무기체계개발-소요군 무엇을 요구하나

  • 개발자는 사용자인 60만 소요군을 위한 무기체계의 인구개발 사업을 수행할 때에 연구개발 초기 단계에서부터 양산배치, 운용단계까지 사용자의 작전운용 및 정비지원 요구사항들을 상세히 분석해야 한다. 그렇게 하기위해서는 소요군의 현재/미래, 작전운용/정비지원 임무, 기상조건, 지형지물 조건, 적의 무기체계, 적의 작전운용/정비지원 조건 등을 개발자가 구체적으로 분석해야만이 개발목표 무기체계의 성능설계와 사용자의 인간공학적 문제인식을 도출할 수 있을 것이다

  • 우리나라와 같이 전투종심이 짧고 산악이 많은 지형에서의 저고도에 대한 공중위협은 더욱 가중되고 있어 대공화기의 중요성은 더욱 크다 하겠다. 또한 가장 도발 위험성이 높은 북한과 대치하고 있는 우리의 상황에서 적 공격기의 대지 공격능력 99.5% 이상이 폭탄, 기총, 로켓 공격임을 감안하고 또한 공격헬기를 이용한 대전차 공격과 무인항공기에 의한 위협도 증가하고 있는 추세인 점을 고려할 때 적기의 탐지로부터 격파에 이르기까지의 짧은 반응시간과 야간능력 및 유효사거리 3km내외의 명중률이 뛰어난 무기체계가 필요하게 됨은 자명한 사실이라 하겠다

The antenna azimuth correction method for a special purpose mobile video terminal tracking antenna system implementation (특수목적을 위한 이동형 영상 터미널 장비의 추적안테나 시스템에 적용하기 위한 방위각보정 알고리즘 구현)

  • In this paper, we proposed on the azimuth correction method for a line-of-sight data-link tracking antenna system. Tracking antenna system is essential to maintain line-of-sight between moving object and data-link equipment. In order to calculate the azimuth and elevation between the moving object and antenna system, we used GPS data. also to match the each coordinate systems, we used geomagnetic sensor or beacon. However, the geomagnetic disturbance-prone terrain in places difficult to correct calibration. The first step, finds the location of the strongest RF signal, we should remember the difference between the reference point and the detected position of the antenna. The second step, we could communicate each other. And the azimuth angle is calculated by GPS values. Despite the geomagnetic interference, we can correct the azimuth angle quickly and easily.

Edge Vegetation Structure in Kaya Mountain National Park (가야산 국립공원의 주연부식생구조)

  • To investigate edge vegetation structure and edge species in Kaya Mountain National Park, field survey was executed from July to August, 1989 and the result are as follows. Cantilevered and advancing types of edge vegetation were observed on site, The relative importance values of major species were changed along distance from edge to forest interior and were seemed to be affected by aspect, soil moisture and present tree layer vegetation. Especially, light-oriented species were observed as a codominant species under pine tree canopy due to selective allelopathy effect and thin canopy. Ecological indices according to the distance from edge to forest interior did not show regular pattern, but edge depth was estimated as 15-20m, approximately, Dominant species of edge seemed to be affected by soil moisture rather than altitude and aspect, but floristic similarities seemed to be affected by altitude. Frequency classes of edge species were different by aspect, altitude and physiogra-phical location. Lespedeza maximowiczii, Weigela subsessilis and Fraxinus rhynchophylla showed high frequency class in all environment conditions.

Edge Vegetation Structure in the Chirisan National Park (지리산 국립공원의 주연부 식생구조)

  • To investigate edge vegetation structure and species in the Chrisan National Park, filed survey was excuted from August to October, 1991 and the results were as follows. Importance values of species in lower layer were changed according to the distance from edge to forest interior at the northeastern slope of a highland. Change of vegetation structure was observed from edge up to 30m of forest interior and edge depth was estimated as 15~20m. The dominance and frequency of edge species seemed to be affected by the factors of altitude, aspect and topographic location. Especially, edge vegetation showed severe difference according to topographic location between a ridge and a foot of a mountain, and according to aspect between southern and northern slope above midslope region of a mountain. Comparing vegetation structure of lower layer for southern and northern slope, more no. of individuals and crown coverage were observed at northern slope, while more no. of species, species diversity and coverage of Sasa purpurascen at southern slope.

