A Study on Application and Development of Evaluation Indicator for Parking Environments in Residential Areas Using AHP (AHP분석기법을 이용한 주거지역의 주차환경 평가지표 개발 및 적용에 관한 연구)

  • The aim of this study is to develop evaluation indicators for parking environment in residential areas. Recently, lots of local governments in korea are implementing projects for parking environment improvement. However, there are no indicators for parking environment evaluation except for the rate of parking supply by registered cars. So, it is really difficult to prioritize projects and monitor the result of projects. Therefore, this study presents six indicators for parking environment evaluation and its weights using AHP through the survey. The result of this study proposed the assessment model for parking environment based on indicators and it was found that actual data in Incheon can be simulated in reality. And this result also is expected to help monitoring and selecting projects.

A Development of the Service Evaluation Criteria for the Expressway Service Areas on the Side of Users (이용자측면의 고속도로 휴게소 서비스 평가지표 개발)

  • This study develops the evaluation model which is for assessing on the side of users in expressway service areas, and researchers apply this study for monitoring expressway service areas by routes. The direction of development on Evaluation Criteria is all about on the side of necessity of rest area users, the reflection of current conditions, the construction of total evaluation criteria, and the examination of connecting study with current study. After that, this study examines previous evaluation criterias and researchers will select the primary provision of evaluation through FGI, and they derive the final evaluation criteria throughout the verification of suitability on Evaluation Criteria. Throughout AHP analysis which is a professional survey system of users, researchers dereive on the side of facilities, on the side of environments facilities, on the side of position, and on the side of services in order by the weightings. As you can see in this study, this study also considers quantitative and qualitative factors together, and it allows to evaluate conditions of rest areas. In addition, this study can be a primary study for suggesting the ways of improvements of rest areas by using Spider Map and for monitoring future study.

Development of Indicator and Criteria for Level Measure of Educational Informatization of Students, Teachers, and Parents (학생, 교사, 학부모의 교육정보화 수준 측정 지표 개발 및 준거 설정)

  • This study has developed indicators and criteria for measuring educational informatization level of students, teachers and parents with regard to the national educational policy. The criteria for indicator of each group are also set up. As the results of the analysis, first, 4 areas, 10 elements, 24 sub-indicators are generated as the result of development of indicator for level measure of educational informatization. And different weights are established for each area, element and sub-indicator considering the characteristics of each category. Second, generated criteria are evaluated by specialists based on the indicator of education informatization and on a scale of 100. The criteria for students are evaluated to be 80.64, the criteria for teachers to be 80.90 and the criteria for parents to be 76.52 which was found to be the lowest. Therefore, this research was completed to determine which aspect should be supported more intensively when setting the directions of future educational informatization.

  • This paper aims to develop an appropriate methodology for establishing an investment strategy for 'demonstration of artificial rainfall technology using UAV' and that include establishment of a technology classification, set of indicators for technology evaluation, suggestion of final key technology as a whole study area. It is designed to complement the latest research trend analysis results and expert committee opinions using quantitative analysis. The key indicators for technology evaluation consisted of three major items (activity, technology, marketability) and 10 detailed indicators. The AHP questionnaire was conducted to analyze the importance of indicators. As a result, it was analyzed that the attribute of the technology itself is most important, and the order of closeness to the implementation of the core function (centrality), feasibility (feasibility). Among the 16 technology groups, top investment priority groups were analyzed as ground seeding, artificial rainfall verification, spreading and diffusion of seeding material, artificial rainfall numerical modeling, and UAV sensor technology.

A Development of Integrated Evaluation Criteria for Level of Service on Urban Roadways (도로 서비스수준 평가를 위한 통합적 지표 개발)

  • This research developed integrated service assessment index on satisfaction with road use in consideration of not only quantitative parts, such as the existing traffic speed and delay but also qualitative parts, such as traffic information and traffic safety, etc. The newly devised assessment index developed assessment items and weight using ANP analysis method through the existing research results and questionnaire survey on traffic experts and road users. To verify the developed assessment index, this research measured the feeling degree of road users in time of their driving and analyzed the reasons using the brain waves tester; as an analysis result, the speed shown in the existing assessment index was found to have a 35% effect and further, the factors, such as traffic safety and traffic information were also found to have a lot of effects on the road $users^{\circ}{\emptyset}$ feeling degree. Accordingly, the integrated assessment index suggested by this research has its significance in that it is available to assessment in view of users rather than the existing satisfaction with the service in road use, and this index was developed to reflect the needs of the times, such as a fine view of roads, traffic information, and traffic safety.

