An Empirical Study on the Impact of the Policy Lags and Policy Direction in the FDI inflow (외국인직접투자 유치정책의 정책시차 및 정책방향에 관한 연구)

  • The time-lag effect of the policy was analyzed focusing on the financial subsidies which are the incentive for attracting the foreign direct investment for the Korean industries from 2007 to 2012. The analysis results show that Korea's policy for attracting the foreign direct investment has the time leg of 2 or 3 years after the implementation of the policy. If the goal is to attract the foreign investment or introduce the advanced industrial technologies, the tax reduction system would be better. However, if the goal is to get the short term effects such as job creation or regional development, the direct subsidy or the financial support (financing) or the lexicographic characteristics of the policy for foreign investment would be more effective for attracting the foreign investment. Accordingly, the Korea's policy for attracting the foreign direct investment should be focused on the realistic policies such as direct subsidies or financial support (financing) rather than the tax reduction system.

  • Monostatic sonar systems localize targets using the time information of pulse transmission and receipt. Whereas, in asynchronous bistatic sonar systems, receivers need to detect direct blast to localize targets, since a source doesn't share pulse information with receivers. In this paper, we propose a direct blast detection algorithm, which estimates PRI (Pulse Repetition Interval) of direct blast and adaptive thresholds. Experimental results show the proposed algorithm has robust direct blast detection performance in the environment where strong background noise and target signal exist.

LMDI Decomposition Analysis for Electricity Consumption in Korean Manufacturing (LMDI 요인 분해분석을 이용한 우리나라 제조업 전력화 현상에 관한 연구)

  • So far, the phenomenon of "electrification" has been deepened in Korean industry and especially direct heating energy which accounted for 44.0%(2010) of total energy consumed in Korean manufacturing has been significantly electrified. This paper decomposed electricity consumption for direct heating in Korean manufacturing from 1992 to 2012 using LMDI(Log Mean Divisia Index). This paper includes 4 different factors such as electricity proportion effect, direct heating proportion effect, energy intensity effect and added value effect. And this paper compared the consumption pattern by business type. As results, electricity proportion effect had contributed the most to the increase of electricity consumption for direct heating in Korean manufacturing. And Petrol-Chemical and Iron & Steel had the most electrification of direct heating.

  • This research is about global investment for managing the important position, what Korea is doing in World's main market. Considering there are some differences between developed countries' model and developing countries' model in doing direct overseas investment, they target to get political agreement and develop the new invest plan and strategy by understanding changes of Korean manufacturing companies in direct overseas investment between 2007 and 2012 and analyzing the change of yearly investment motivation factors and acturing factors for investment. The result from this result let us know that company should develop their own idea for their competitive advantage by doing direct overseas investment with the existing the on which convinces the competitive advantage for investing overseas. From the analyzing result, even though it is fairly true that raising wage and getting resources, avoiding customs, and developing alternating industries for export had influenced at the beginning, overseas investing companies' policy will be influenced by the results from studying marketing-pursuit type, which emphasizes to manage trade income and outgo, keeping the balance in the black, ensuring raw materials, local producing and manufacturing by using low-wage people for local sale, and situation for changing investing tendency as service industry.

  • 본 연구에서는 제조공정을 생략하고, 보다 최종제품의 형상에 가까운 직접압 연법을 실현하기 위한 기초적 연구로서 두개의 회전하는 로울 내부를 냉각하면서 쐐기형 노즐을 통하여 폭이 균일한 용탕을 직접 주입하는 실험방법에 의해서 얻어진 주편의 표면상태와 주조조건과의 관계에 대하여 논하며 또한 기계적성질에 대하여 검토한다.

  • 직접접촉 얼교환 기술은 냉각탑, 접촉급수 가열기 및 공기분리기 등과 같은 장치에 예전부터 이용되어 왔는데, 그 주요한 적용이유는 가열유체와 수열유체의 사이에 일어나는 전열이 일반 열교환기와는 달리 고체벽(금속 열전달표면)을 통과하지 않고 열교환을 함으로써, 종래의 열교 환기에 비하여 상대적으로 설비의 간단화, 부식 및 스케일 부착문제가 경감됨에 따른 적은 유 지보수비 및 높은 열전달률을 얻을수 있는 이점이 있으며, 저 온도차에서의 효율적인 사용이 가능하기 때문이다. 이 글에서는 직접접촉응축 현상의 장점을 이용하는 직접접촉식 교환기의 구조와 형태, 그리고 그 응용분야에 대해서 알아보고자 한다.

  • 최근 통신 디바이스의 보급률리 증가함에 따라 트래픽량이 증가하고 주파수 부족 현상이 발생되고 있다. 이때, 근접해 있는 디바이스간의 통신은 기지국을 거치지 않고 직접 통신을 수행한다면 주파수 부족 문제 해결에 도움이 될 것이다. 본 논문은 기지국을 통한 통신과 직접 통신에 대한 의사결정에 대하여 근접도 레벨링 방법을 이용한 디바이스간 직접통신 의사결정 메커니즘을 제안한다.

An Experimental Study on the Evaluation of Shear Strength of Weathered Soil Containing Coarse Particles (굵은 입자가 포함된 풍화토의 전단강도 평가에 대한 실험연구)

  • Purpose: In this paper, an experimental study was conducted to analyze the difference in shear strength caused by the problem of excluding coarse particles due to the size of the test specimen in the direct shear test. Method: A large-scale direct shear test was conducted on three weathered soils containing coarse aggregates with a maximum diameter of 50mm. In addition, a small-scale direct shear test was performed using a sample with a maximum diameter of 5 mm, excluding coarse aggregates. Result: In the case of the small-scale direct shear test, compared to the results of the large-scale direct shear test containing large particles, the internal friction angle was about 2.3% smaller, and there was no significant difference. In terms of cohesion, compared to the large-scale direct shear test, the small-scale direct shear test derived about 80.3% smaller value, showing a relatively large difference. Conclusion: In the large-scale direct shear test, it was analyzed that the coarse particles had a greater impact on the cohesion than the internal friction angle. Therefore, granite weathered clay containing coarse particles is judged to have the same shear strength as the cohesive force that is not affected by vertical stress. In this study, it was analyzed that the small-scale direct shear test, which excludes the coarse particles that are commonly used, provides results on the safety side by excluding the effect of coarse particles.
