This study is purposed to explain the characteristics of injured workers' labor market situation and to analyze the factors influencing labor market transition of those workers. Using the Worker's Compensation Insurance Panel Data ver.1~3 which was surveyed by the Korean Workers' Compensation & Welfare Service in 2013-2015, this study analyzed 1,668 injured worker cases. The study shows that workers who have experience job retention at least once are 36.8% of all, 51.5% of them have experienced re-employment, and 36.9% have done unemployment. One result of the longitudinal analysis is that socio-demographic factors including gender, age, education years, convalescence period, ability on job performance, company size, term of service, temporary employment, daily-workers status before job accident and job training were associated with return to pre-injury job. The other result is that statistically significant factors affecting the probability to be the unemployed are gender, age, levels of disability, convalescence, ability on job performance, term of service before job accident, job rehabilitation service utilization. These findings indicate that we need to develop efficient intervention programs for supporting return-to-work and labor market transition of injured workers.

Purpose: This study was conducted to explore the professional identity of elementary school health teachers. Methods: In-depth interviews with fifteen elementary school health teachers were conducted from July 2010 to August 2012. Qualitative data collected by the researcher including transcription and field notes were analyzed through an adapted methodology based on the Grounded Theory of Strauss and Corbin. Results: Fifteen categories, 35 sub-categories and 120 concepts were obtained. The key category that was consistently maintained in identity formation was 'keeping themselves being a teacher providing nursing' which has three styles, 'focusing on health education', 'combining nursing and education' and 'focusing on providing nursing care'. Conclusion: Results of this study will provide basic information for preparing manuals regarding the range of activities in school health teachers' jobs, improving promotion and merit payment systems for school health teachers, creating support programs for them, and contributing to the formation and establishment of their professional identity.

This study aims to analyze the changes in school/corporate authorities participation after overseas training in Germany and Switzerland. According to this study, the satisfaction with program contents and help for the operation of apprenticeship education was very high. Even though the satisfaction with each type of apprenticeship education institutes did not show differences in accordance with participants' age, there were statistically significant differences in the satisfaction in accordance with work area and position, so that it would be necessary to reflect the results of analysis on the selection of institutes to visit in the future. Regarding the changes in the perception of operation of apprenticeship school in accordance with school/corporate authorities' participation in overseas training, school authorities' perception of the whole areas was improved after training than before training like understanding, planning, practice, and evaluation of apprenticeship education while corporate authorities' perception was not. As corporate authorities also understood the necessity of overseas training for the operation of apprenticeship education, however, in order to increase the effects of overseas training in the future, it would be necessary to provide lots of information to help the understanding of apprenticeship education through preliminary training or regular council and council of each project group. Because of the huge differences in socio-cultural conditions in the practice of apprenticeship education between Korea and two countries such as Germany and Switzerland, it would be needed to operate overseas training that could draw the improvement measures within the system of Korea instead of simple comparative analysis.

The purpose of this investigation is to analyze the effect of employment and quality of employment of senior job training. The questionnaire administered to 576 senior job trainees(over 50 years old) and 28 training institute before and after job training to survey job training characteristics, training institute characteristics and trainee characteristics. The results were as follows : First, independence test(X2) revealed that occupational category, period of training, type of institution, training history, location, and trainee's education level had significant difference on employment. Second, The probability of employment was higher in new and well-equipped public institution than private or old public institution. Third, compared with the prior wage, the wage after training decreased. This result suggested that the unemployed senior can hardly be reemployed in prior level job. The result of analysis on the cases of increased wage after training revealed that the trainees who was women, had a little dependent family, a shorter unemployed period, and a higher prior wage showed higher wage than prior wage after training.

The purpose of this study is to conceptualize the process of formation by the exploration of the lives of professional golfers who grow to excellent sports leaders, categorize the concept and suggest models between categories. In order to reveal in depth the change process of the job formation, the 'grounded approach' as a qualitative study was used as a the methodological frame of this study, and snow sampling, one of nonrandom sampling was used for the selection method of the study participants. 10 study participants who are able to make positive self-expression and talk with the researcher were selected. Through grounded approach appropriate for this process research, this study could acquire following results. First, through the casual condition that is the exploration of the lives of professional golfers growing to excellent sports leaders, it connected to the central phenomena of professional instruction methods and education belief as golf leaders. In this process, the changes as new experiences for the charm of the new job and relationship formation influence as the function of a contextual condition. In addition, golf leaders tried to become a more completed golf leader through self-efforts for development and expertise attainment according to the their own situations as well as belief, and they have established the lives of firm golf leaders through the process. Second, as a result of the changes of their lives as professional golfers growing to excellent sports leaders, the paradigm of grounded approach which is abstracted as total 141 concepts, 17 subcategories, and 11 superordinate categories were composed.

