This study examined Records Management(RM) practice of public enterprises supervised by National Archives of Korea(NAK). These enterprises are included among public institutions mandated to perform RM according to Public Records Management Act of 2006. The study performed telephone interviews of 8 records managers employed in public enterprises and investigated current status of RM practices, perception of the practices and records managers within the enterprises and treatment to them, as well as opinions of the NAK's assessment of RM in public institutions, While non-electronic records were managed in an appropriate manner, electronic records needed to be transferred, disposed of, and preserved properly. The majority of interviewees expressed positive opinions on the contribution of RM to effectiveness and transparency of the enterprises. However, RM was perceived as irksome work conducted by those in a low position. More interviewees were permanent contract workers or contract personnel than regular employees. They felt a sense of deprivation due to the discrepancy of annual incomes among public enterprises and the differences in treatment and attitude toward between contract workers and regular workers. Interviewees suggested that NAK's assessment of RM was useful since it provided a basis for RM in their institutions. Yet, they pointed out that its measurements were lack of consistency and relevance to public enterprises because those focused on RM in governmental organizations. They also noted that RM practices that the assessment do not cover might be ignored.

The objective of this work is to investigate fluid mixing phenomena related to pressurized thermal shock(PTS) in a pressurized water reactor(PWR) vessel downcomer during transient cooldown with direct vessel injection(DVI) using test models. The test model designs were based on ABB Combustion Engineering(C-E) System 80＋ reactor geometry. A cold leg small break loss-of-coolant accident(LOCA) md a main steam line teak were selected as the potential PTS events for the C-E System 80＋. This work consist of two parts. The first part provides the visualization tests of the fluid mixing between DVI fluid and existing coolant in the downcomer region, and the second part is to compare the results of thermal mixing tests with DVI in the other test model. Row visualization tests with DVI have clarified the physical interaction between DVI fluid and primary coolant during transient cooldown. A significant temperature drop was observed in the downcomer during the tests of a small break LOCA Measured transient temperature profiles agree well with the predictions by the REMIX code for a small break LOCA and with the calculations by the COMMIX-1B code for a steam line break event.

The purpose of this research was to develop labor-saving cultural practices of cherry tomatoes in the deep flow technique (DFT) by omitting the process of raising seedling. Three cultivars, ‘Pepe’, ‘Pico’ and ‘Koko’ were propagated by the immediate setting of cuttings(lateral shoots) to the culture bed and by setting seedlings obtained by raising cuttings for 15 days, and grown in the standard and half - strength solution. 1. The immediate setting resulted in higher plants, larger number of leaves and larger leaf area during the early growth stage. And the harvest time was hastened by six days in the direct setting than that in the seedling setting. It was also earlier in ‘Pepe’, but not significant by different between two strengths of nutrient solution. 2. The average fruit weight was affected only by cultivars, but not by the type of cutting and the strength of nutrient solution. The highest yields were obtained from the immediate setting of ‘Pepe’ in other cultivars grown in the nutrient solution of standard strength. 3. Brix degree of treated cherry tomato juice was higher in ‘Pepe’ tomato cultured by immediate setting than others.

우리나라는 농업 산업화의 발달로 인하여 농업용수, 공업용수, 생활용수 사용이 증가하며, 하천에서 직접 물을 취수하여 사용하고 있고 이용 후 생활용수, 농수로 등을 통해 회귀되는 유량이 많아 하천의 유출 특성을 파악하는데 어려움이 있다. 따라서 정확한 하천 유출 체계 특성을 파악하기 위해서는 하천에서 사용되는 물의 이용 특성에 대하여 파악할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 길안천에 운영되고 있는 취수 시설에 대해 문헌조사와 현장조사를 진행하였으며, 조사한 자료를 토대로 하천의 물 사용 체계 모식도를 작성하였다. 길안천 유역의 조사 구간은 대사3교 하류에서 구)묵계교 상류까지 조사를 실시하였다. 문헌조사 대상시설은 취입보, 취수장 등이며, 조사대상은 하천의 유출특성에 영향을 줄 수 있는 시설로 길안천 유역에 영향을 주는 시설에 대해서만 수행을 하였다. 현장조사에서는 현장을 방문하여 취⋅배수시설의 위치 등을 조사하였다. 길안천은 농업용수와 생활용수 사용의 증가에 따라 상하류 측정유량의 반전이 빈번하게 발생하였으나 유출체계 분석을 통해 고려한 결과 안정적인 상하류 관계를 확인하였다. 결과적으로 본 연구를 통해 하천 내 취⋅배수시설 영향에 따른 유출 특성을 고려하여 자료를 검토한 결과 길안천 유역 내의 상하류 유량 반전 시기가 과거에 비해 감소하였으며, 안동시(대사3교)관측소와 안동시(묵계교)관측소 구간의 취⋅배수영향을 고려하여 산정한 유출률을 기존자료와 비교한 결과 일정한 손실고가 유지되는 안정적인 결과를 도출하였다.

