IS Knowledge and Skills Requisite on IS Practitioners : Comparative Study of IS Practitioners' Perception and Recruiters' Perception (IS 실무자에 대한 IS 지식 및 기술 수요: IS 실무자와 채용 담당자의 인식에 대한 비교 연구)

  • 본 논문에서는 IS 채용 담당자들이 한국의 신규 IS 실무자들에게 어느 IS 지식과 소프트웨어/IT 전문 기술이 얼마나 필요하다고 생각하는지에 대해서 실증조사를 하였다. 본 연구에서는 선행 연구 결과에 따라서 IS 실무자들을 초급 전문가, 중급 전문가, 고급 전문가, 그리고 제너럴리스트로 분류하였으며, 조사 결과를 이들 각 집단이 필요로 하는 수준과 비교하였다. 분석 결과는 한국의 IS 채용 담당자들이 IS 채용 담당자들이 전체적으로는 IS 실무자들에게 어떤 지식 및 전문 기술이 필요한지를 잘 파악하고 있으며, 또한 조직의 지식 및 지술 수요에 필요에 민감하게 반응하고 있다는 것을 보여준다. 분석 결과는 또한 IS 채용 담당자들이 기존의 초급 전문가에게 요구되고 있는 정도보다도 더 높은 수준의 "제품-지향성"을 신규 IS 실무자에게 요구하고 있으며, 도리어 중급 전문가에 더 가까운 지식 및 기술 구성을 갖고 있기를 신규 IS 실무자에게 기대하는 사람의 비율이 더 높다는 것을 보여준다. 분석 결과는 한국의 대학이 산업 지식 및 기술 수요에 맞추어 인력을 양성하고 있지 못하며, 이에 대한 추가적인 연구가 필요하다는 것을 시사한다.

The Effects of Value Orientations on Financial Management and Financial Satisfaction of Girl Consumers in Yanbian, China and Those in South Korea (중국연변과 한국 여학생소비자의 가치지향성이 재정관리 및 재정 만족도에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of 4-value orientations on the financial management and the financial satisfaction of high school girls in Yanbian, China and those in South Korea. The subjects were 466 high school girls in Yanbian, China and 498 high school girls in South Korea. Cronbach'a, 1-test, and multiple regression were used as statistical analysis. The results were summarized as follows : 1) Resulting from the t-test, there were significant differences between 3-value orientations, 3-financial management behaviors, and financial satisfaction of the Yanbian girls and those of the Korean girls. 2) Resulting from multiple regression analysis, the financial management behaviors of school girls had the positive linear relationships with the variables such as 3-value orientations and country variable, The financial satisfaction of school girls had the positive linear relationships with the variables such as 4-value orientations and country variable.

Analyzing Consumer Behavioral Characteristics with Sales Promotion Orientation: Differences in Shopping and Promotion Usage Behaviors (판촉지향성에 따른 의류상품 쇼핑관련행동과 판촉이용행동)

  • The purpose of this study was to segment consumers based on sales promotion orientation and examine the differences between the consumer segments on shopping behaviors and promotion usage behaviors. A total of 462 responses collected from a questionnaire survey to subjects aged over 20s were analyzed. Cluster analysis on sales promotion orientation identified four groups including rational group(21%), active group(28%), insensitive group(22.1%), and interest group(28.9%) of sales promotion. ANOVA revealed significant differences among the four groups on shopping behaviors(information seeking, store visit, and clothing purchase) and promotion usage behaviors(the usage level of sales promotion, impulse buying, brand switching, and store switching). The active and interest groups were more actively seeking information than the other two groups were. The active group was most affected by sales promotion showing the highest impulse buying and brand and store switching behaviors, and the interest group was most active on store visit and clothing purchase. The insensitive group was the least engaged in all the behaviors.

  • The world is changing so rapidly and being globalized and competitive. Also, food service companies in Korea have been making a speedy growth. In order that food service companies ran take long-term viability, they should introduce the market-orientation concept. Because market-orientation requires to investigate the factors of ever-diversified market environment on a regular basis, they can build up more detailed, practical and differentiated strategies than before. Thus, this study aimed to establish that the strategy of competitive edges based on the concepts could yield excellent marketing performance.

