경찰개인보호장비에 관한 인간공학적 연구

  • 본 연구의 목적은 높은 직업적 작업부하(Work stress)에 노출되어 있는 경찰들이 사 용하는 개인보호장비를 대상으로 사용자 중심의 설계기준에 기초한 인간공학적인 분석과 개선을 통하여 경찰의 임무수행도의 향상은 물론 직업에 따른 신체적인 안전과 건강의 향상을 도모하는데 있다. 주요 연구대상 장비는 방석복, 헬멧, 방패였으며, 개선의 주요 사항으로는 장비별 무게의 경감, 열압박의 감소와 통풍성의 향상, 사용성과 안전성을 향 상시킨 재질과 구조적인 개선을 가져왔으며 개선안에 대한 시제품을 제작하였다.

Analysis of the Effects of Behavioral Factors on the Seafarers' Career Path (해기직업 경로상의 행동요인 영향 분석)

  • It is difficult to improve maritime safety in the aspect of human elements without seafarers' job satisfaction. Therefore, through the career development for seafarers from their entries into the job to their retirements, longer and more stable seafarers' life on board ship could be achieved together with maritime safety. This study aims at the establishment of seafarers' career path model and the verification of six hypotheses by using the questionnaire data of 2,830 respondents of students, slip officers and shore-based ex-seafarers. The results of analyses of behavior factors on the career path are as follows; first, it is important to improve educational environment and to provide seafarers with detailed information on seafarer's life; second, economic factors such as income-level and etc. do not play a role in promoting motivation of going to sea; third, the guidance to shore jobs at proper time increases seafarers' job satisfaction and induces longer stay at sea; last, it is necessary to simplify the licence system for seafarers, to allow seafarers to acquire higher class certificates, and to work at higher rank on board ships as early as possible.

The Correlation between Occupational Injuries and Safety Climate among Operating Room Nurses (수술실 간호사의 직업적 손상 경험 현황과 안전 분위기의 상관관계)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to examine the occupational injuries experienced by operating room nurses and investigate the relationship between these injuries and safety climate. Methods: The study involved 198 operating room nurses working in general and tertiary hospitals with more than 300 beds. Results: Among the four sub-factors of occupational injuries experienced by operating room nurses, risks due to ergonomic hazards were the most prevalent and those due to physical hazards were the least. The scores related to occupational injury showed a significantly negative correlation with the safety climate. Conclusions: The findings indicate that higher operating room nurses' awareness of the safety climate is associated with lower rates of occupational injury. Therefore, organizational efforts and interventions are imperative to improve the safety climate within hospitals. Additionally, in order to investigate the safety of operating room nurses more in-depth, it is necessary to expand not only the sample size but also the geographic scope.

  • 인간공학 및 생체공학을 근거한 종합적인 연구 모델 제시로, 산업체에 산재해있는 작업 중에 VDT Workstation과 관련된 근로자의 상지에 대한 직업성 누적적 질환의 연구로, 상지의 외상성 누적적 질환을 일으킬 수 있는 ergonomic stressor의 감지, 진단, 및 공학적 control를 이용 직업성 누적적 질환 예방을 궁극적 목적으로 하여, 근무 교대 및 일시적 보직 변경 등 근무 순환의 적절한 인사관리 및 누적적 피로를 극소화 할 수 있는 근무/휴식의 적절한 시간 안배를 제시하며, VDT 주변 환경과 근로자 사이의 적절한 운용에 대한 교육 program을 개발, 또한 휴식 시 stretch exercise (근육의 피로 이완을 목적) 방법 등을 제시하며, 누적적 질환의 조기 증상을 감지하여 업무의 적절한 순환을 통하여 직업성 질환으로서의 발전을 방지하고자 하는 것을 취지로 기초연구를 수행하고자 하였다. A Study on the Effect of Job Calling Consciousness of Korea Cost Guard Officers on Job Enthusiasm (해양경찰공무원의 직업소명의식이 직무열의에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to verify the relationship between job calling consciousness and job enthusiasm for the development of marine police izations and individuals. A study was conducted on 136 Korea Cost Guard officials. Sub-variables of vocational calling consciousness consisted of transcendent calling, the existence of purpose and meaning, and pro-social-oriented motivation, and job enthusiasm consisted of vitality, immersion, and dedication. As a result of the verification, it was found that transcendent calling, purpose, and meaning, which are sub-variables of occupational calling recognized by Korea Cost Guard officials, have a positive (+) effect on vitality, and commitment. However, it was found that pro-social-oriented motivation did not affect vitality, commitment, and immersion. Through the analysis results, practical implications of the maritime police ization were proposed.

  • 본 연구는 우선 각 정부부처의 서비스산업 선진화 동향 및 서비스관련 자격개발에 대한 동향조사 및 노력현황에 대해 분석한다. 이를 바탕으로 미래 녹색성장 및 산업/직업수요 요구에 따른 서비스관련 산업 및 직업에 대해 조명하고, 관련 산업과 직업에 따른 국가기술자격의 미래수요예측은 물론 미래 글로벌 환경 및 FTA환경 하에서 국가기술 자격의 경쟁력에 대해 제고하고자 한다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 일자리 창출 및 글로벌 환경 변화에 따른 국가적 차원의 서비스산업 육성발전 방향에 산업/직업변화에 대해 분석과 서비스 산업 관련 국가기술자격 종목의 선정 및 개발 타당성 검토를 통한 미래 노동수요에 대응이라는 두 가지 연구 방향을 설정하였다.

The multidimensional influence of commitment on national security, job satisfaction, and job commitment on intent to leave (국가안보의식과 조직몰입도, 직업만족도가 특수경비원들의 이직의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • Security officers' intent to leave their job would have devastating effects on national security related industries. That is because excessive turnover would result in wasting the money for recruiting and training for organizations as well as putting the level of national security at risk. Therefore, this study has a goal to investigate the factors influencing the intent of leave job among security staff working for one of public institution, airports(n=198). Specifically, this study has a focus on examining the effect of job satisfaction, job commitment and security staff's level of commitment on national security on their turnover intent. The results of the multivariate ordinary lest square regression analysis reveal that job satisfaction, job commitment, and the level of national security commitment directly influence turnover intent. Also, the job satisfaction and the level of national security commitment has indirect impact on the turnover intent via job commitment. However, the results indicate that gender, age, and educational level are not related with security staff's decision to leave their job. Policy implications and study contribution were discussed in this study.
