Purpose : This study is to confirm the relation of the value orientation of the nursing unit manager and the job satisfaction and organizational commitment of the nursing unit nurse. Method : We used the systematic questionnaires as a study tool. The contents were composed of 46 questions in total such as 4 questions of general feature, 23 value-oriented questions, 10 job satisfaction questions, and 9 organizational commitment questions. The period of data collection was from August to September 2000. Result : 1) The value of flexibility was 3.82 points (${\pm}.3788$), which is above average. The values of equalitarianism was 3.37 points (${\pm}.4422$), which is above average. 2) The leadership pattern according to the value orientation perceived by the head nurses in 6 clusters has been divided into 3 patterns of change-oriented leader, task-oriented and stability-oriented leader. 3) The nurses who worked with the change-oriented leader showed higher values of job satisfaction (F=5.941, p=O.003), and affective commitment (F=5.793, p=O.003) than those who worked with the stability-oriented leader. Conclusion : As revealed in this study, we think that we have to consider that the change-oriented leader can produce higher performance of an organization than the stability-oriented leader, and write the basic data for the educational courses of leadership development or workshops etc. in order for the nursing unit managers to play their roles for the effective ward-unit management.

The emotional factor has not been focused in e-learning studies. But the emotions of student are very important in e-learning because it is a self-regulated learning. This study is focused on the emotional factor in e-learning. This study examines the effect of perceived customer orientation to emotional presence, commitment and customer satisfaction in e-learning. The results of this study showed that the perceived customer orientation effect to the commitment about the learning and the customer satisfaction in e-learning.

In this paper, the radiation characteristics for the array of a circular loop antenna is studied in moving media. The medium is assumed to be homogeneous, isotropic, and to move with a constant velocity much less than the speed of light. The integral equation for the current distribution is derived and the current functions is found by means of courier Series as a solution of the integral equation. The electric field is derived from the current on circular loop antenna and the Dyadic Green's Function in moving media. The numerical calculation of the electric field concerning to the two element antenna array,, in which one element is parasitic, is carried out. The field patterns are plotted from the computed values. As a result, the field patterns in moving media, compared with the patterns in stationary media, are found to decrease in the direction of media velocity and increase in the opposite direction, and the maximum directivity is shifted.

In the using of FBG developed in home land, We designed and manufactured three types of FBG sound transducers the first in Korea. Analysizing special character's on FBG transducers manufactured, we made an experiment on respective frequency peculiarities in the water and we made an experiment on multi-point signal detection and direction about optional acoustic underwater. As the experimental result, we made it possible acoustic detection on frequency peculiarities to maximum 18k0z and made certain the system arrary possibilities, from now on we prepared the practical use study possibilities.

In this paper, design and performance evaluation of Tapered Slot Antenna for IR-UWB which propagates impulse radio is performed. TSA which has directional characteristic in UWB band should have low radiation loss and minimized impulse radiation distortion. In order to achieve these objectives, the paper designed wide band Impedance transformer and microstrip-slotline transit region structured TSA feeder line. By using the fabricated TSA, the radiation pattern was measured in the radio anechoic chamber. Pulse fidelity and distortion equation was induced to evaluate time domain characteristics according to the impulse radiation. Pulse fidelity of Impulse radiation show favorable results more than 93% within ${\pm}30^{\circ}$ beam width.

Objectives : This study aimed to identify the perception of quality improvement in health care and operational performance after the implementation of the Healthcare Accreditation. Methods : Data were collected from 5 hospitals that have experienced the 2th Healthcare Accreditation in Busan, South Korea. A Likert 5-point scale was used to measure the research variables and a structured questionnaire was used. Finally, 206 valid cases were analyzed using SPSS win 18.0. For hypothesis testing, hierarchical multiple regression analysis were performed. Results : The perception of quality improvement in health care after the implementation of the Healthcare Accreditation was higher than the operational performance. In the customer orientation and job performance, the perception of quality improvement in health care and operational performance had a significant influence. Conclusions : It is necessary to use the Healthcare Accreditation as a virtuous cycle of management that can ensure enforcement of workplace regulations and improve the members'ability to provide high quality medical services.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of Task-oriented training on the balance, lapse time and MVC(Maximum Voluntary Contraction) of CVA(cerebral vascular accident) patients. The active balance equipment was used to measure of the static balance, lapse time and task-oriented training. The EMG technique was used to record muscle activitie of affected side of gluteus medius and vastus medialis. The raw EMG data were filtered with band pass filter (60Hz) to remove artifacts and then low pass filtered (20Hz) to find the linear envelope which resemble muscle tension curve. The experiment had been conducted at the department of physical therapy in J hospital in M city during 8weeks. The thirty patients experienced the stroke were participated: training group (15), control group (15). They were ambulatory with or without an assistive device. They were assessed on central perturbation(mm) in the static balance, lapse time(s) and MVC test(mV). The data were analyzed using repeated measured ANOVA. The results were as follows: After Task-oriented training, central perturbation and lapse time was significantly differences in both groups(p<.001), and MVC in gluteus medius were no significant differences in both groups, but vastus medialis was significant differences in both groups (p<.001).

자바 언어는 그 객체지향성, 안전성, 유연성으로 인하여 현재 가장 널리 쓰이는 프로그래밍 언어의 하나가 되었으며, 자바 가상머신이 제공해주는 가비지 컬렉터로 인하여 프로그래머는 메모리 관리에 관한 많은 고민이 줄어들었다. 임베디드 환경에서 역시 자바는 강세를 나타내고 있으며 임베디드 환경의 특성을 반영한 가상 머신과 가비지 컬렉션 기법이 요구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 힙이라고 불리는 메모리 영역을 크게 젊은 세대와 늙은 세대의 두 부분으로 나누어서 관리하며 각 세대는 그 특성과 요구사항에 적합하도록 각기 다른 기법을 적용한 가비지 컬렉터를 제안한다. 더불어 효과적인 가비지의 식별을 위한 쓰기 장벽과 2중 필터링 기법을 제안하고 있으며, 일반적인 방법으로 회수가 불가능한 순환적 구조의 가비지를 검출하여 회수하기 위한 이중 검사 기법을 제안한다. 제안하는 기법은 임베디드 환경의 요구사항인 객체의 빠른 할당, 동작의 실시간성, 모든 가비지의 회수, 단편화 제거, 높은 지역성 등을 모두 만족한다.

In this paper, the printed-sleeve monopole antenna which has the small size and the broadband characteristics, is presented and its radiation characteristics are investigated. To conform the broadband characteristics of the proposed antenna, the experimental antenna is designed, fabricated, and its radiation characteristics are measured in PCS band (1.75 GHz${\~}$1.87 GHz). It is shown that the designed antenna has the non-directional pattern in the horizontal plane, the directional pattern in the vertical plane, VSWR less than 1.5, and gain in 2.14 dBi${\~}$3.4 dBi. From these results, the proposed antenna is conformed as a broadband antenna which can be used for the mobile communication indoor antenna extensively.

The installation of wireless communication system for various services of ITS at 5.8 GHz generates mutual interference. The representative example, the sharing of frequency between DSRC system and ETC system is a cause of communication error or disturbance both sides or one side owing to mutual interference. As a solution, a Shield Plate, Antenna Directionality, Power Control is proposed, but these are not perfect solution, because a RSU doesn't have the information of position of interferer. This paper applies an adaptive array antenna which makes a gain for desired users, makes a null for interferer, to up-link, down-link of DSRC and ETC system. The analysis of BER performance shows the effect of reduced interference about 20 dB.