  • As the protection of personal information has been appeared as a main issue in educational institutions, the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology (currently the Ministry of Education) opened InfoSec Training Center to train personnels of educational institutions in 2012. To achieve the purpose of the establishment of the centers, each center needs to identify training target, make training roadmap and design specialized training curriculum. The paper aims to develop criteria to evaluate training and operating levels of InfoSec Training Centers using AHP.

Flood Risk and Vulnerability Analysis by Climate Change in an Urban Stream : A Case Study of the Woo-yi Stream Basin (도시하천의 기후변화에 따른 홍수위험 및 취약성 분석: 우이천유역을 중심으로)

  • 최근 지구환경 변화에 따른 기후변화의 영향으로 자연재해의 형태는 점차 대형화, 다양화되고 있으며 극치사상의 발생 빈도가 계속해서 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 특히 도시하천의 경우 인구와 재산이 밀집해 있어 기후변화에 따른 홍수위험 및 취약성이 클 것으로 사료된다. 본 연구에서는 기후 변화에 따른 홍수위험 및 취약성 분석을 위하여 위험도 기반 불확실성을 다루는 수단으로 UQR-MCS (Upper Quartile Range-Monte Carlo Simulation)을 적용하였으며, 다양한 형태의 확률 분포로부터 특정변량(variable)의 확률분포 Quartile을 모의하였다. 또한 기후변화에 따른 도시하천의 홍수위험 및 취약성 평가를 위하여 도시하천에 적합한 홍수위험 및 취약성평가 지수(FVI: flood vulnerability index)를 산정하였으며, 홍수취약성지수는 기후변화(Climate change)와 도시화(Urbanization), 제방월류위험(Overtopping risk) 및 홍수범람 면적(Flood area) 등의 지표를 사용하였다. 각각의 지표는 엔트로피(Entropy) 기법을 적용하여 가중치를 부여하였으며, 표준화과정을 통한 일반화된 지표 값을 산정하였다. 우이천 유역의 기후변화에 따른 홍수위험 및 취약성 지표값은 KMA RCM A1B 시나리오자료를 바탕으로 추정한 미래 확률강수량과 각 인자별 재현기간에 따른 수문변량의 변화를 통하여 산정하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 도시하천의 기후변화에 따른 홍수위험도분석 및 취약성 평가, 극치 수문사상에 대한 신뢰성 있는 분석과 더불어 예상치 못할 이상홍수에 대비한 하천방재 연구에 도움이 되리라 사료된다.

Deep Neural Network Analysis System by Visualizing Accumulated Weight Changes (누적 가중치 변화의 시각화를 통한 심층 신경망 분석시스템)

  • Recently, interest in artificial intelligence has increased due to the development of artificial intelligence fields such as ChatGPT and self-driving cars. However, there are still many unknown elements in training process of artificial intelligence, so that optimizing the model requires more time and effort than it needs. Therefore, there is a need for a tool or methodology that can analyze the weight changes during the training process of artificial intelligence and help out understatnding those changes. In this research, I propose a visualization system which helps people to understand the accumulated weight changes. The system calculates the weights for each training period to accumulates weight changes and stores accumulated weight changes to plot them in 3D space. This research will allow us to explore different aspect of artificial intelligence learning process, such as understanding how the model get trained and providing us an indicator on which hyperparameters should be changed for better performance. These attempts are expected to explore better in artificial intelligence learning process that is still considered as unknown and contribute to the development and application of artificial intelligence models.

  • The academic research on data governance is still in its infancy and focused on the definition of concept and components. However, we need to study of evaluation on data governance to help make decision of establishment. The purpose of this paper is to develop of attribute index in data governance framework. Therefore, in this paper, we used RGT (repertory grid technique) and Laddering techniques for experts interview and survey for validation of disinterested third party experts and analysis statistically. We completed data governance attribute index which is composed of data compliance area including 8 components, data quality area including 16 components and data organization area including 7 components. Moreover, the evaluation attributes is prioritized and ranked using the AHP. As a result of the study, this paper can be used for the base line data in introducing and operating data governance in an IT company.

  • Macroeconomics are one of the indicators that are preceded and analyzed when analyzing stocks because it shows the movement of a country's economy as a whole. The overall economic situation at the national level, such as national income, inflation, unemployment, exchange rates, currency, interest rates, and balance of payments, has a great affect on the stock market, and economic indicators are actually correlated with stock prices. It is the main source of data for analysts to watch with interest and to determine buy and sell considering the impact on individual stock prices. Therefore, economic indicators that impact on the stock price are analyzed as leading indicators, and the stock price prediction is predicted through deep learning-based prediction, after that the actual stock price is compared. If you decide to buy or sell stocks by analysis of stock prediction, then stocks can be investments, not gambling. Therefore, this research was conducted to enable automated stock trading by using macro-indicators and deep learning algorithms in artificial intelligence.