The importance of emotional factors like as product aesthetics, branding strategies and service quality is increasing in today's marketplace. At the point of fashion product purchases, emotional factor is mainly related to personal selling. Rasearches related to job aptitudity of fashion salesperson are necessary as their role becoming more serious. This study was designed (1) to determine factors of job aptitudity of fashion salesperson; and (2) to examine relations between job aptitudity of fashion salesperson and other variables: demographics, job statistics, fashion involvement fashion innovativeness, ongoing information searching and job satisfaction. As a result, job aptitudty of fashion salesperson was determined into six dimensions by factor analysis: product knowledge, professionalism, involvement to the present profession, marketing cooperator, customer orientation and self management. Marketing cooperator and product knowledge was relatively !ow compared to other aptitudity factors. This finding suggests that the special education programs including textile/fashion product knowledge and value of field information for fashion salesperson is needed to enhance the integrated fashion marketing. The job aptitudity of salesperson was correlated with fashion involvement, fashion innovativeness, ongoing information searching, and job satisfaction. The job aptitudity-related scales which showed significant relation to job aptitudity in this study could be used as the index to examine the job aptitudity of potential employees of fashion retail company.

This article is concerned with exploring labour market transformation in newspaper industry and thereby looking into skill formation and professionalization of journalists. In Korea, according to previous research, newspaper journalist labour market had been characterized by a low inter-firm mobility of workers and patterns of long-term employment and firm-based skill training. However, over the past few years, as new product strategies of newspaper firms has changed due to management crisis employers pull back from the responsibilities of investment on skill training and securing job stability for journalists. However, in spite of overall weakened firm-based skill formation systems within the market, there still seems to be long way to build alternative systems of skill developments for them. As a result, it will be argued that, in the absence of manifest labor market institutions such as apprenticeships or skill certification system, which are assumed to traditionally certify workers' professionalization, occupational identity and professionality of newspaper journalist labour market will be weakened. Labor market data from interviews with journalists in the newspaper industry are used in order to test this hypothesis.

This study aims to explore the duty system of the lifelong learning counseling, and to analyze the needs of counseling practice which are conceived by lifelong education practitioners. Based on the related prior studies, the duty system of lifelong learning counseling was investigated and classified. Also, differences of how to recognize the importance of counseling job and how to practice counseling are assessed by Borich method. After data were collected by practitioners from lifelong education field, the dependent t-test and the Borich needs assessment formula were used for analysis of the collected data. The results are as follows: the 4 subdivided duties of lifelong learning counseling are formation of relationship, learner's analysis, learning promotion, and follow-up management. The 11 tasks are learner's interview, providing learning information, analysis of learner's characteristics and needs, learning level diagnosis, diagnosis of learning inhibiting factors, promotion of learning motivation, advice of learning course and learning method, support of study circle activity, career planning counseling, follow-up counseling, and counseling evaluation. According to the needs assessment, learner's analysis is conceived as the most important duty among the 4 sub-duties, and learner's analysis is regarded as second important duty by the counseling practitioners. Among the 11 tasks, providing learning information is the most important tasks among counseling practitioners, and analysis of learner's characteristics and needs is followed as second task. The duty system of the lifelong learning counseling and needs assessment data can be used as the basic data for lifelong education practitioners to conduct the duty of lifelong learning counseling efficiently and to support the lifelong learning plan according to learner's characteristics.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the contents of middle school technology and home economics textbooks(family life area) that reflect the school career education goals and achievement standards in the 2015 revision of the Technology and Home Economics curriculum. Five different textbooks on middle school technology and home economics written based on the 2015 curriculum were selected and the school career education goals and achievement standards developed by the Korea Research Institute for Vocational Education and Training (2021) were used as a framework for textbook analysis. The results are as follows. First, the units that cover career education contents the most were 'life design and career choice(n=87)', 'developmental characteristics of adolescents(n=36)', and 'low birth rate, aging society, and work and family balance(n=31)'. The major contents of career education covered in technology and home economics textbooks(family life area) were 'search for various professionals(24.30%)', 'exploration of the changes in the future society(22.74%)', and 'exploration of the changes in the job world(18.66%)'. Thus it was found that the goals and achievement standards of school career education are evenly reflected in the middle school technology and home economics textbooks(family life area) based on the 2015 curriculum.

This content is implemented for active seniors who actively accept IT digital content as the current metaverse generation arrives. The elderly living in the nursing home can directly explore various parts of the map through the user scenario, so that they can recall their youth or experience various views, such as a place where they spent their lives in the past or a place where they can experience their jobs. In the current situation where the aftermath of Corona is getting stronger, the elderly living in nursing homes can have a positive effect on psychological stability and prevention of depression by using this content.
