Fabrication of Electrolyte for Direct Carbon Fuel Cell and Evaluation of Properties of Direct Carbon Fuel Cell (직접탄소 연료전지용 전해질 제조 및 직접탄소 연료전지 특성 평가)

  • In order to estimate the possibility of applying electrolytes generally used in solid oxide fuel cells(SOFCs) to direct carbon fuel cells(DCFCs), properties of YSZ(yttria stabilized zirconia) electrolyte were evaluated. In this study, vacuum slurry coating method was adapted to coat thin layer on anode support substrate. After sintering the electrolyte at $1400^{\circ}C$ for 5hrs, microstructure was analyzed by using SEM image. Also, gas permeability and ionic conductivity were measured to find out the potential possibility of electrolyte for DCFCs. The YSZ electrolyte represented dense coating layer and low gas permeability value. The ionic conductivity of YSZ electrolyte was high over $800^{\circ}C$. After measurement of the electrolyte properties, direct carbon fuel cell was fabricated and its performance was measured at $800^{\circ}C$.

Anatomical Direct Reduction of Bony Mallet Finger Using Modified-Intrafocal Pinning Technique (변형-내초점 핀 고정술을 이용한 골성 망치 수지의 해부학적 직접 정복)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the clinical results of anatomic reduction of bony mallet finger using modified-intrafocal pinning technique. Methods: From March 2014 to October 2017, 18 patients with bony mallet finger were treated with modified-intrafocal pinning technique. Kirschner-wire was used to directly reduction the bony fragment, and extension block pinning and distal interphalangeal joint fixation were additionally performed to minimize the loss of reduction. Postoperative pain, range of motion, and radiological evaluation were performed. Duration of bone healing, functional recovery and complication rate were evaluated and Crawford's criteria was used to determine functional outcome after surgery. Results: Bone union was achieved in all cases after a postoperative mean of 6 weeks (5-7 weeks). An average of $2.8^{\circ}$ ($0^{\circ}-10^{\circ}$) extension loss occurred in all patients. All patients showed satisfactory joint congruency and reformation of the joint surface, the mean flexion angle of the distal interphalangeal joint at the final follow-up was $72.2^{\circ}$ ($70^{\circ}-75^{\circ}$). According to Crawford's classification, 12 patients (66.7%) were excellent and 6 patients (33.3%) were good. Conclusion: Modified-intrafocal pinning technique is a method of obtaining anatomical bone healing by directly reduction and fixation of the bony fragment. Combined with other conventional percutaneous pinning procedures, it is expected that good results can be obtained if applied to appropriate indications.

  • We studied the financial performance of ammunition stockpile reliability program on the Defense Management. We proposed the direct effect analysis, the indirect effect analysis and the combat power reinforcement effect as the financial performance analysis methodology. And, we estimated the financial performance using the proposed methods and the data of 2013 ASRP's data The financial performance by direct effect and indirect effect analysis was 99.96billion won and 303.7billion won. Also, The financial performance by reinforced Combat power reinforcement was 12.06 billion won. Therefore, the total financial performance of Ammunition Stockpile Reliability Program was 52.43 billion won.

Accuracy Assessment of Ground Information Extracting Method from LiDAR Data (LiDAR자료의 지면정보 추출기법의 정확도 평가)

  • This study assessed the accuracies of the ground information extracting methods from the LiDAR data. Especially, it compared two kinds of method, one of them is using directly the raw LiDAR data which is point type vector data and the other is using changed data to DSM type as the normal grid type. The methods using Local Maxima and Entropy methods are applied as a former case, and for the other case, this study applies the method using edge detection with filtering and the generated reference surface by the mean filtering. Then, the accuracy assessment are performed with these results, DEM constructed manually and the error permitted limit in scale of digital map. As a results, each DEM mean errors of methods using edge detection with filtering, reference surface, Local Maxima and Entropy are 0.27m, 2.43m, 0.13m and 0.10m respectively. Hence, the method using entropy presented the highest accuracy. And an accuracy from a method directly using the raw LiDAR data has higher accuracy than the method using changed data to DSM type relatively.

  • After the expiration of operating license of a plant, all infrastructures within the plant must be safely dismantled to the point that it no longer requires measures for radiation protection. Despite the fact that Kori 1 and Wolsong 1 are close to the expiration of their operating license, sufficient technologies for radiological characterization, decontamination and dismantling is still under development. The purpose of this study is to develop one of methods for radiological inventory assessment on measuring object by using direct measure of large component with In-Situ measurement technique. Radiological inventory was assessed by analyzing nuclide using portable gamma spectroscopy without dismantling reactor head, and the result of direct measurement was supplemented by performing indirect measurement. Radiochemical analysis were performed on surface contamination samples as well. During the study, radiological inventory of reactor vessel calculated expanding the result. Based on the result and the radioactivity variation of each radionuclides time frame for decommissioning can be decided. Thus, it is expected that during the decommissioning of plants, the result of this study will contribute to the reduction of radiation exposure to workers.