Site and Growth Characteristics of Kalopanax septemlobus Growing at Mt. Joongwang in Pyungchang-gun, Kangwon-do (강원도(江原道) 평창군(平昌郡) 중왕산(中王山) 지역(地域) 음나무의 입지환경(立地環境) 및 생장특성(生長特性))

  • The objective of this study was to investigate the site and growth characteristics of Kalopanax septemlobus mixed with other hardwoods growing at Mt. Joongwang area located in Pyungchang-gun, Kangwon-do. The K. septemlobus stands were located at 1,000m to 1,200m in altitude, steep slope, and ridge-slope areas with aspects facing northeast to northwest. The K. septemlobus stands showed deep A soil layer with high soil moisture and soil nutrients. Major over-story species were Quercus mongolica, Acer pictum, Acer pseudosieboldianum and Carpinus cordata. The herbaceous vegetation was predominantly consisted with Pimpinella brachycarpa, Meehania urticifolia, Ainsliaea acerifloia and Polystichum species. The annual mean diameter increment of K. septemlobus was 2.4mm/year, with high diameter growth at lower altitude, south aspect and valley areas.

  • Helicopter-related collision accidents with structures mostly occur at landing, especially in a limited visibility environment, which necessitates some secondary equipment like a radar that can generate stationary clutter image. In this paper, we propose an algorithm that makes an image of stationary ground clutter in two dimensional range and azimuth angle domain. We present a mathematical model for the received signals from each clutter patch in the iso range ring and analyze their clutter and Doppler characteristics, assuming that a helicopter-borne radar has a rotational antenna. We propose a filter structure, which suppresses side lobe signal components while extracting a main lobe signal component, and suggest a solution for a problem stemmed from the filtering process. Finally, by conducting a simulation we show the performance of the suggested imaging algorithm on a two dimensional virtual scenario of the topographic clutter.

  • 산림연료 특성별 산불피해도 분석을 위하여 산불피해의 조사지역은 2009년, 2010년 산불이 발생했던 강원도 고성지역과 양양지역, 강릉지역과 삼척지역을 조사 대상지역으로 선정하였으며, 고성군의 경우 숲구조가 유령림인 활엽수림이 2개소, 칩엽수림 1개소, 장령림인 활엽수림 2개소로 총 5개소, 양양군은 숲구조가 유령림인 침엽수림이 1개소, 장령림 침엽수림 2개소 총 3개소, 삼척시의 경우는 숲구조가 유령림인 침엽수림이 1개소 외 대조구 장령림 침엽수림 1개소, 강릉시의 경우 숲구조가 장령림인 침엽수림이 3개소 총 13개소를 각각 대상지로 선정하였다. 산림연료 특성별 산불피해도를 조사하기 위한 조사지 규모는 $10m{\times}10m$로 하였으며, 현장 조사 항목은 조사지내의 산불피해 상태, 조사지 지형특성으로 나누어 조사를 실시하였다. 산불피해 상태는 산불진행방향, DBH, 총수고, 지하고, 고사여부, 편면연소, 밀도, 수간피해율, 수관피해율 등을 조사하였고, 조사지의 지형특성을 알아보기 위해 조사지의 위치(GPS), 해발고도, 사면방위, 산지경사, 지형을 조사하였다. 현장조사를 위한 조사장비로는 조사지의 지형도, 야장, 디지털 카메라, GPS, 수고측정기, 직경테이프, 캘리퍼, 50m 줄자 2개, 2m 폴대, 클리노메타, 바인더끈 등을 사용하였다. 산불사례 현장조사를 통해 임목고사여부, 편면연소, 수간피해율, 수관피해율 등의 산불피해 특성을 분석한 결과 연료의 특성별 유령림과 장령림의 편면연소율은 유령림은 97.3%, 장령림은 16.5%로 유령림의 편면연소율이 장령림보다 80.8% 더 피해를 받는 것으로 나타났으며, 수관피해율은 유령림은 95.4%, 장령림은 19.9%로 유령림의 수관피해율이 장령림보다 75.5%더 피해를 입은 것으로 조사 되었다. 또한 임목고사율은 유령림은 73.8%, 장령림은 24.5%로 유령림의 임목고사율이 장령림보다 49.3% 더 피해를 받는 것으로 분석 되었다.

Evaluation of Observation Environment for Weather Stations Located in Metropolitan Areas (GIS 자료를 활용한 대도시 지역 기상관측소 관측환경 평가)

  • In this study, effects of buildings and topography on observation environment of weather stations located on mountainous terrain in metropolitan areas are investigated using a computational fluid dynamics (CFD) model. In order to investigate the characteristics of flow pattern around the weather stations, geographic information system (GIS) data are used to construct surface boundary input data of the CFD model. In order to evaluate effects of buildings and topography on wind speed and direction at three weather stations located in Deajeon, Busan, and Gwangju., target areas around the weather stations are selected and 16 cases with different inflow directions for each target area are considered. The simulated wind speed and direction at the weather stations are compared with those of inflow. As a whole, wind speed at the weather stations decreases due to drag effects of the buildings and topography in the upwind regions. This study shows that GIS data and the CFD model are successfully applicable to evaluation of observation environment for weather stations.
