퍼런스 이미지를 발견하고 이를 흉부영상에 매칭시켜 정확한 결절의 위치를 확인하였다.

In this paper, an in-process diagnosis method for performance of position control servo system was studied, which was based upon null bias, slew-rate ratio and delay time measurement. Slew-rate ratio and delay time were analyzed by theoretical analysis, computer simulation and experiment. As a result of these analysis, when spool of servovalve was weared, slew-rate ratio was decreased and delay time was increased.

Urbanization and development of industry makes people concerned about quality of circumstances. Problems of vibration are on the rise. Vibration makes inhabitants feel unpleasant and involves structural damage. The purpose of this study is to assess damage of reinforced concrete structures due to ground motions as the parameters of frequency, duration time and aspect ratio of structures are changed. Ground motions were modeled as sine waves. To compare sine waves with real ground motions, two cases are selected; one is blast loading case and the other is earthquake loading. It was intended to provide means to assess R/C structure damage due to ground motions.

The correlation dimension of a nonlinear method for the diagnosis on the clearance of rotating machinery is introduced in this paper. The correlation dimension can provide some intrinsic information of an underlying dynamic system by reconstructing measured scalar time series. Vibration signals measured from a rotor with different operating conditions are analyzed using the correlation dimension. The results show that the correlation dimension method can identify the magnitude of the clearance of a rotor and the lubricating condition.

본 연구에서는 자궁 내 태아의 발육지연이 주산기 사망률 및 이환율을 증가시키는 고위험 임신의 한 예로써, 태아 발육제한증과 관련한 비선형적인 자료를 통계적인 방법으로 접근하는데 초점을 두었다. 이에 정상태아와 발육제한증 태아를 판별하기 위한 분석을 실시함에 있어 신경망 이론 중 하나인 다층 퍼셉트론 모형으로 예측하고자 하였다.

흉부 대동맥의 비 외상성 자연 파열은 매우 드물지만, 발생시 응급수술이 요하는 위중한 질환이다. 본원에서는 전산화 단층 촬영과 경식도 초음파로 진단하고 부분 대동맥궁 치환술로 성공적으로 치료된 후 흉부 대동맥의 비 외상성 지연 파열 1례를 체험하였기에 문헌고찰과 더불어 보고하는 바이다.

이 연구 대상자는 일개 대학병원 응급의료센터로 소방구급대를 통해 내원한 환자 중 컴퓨터 단층촬영으로 뇌졸중으로 진단된 환자에서 이송 시 환자평가 시행에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석한 연구이다. 연구결과 환자 평가에 영향을 미치는 요인은 환자분류(응급, 비응급, 지연), 의식상태(AVPU 척도)보다는 구급대원 자격별이 병원 전 뇌졸중 환자 이송 시 환자평가 시행에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다.

We often have difficulties in the diagnosis of acute abdominal pain in children because they are unable to adequately express the characteristics of their pain. With a good understanding of the etiologies of abdominal pain associated with ages, we should create a diagnostic approach based on the location of the pain. First, we must differentiate the surgical abdomen from the non-surgical acute abdomen. Then, we have to identify whether the pain originating from intestinal obstruction, ulcerative diseases, or hepatobiliary dysfunction. It is important to interview and examine the patient serially until the patient completely improves. These attitudes will reduce the patient's pain caused by delayed diagnosis and unavoidable misdiagnosis. Finally, the new insight for the appropriate use of analgesics against acute abdominal pain in children is now needed by the pediatrician.

Epidermoid cysts are rare benign lesions in the oral cavity that may be either congenital or acquired. The cysts are usually slow-growing and asymptomatic until becoming secondarily infected or large enough to interfere with mastication and speech. Consequently, diagnosis is often delayed. The condition is also uncommon in newborns and infants. Most of the lesions occur in the floor of the mouth and rarely in the upper lip. This report describes the case of a 29-month-old girl with a palpable mass in the inner mucosa of the upper lip. The lesion was surgically enucleated using an intraoral approach and histopathologically diagnosed as epidermoid cyst.