CdTe기반의 엑스선 검출기의 표면 구조에 따른 박막의 전기적 특성평가

  • 현대에 이르러 직접방식 엑스선 검출기에서는 기존의 a-Se을 주로 이용하였지만, 고전압 인가에 따른 회로 손상과 짧은 수명, 그리고 누설전류에 따른 안전의 문제 등으로 낮은 에너지 밴드갭과 높은 흡수효율, 비저항 등에 의거한 다양한 대체 물질에 대한 연구가 활발하게 이루어져가고 있다. 본 논문에서는 직접방식 엑스선 검출물질로 전기이동도와 흡수효율이 뛰어나고, 밴드갭이 낮아 태양전지분야 뿐만 아니라 최근 엑스선 검출물질로 각광받고 있는 CdTe를 선정하였다. 연구의 목적은 PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition)방식의 CdTe 검출 물질의 제작과정에서 CdTe가 기화되어 하부전극 기판에 증착될 시, 하부전극 기판 온도에 따른 CdTe의 박막형성과 전기적 측정을 실시하여 그에 따른 최적의 증착조건을 선정하는 것이다. 하부전극 기판으로는 Au/glass를 사용하였으며 증착 시, $200^{\circ}C$, $300^{\circ}C$, $400^{\circ}C$로 나누어 특성을 평가하였다. 시료는 파우더형태의 다결정CdTe를 120 g를 사용하여 증착완료 시, 약 $100{\mu}m$의 박막두께를 구현하였다. PVD증착의 조건으로는 Mo재질의 보트를 사용하였으며, 증착 시 진공도는 $5{\times}10^{-6}$ Torr, 보트온도는 약 $350^{\circ}C$ 소요시간은 5시간이었다. 증착이 완료된 CdTe의 표면구조와 전기적 특성평가를 위해 SEM촬영을 실시하였고, 전기적 특성 평가를 위해 CdTe표면에 Au를 PVD방식으로 증착하였다. 실험 결과 SEM촬영을 이용한 표면특성에서는 하부전극 기판의 온도가 높아질수록 표면 결정입자가 증가하는 것을 확인할 수 있었으며, 전기적 특성에서도 하부전극 기판의 온도가 증가할수록 RQA-5 조건의 70 kVp, 100 mA, 0.03 sec 엑스선에 대한 우수한 민감도와 암전류 값을 확인하였다. 이러한 결과는 증착과정에서 온도에 따른 다결정 CdTe의 표면결정 크기 증가는 동일한 면적에서 표면결정 수의 감소를 뜻한다. 이는 결정간의 경계에서 트랩 되어지는 전자가 감소하고, 전자의 이동도 또한 높은 효율을 나타냄을 확인할 수 있었다. 따라서 본 연구를 통하여 CdTe기반의 직접방식 엑스선 검출기 제작과정에서 증착 시 하부전극기판 온도가 증가할수록 결정의 크기가 증가하여 최적의 전기적 특성을 나타냄을 검증할 수 있었다.

Estimation of Nonpoint Source Pollutant Loads of Juam-Dam Basin Based on the Classification of Satellite Imagery (위성영상 분류 기반 주암댐 유역 비점오염부하량 평가)

  • The agricultural area was classified into dry and paddy fields in this study using the near-infrared band of Landsat TM to extract land cover classes that need to the application of Expected Mean Concentration (EMC) in nonpoint source works. The accuracy of image classification of the land cover map from Landsat TM image showed 83.61% and 78.41% respectively by comparing with the large and middle scale land cover map of Ministry of Environment. As the result of Soil Conservation Service (SCS) Curve Number (CN) using the land cover map from image classification, Dongbok dam and Dongbok stream basin were analyzed high. Also Geymbaek water-gage and Bosunggang upstream basin showed high in the analysis of EMC of BOD, TN, TP by basin. And also Geymbaek water-gage and Bosunggang upstream basin showed high in the analysis of non-point source through coupling with direct runoff. Therefore these basins were selected with the main area for the management of nonpoint source.

Evaluation of Characteristics of Tack Coat for Porous Pavement using Direct Shear Test (직접 전단 실험을 통한 배수성포장용 택코트 특성 평가)

  • The main objective of this study is to develop a test for measuring the bond shear strength between pavement layers. The research is also conducted to evaluate tack coat materials and application rate in porous pavement. The experiment includes using two types of emulsions (RSC-4, Modified Emulsion) and a asphalt binder type (HM-1). HM-1 was developed to be applied in porous pavement. The bond shear strengths were measured by a direct shear type device under various test conditions. The shear strength may not be appropriate in the evaluation of the bond shear strength, while the toughness of the test may be useful. In case of the tack coat application rate in porous pavement, RSC-4 has to be used a minimum amount of $0.8l/m^2$ and modified emulsion asphalt has to be applied a volume of use $0.5{\sim}0.6l/m^2$. HM-1, asphalt cement type, is far stronger bond shear strength than emulsified asphalt tack coat and had showed the excellent trackless property.

수학교육 평가에서 고사 타당도의 측정에 관한 연구

  • 수학 교육평가에서 고사 타당도의 측정은 매우 중요하다. 그것은 평가자가 목적하는 바의 준거에 따라 수험자들의 문제해결력 변별을 위한 고사들 간의 타당도 크기 측정과 또는 고사 문항의 선정, 배치를 통하여 한 고사의 타당도를 높이기 위한 문항별 타당도 계수를 측정 계산하는 것이다. 이 연구에서는 이 두 가지 고사 타당도의 크기 측정법을 이용하여 수학교육 평가 현장에서 직접적으로 적용할 수 있는 고사 타당도의 제고에 유효한 연구 결과를 제시한다.