In0.5Al0.5As와 같은 조성을 갖는 합금인 n=1~4인 (InAs)n(AlAs)n 형태의 완벽한 층 상구조의 단주기 초격자를 MBE 방법으로 성장하였다. 저온 PL 측정을 통하여 광학적 특성 을 조사하였으며, Raman 산란실험을 통하여 구조적 특성을 조사하였다. X선화질 실험을 통하여 홀수 번호의 회적을 관측할 수 있었는데 이것은 초격자에 의한 새로운 주기의 형성 을 직접적으로 보여 주는 것이다.

소지역에서 직접(direct) 시계열추정을 할 수 있다면, 소지역들 추정에서 최적선형 불편예측량(BLUP)을 일반화 시킬 수 있다. 특히 조사에서 얻어지는 관측 값의 오차가 시간상으로 상관관계가 있다면 Kalman-Filter(K-F)기법이 사용 될 수 있다. 이 연구는 소지역의 실업자 수 추정에서 K-F기법으로 경제활동인구수를 이용하여 현 시점의 소지역 실업자 수를 예측함수(BLUP)를 통해 추정하였다. 그리고 단순 회귀분석 추정치와 비교하였다.

형광등용 안정기의 실태를 파악하기 위하여, 제조시설 및 관리실태를 조사하고, 제품의 품질 특성을 조사하였다. 본 논문에서는 실태 평가를 위한 평가방법을 제시하고 이를 사용하였으며, 특히 형광등에서 가장 중요한 광출력 특성을 평가하기 위한 고아출력 평가인자를 제안하였다. 논문 자료를 위하여 8개사를 직접 방문하였으며, 제품 평가를 위하여는 입력 220[V] 형광램프 40[W] 1등용을 대상으로 하였다.

신뢰할 만한 소지역 통계 작성을 위한 다양한 소지역 추정 기법들이 최근 많은 관심속에 개발되고 있다. 이 논문은 다양한 소지역 추정 기법들 중 일부 기법들에 대한 간략한 소개 및 실례를 제시한다. 먼저 대표적인 소지역에 대한 간접추정법인 인구통계학적 방법, 합성추정법과 복합추정법에 관한 이론 및 추정절차를 살펴보았고, 모형 기반 추정법으로써 경험적 베이즈(EB) 추정법과 계층적 베이즈(HB) 추정법을 소개하였다. 마지막으로 합성추정법과 복합추정법을 이용하여 충북의 시군구 실업자 추정에 적용해 보았고, 시군구 실업자 추정결과를 직접 추정법의 결과와 비교하였다.

표본의 크기가 작은 경우 추정치의 정도에 문제가 발생한다. 본 연구에서는 대규모 조사에서의 표본을 소지역 혹은 소도메인에 할당하였을 경우 발생하는 추정치의 문제점을 해결하는 방안으로서 회귀모형을 도입하였다. 회귀모형을 기계산업 표본설계 자료에 적용하여 소지역추정의 가능성을 확인하였으며, 고전적인 추정방법과의 비교도 함께 이루어졌다.

축산물품질평가원은 '2016년도 공공기관 고객만족도 조사'에서 우수 등급을 받으며 9년 연속 고객만족도 우수기관에 선정되었다. '공공기관 고객만족도 조사'는 기획재정부 주관으로 공공기관의 대국민 서비스품질 개선을 위해 서비스를 직접 제공받는 고객을 대상으로 매년 시행하고 있으며 그 결과는 공공기관 경영평가에 반영되고 있다. 그래서 이번호 KAPE인(人) 이야기의 주인공으로 축평원 고객만족도 담당자인 김태성 차장을 만나 고객만족도 달성을 위한 그간의 노력을 들어보았다.