  • A numerical simulation is carried out on the directiveity synthesis of ultrasonic transducers by point source array. Directive method with combined LMS(Least-Mean-Square) method is practiced by means of a iterative method to realize the desired directivity. The directiviey of quasi-ideal beam with a beam width and a directive arbitrary specified was chosen. On the numerical resut, Proposed algorithm shows higher speed of clculating simulation than that of LMS method, and make adaptive control, which enables the desired directivity. Numerical simulations are carried out by PC(CPU:80486 DX2, RAM 16Mbyte).

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of relationship orientation factors on customer satisfaction and loyalty in Internet shopping malls. Based on previous exploratory work and a review of the literature of relationship marketing, six key factors of relationship orientation construct are identified: trust, bonding, communication. shared value. empathy and reciprocity. And a conceptual model is developed and seven research hypotheses are empirica1ly examined using structural equation modelling. The results show that bonding, shared value and reciprocity has statistically significant effect on the trust of online customers and trust has a positive influence on customer satisfaction and loyalty in Internet shopping malls. Theoretical. managerial and research implications are discussed.

  • 위성통신 및 무선통신에서 안테나의 수신 감도를 향상시키기 위한 노력은 계속되어 왔다. 안테나의 지향성을 높이기 위하여 다수의 동형 단위 안테나들을 일정 방향으로 배열하여 안테나를 기계적으로 회전시키지 않고, 고정된 다수의 동형 단위 안테나들에서 방사되는 전파의 위상을 전자적으로 변화시켜 방사 빔을 주사하는 방법, 즉 위상배열 안테나(Phased Array Antenna)를 널리 사용하고 있다. 위상배열 안테나의 단위 안테나에서 방사되는 전파의 위상을 변화시키기 위해선 실시간 시간지연 시스템이 필요하다. (중략)

The measurement of directional characteristics of non-metallic Building Materials is based on seperation measurement of Boundary Reflected and Layer Reflected component using a Reflectmeter with Polarized. And this study analyzed with not only experiment but simulation to furnish basic data for illumination design to daylighting.

자바프로그래밍을 이용한 KNGR 설계코드 개발방안 연구

  • 차세대 원자로 설계개발에 사용되는 설계전산코드에는 원자로 계통설계, 주요 기기설계등을 포함하여 약 440여개에 달한다. 이들 전산코드에 사용되는 프로그래밍 언어는 FORTRAN, COBOL, C/C++를 비롯하여 BASIC등 그 종류가 다양하다. 특히 개발된 주요 설계코드들이 구동되는 플랫폼은 그 종류가 훨씬 다양하여 같은 유닉스를 기반으로 한 프로그램도 H/W 제작사에 따라 전혀 동작되지 않음은 물론 심지어는 같은 제작사라하더라도 서로 다른 OS를 가지는 경우에는 사용할 수 없게 되어있다. 이들 원전설계전산코드들이 갖는 안정성 및 신뢰성, 유니크한 보안특성을 어느 정도 인정한다. 하더라도 향후 이들을 유지보수하거나 성능향상을 꾀한다든지 이들과 어울리면서 새로운 전산프로그램을 추가 개발하려고 할 경우 여러 가지 예기치 않은 문제가 발생할 수 있다. 최근 인터넷의 확산과 더불어 각광을 받기 시작한 JAVA는 이것이 갖는 특유의 객체지향성, 플랫폼 독립성 및 견고성, 이식성등으로 견주어 볼때 이를 향후 원전 설레코드의 개발에 적용할 경우 매우 이상적일 것으로 예상된다. 더구나 원전설계와 같이 고도의 기술집약적이면서도 여러 설계관련사가 대응되는 다원화된 업무구조를 갖는 경우 다양한 플랫폼을 지원하는 JAVA 프로그래밍이야 말로 최선의 선택이라 할 수 있다.

  • This paper describes briefly the effect of ultrasonic fuel supply device on the performance of four stroke cycle gasoline engine. Experiments were carried out to clarify the effect of ultrasonic fuel supply device on the engine output, traveling fuel consumption ratio, exhaust emissions. The results were obtained as follows: 1.Engine output was increased 9-14% in comparison with that of the conventional injector. 2.Travelling fuel consumption ratio was improved 17-29% in comparison with that of the conventional injector. 3. CO, HC exhaust emissions was decreased compared to the value of the conventional injector. 4.Fuel consumption ratio in highway driving test was improved about 10% in comparison with that of the conventional injector.
