도시철도 직류용 FRP 지지애자 및 장간애자 특성 분석

  • Direct Current Fiber Reinforced Plastic (DC FRP) insulators were developed and their mechanical and electrical characteristics were investigated. Electrical tests were carried out to measure withstanding and flashover voltages under common use frequency condition. Tensile and bending tests were performed for the mechanical characteristics. The test results showed that DC FRP insulators had superior voltage resistances and strengths to porcelain insulators.

  • 본 논문에서는 직류선로 접지의 보호알고리즘을 제안한다. 전형적인 보호알고리즘과 비교하면 제안된 알고리즘은 공급선로와 고장선로 사이의 차이를 구별하는 장점을 갖는다. 제안된 알고리즘의 내용은 블록킹 필터와 PLC(Power Line Carrier)의 사용에 의해서이다. 시뮬레이션의 결과는 제안된 알고리즘이 매우 유용함을 나타낸다.

  • 우리나라에서는 처음으로 도입된 유도 전동기 구동 직류, 교류 겸용방식의 인버터 전기차로서 서울시의 지하철 4호선에 투입된 차량을 소개하였다. 4호선 차량은 최신의 제어기술과 전력변환장치로서 제작되어 그 활약이 기대되는 만큼 장차의 철도차량의 주종을 이룰 것이 거의 확실시 되므로 관련된 기술자의 지대한 관심을 모으기에 충분하다. 더욱이 인버터 전기차에 대한 연구가 많은 진전이 있어 완전한 우리 기술로서 인버터 전기차의 제작이 가능해 질 것을 바라마지 않으며 이 해설이 지하철 4호선을 이해하는데 적으나마 도움이 되기를 기대하여 본다.

  • A "failure point informing device" is that if a accident of short or ground occurs in electric railway it inform us of the distance to accident point. SeoulMetro, KRRI, 2ISYS have developed this device and installed in line no.4 substation Iy-Chon, Sam-Gakgi to test its performance. A line resistance will be measured to test this device in November.

  • FRP(Fiber Reinforced Plastic) support insulators for DC(direct current) were developed and their electrical and mechanical characteristics were investigated. Electrical tests were carried out to measure flashover voltages under common use frequency condition. Tensile and bending tests were performed for the mechanical characteristics. The test results showed that FRP support insulators have superior voltage resistances and strengths to porcelain insulators. Field test also is carried out to measure adaptation and to compensate the defect. The test result showed that a new product has no defect in electrical and mechanical.

  • This paper deals with the power integration of large urban railway systems to improve regenerative energy utilization. Current regenerative energy utilization is low because there is no special plan for using this energy. If the railway system is integrated with other railway systems, the efficiency is expected to be improved. Through the case studies, to find the realistic effect of integrated operation, real system for the Seoul Metro lines, especially line 5 and 7, had been applied.

  • This paper deals with power integration of large urban railway systems for improvement of regenerative energy utilization. The main idea of this paper is that the integration of railway power systems will increase efficiency through sharing regenerative energy. To verify the effects of this system, case studies for Seoul Metro Line has been performed. Where railway data of Seoul Subway Line 5 and Line 7 are used. In this work, the integrated railway system is modelled using Compaq Visual Fortran.

  • ADC railway system has low feeder voltage, The fault current can be smaller than the current of load starting. So it is important to discriminate between the small fault current and the load starting current. The load starting current increases step by step but the fault current increases all at once. As for the load starting current, the time constant of load current at each step is much smaller than that of the fault current. First, to detect faults in DC railway systems, an algorithm using the time constant calculated by the method of least squares is presented in this paper.

  • DC feeding system is mainly floating but the rail potential and the leakage current are created because of long parallelism between rails and ground. Rail potential causes electric shock to human and leakage current causes electrolytic corrosion to nearby the buried metals. Therefore the design technologies to reduce, protect and monitor these effects are important recent DC feeding system. Normally during designing DC feeding system in terms of rail potential and leakage current, there are about 10 parameters. Four design parameters among those is analysed based on propagation theory that is utilized in order to simulate grounding system.

  • Fiber Reinforced Plastic (FRP) insulator has a higher performance than porcelain. It is only used in domestic AC 25 kV electric railway system. Seoul Metro has developed DC 1500 V FRP insulator since 2008. FRP support insulator of flexible property is affected by the wind in tunnel. A wind tunnel test was carried out to measure influence on the insulator housing when the train passed by. The test results showed that the wind which is resulted from the passing train had a little impact on the FRP insulator shed movements.
